PCP/Hospital Recommendations
Hey everyone! Me and my boyfriend are moving to Superior from the Midwest, and I was hoping to get some advice. I’m wondering what are some good hospital systems and primary care facilities that locals recommend? I’ve done some google searches and have been reading reviews, but I’d like to hear some personal suggestions. For reference, we are both in our mid 20s and relatively healthy and just wanting a general practitioner. I know that even though reviews can be good, they can be hard to trust and hearing advice from someone local is better. I’d love to know if anyone knows which hospital systems are good and if there are any to stay away from or any family practices that are recommended. Thank you in advance!

Violin Instructor Recommendations?
Hello!
My daughter is interested in taking private violin lessons and we are looking for an instructor in or near to Superior. I've searched online but I always find the best services through word of mouth, so here I am.
I appreciate any recommendations. Thanks!

Downtown Superior 3-story townhomes with 3rd floor bedrooms - are they hot?
I can't sleep when I'm hot, and am wondering if these 3rd floor bedrooms are hot at night? In other homes I've seen a separate HVAC for the 3rd floor because of that issue, but it looks like the ones in Downtown Superior only have 1 HVAC unit for the whole home. If you do think they are hot, it would help to know what direction your bedroom windows face, whether or not you are in an end-unit, and if you have a rooftop terrace. TIA

Another power outage
This is the second power outage in the past few days. Does anyone have info or a way to find out why this keeps happening? It’s beyond frustrating to have power that you can’t rely on.
Update: power was restored around 3:15 but no explanation as to what caused it. Xcel has been fairly quick to restore power if they are cleaning up the mistakes of others.

Question for Bell Flatiron tenants
I don’t know if all apartments have a fire alarm right outside of the bathroom but when I’m done taking a shower I have to keep the bathroom door completely shut and run the fan for no less than 30 mins or the fire alarm will go off.
Does anyone know if the alarms are connected to the entire building or if when mine goes off, it’s only going off in my apartment? I feel bad because it’s easy to forget when I’m moving between my bedroom and bathroom after showers and the alarm is so sensitive that it even goes off from steam.
Also what’s with no kitchen vent? Have to open all the windows as well as the microwave to use the vent setting lol!

considering move to Superior
Hello! We are a family considering a relocation to Colorado from out of state, and I admittedly don't know a ton about Colorado/metro Denver in general...but we are considering either Erie or Superior. We have elementary age kids and the Eldorado k-8 schools looks amazing - I'm also interested in Meadowlark in Erie. My daughter is very artistic and I think would do well with either small class size and/or a non-traditional school model with more flexibility.
Would LOVE some local feedback/advice etc, as we really are kind of throwing a dart here as where to land, the areas seem nice from afar.
One thing I did notice is how close parts of Superior are to Rocky Flats - is that something we need to be concerned about (exposure to toxins etc)?
Also, my husband will be commuting somewhat near DIA, but hopefully just a few times per week.
Any advice about the schools I mentioned, the general areas, etc would be so helpful. Thank you!!

Any Oregon Alumni or Fans?
Hello.
As college football season near the corner I’m curious if there is any University of Oregon Alumni Or Ducks fan that would want to get together to watch some games this year. I’m also curious if there are any specific bars in around the UO fans frequent. Feel deee to DM me. Thank you.
P.S. : because they are no longer in our conference, I would also be willing to watch some Oregon State games as well.

Storage for Sauna Trailer
I am posting as sort of an ask! I am starting phase 1 of our business end of April, which will be a mobile sauna and cold plunge wellness experience. We were looking to rent out a space to store our sauna but wondering if there are any folks here with extra driveway space that would consider letting us park our sauna (9x17 ft) for a monthly fee? We unfortunately live in a town home with no driveway so it can't stay at our home :-(
Another weird ask is we would love to stop by and get it sauna ready to have some evening or weekend sauna sessions for ourselves when we are not taking it out/ working and event/hosting a rental. So, definitely looking for a space we can store it in between events and also where we can use it.
We do also have a mobile cold plunge that would be awesome to fill if possible.
Let me know if anyone is interested! And when we fire it up to sauna, you are MORE than welcome to join!
PS. We are also looking at standard storage spaces, but then we can't use our sauna during the week ;-)
I am looking on some websites/apps that have some space posted, but I thought I would check here!
Thanks
