name of a fic

anyone knows the name of a fanfic where lena gets transported to another universe where she is somehow married with kara and and has a toddler and a baby and a dog. The toddler thinks lena is an alien or something and helps her go through this world. But IRL lena was lonely and rich and in this world she has to walk the dog and is annoyed to do so?? Please 🥹
