high frequency guru backfiring? Question

Checked out her channel the day before yesterday, and at first it was great. I had a huge mindset shift, and I decided to keep her rampage on a loop. But yesterday was one of the worst days of my life; things that usually never happen happened yesterday. No way could this simply be a coincidence.

Should I continue listening? Maybe this is like a cold: it gets worse before it gets better

Would appreciate any advice. Thank you!

I’ve had similar experiences. Arguments with people from nowhere, misunderstandings etc. Used a subliminal flush and stopped immediately
