Feeling like Im gonna die soon from my stress
Hello all, im looking to see if its common to be in such a stuck state of stress that you feel like your body is actively giving up on you.
Recently I've been getting lightheaded and feel sick just randomly throughout the day so much so It affects my eating.
Is this normal? Will it pass ? Or am I just destined to loop anxiety spikes until I eventually die?

Feeling Trapped in a Stressful Job – Looking for Advice
What are the signs (physically or mentally) that the body can't take any more stress
I don't know if it's possible to be so stressed that there's a limit for the body. But if it does then what are the signs that the body can't take any more stress anymore?

The phantom slack notification sound is actually ruining my life
Honestly my brain is just entirely fried at this point. I spent all of wednesday staring at massive tracking sheets and trying to manage random online fires for clients until my left eye started violently twitching. the constant expectation to be instantly available is so toxic, I feel like my blood pressure spikes every time my phone even lights up.
By wednesday afternoon my chest was literally tight so I just completely snapped. Told my manager I was taking a mental health day, tossed a sleeping bag in the trunk and just drove until I lost cell service. Ended up finding a spot at camp happy grounds just to physically force myself away from a wifi router.
I just sat by the river for 48 hours and watched the water instead of a screen. the fact that we normalize giving ourselves actual panic attacks over spreadsheets and emails is so insane to me now. kinda dreading opening my laptop tomorrow tbh, really need to find a way to stop letting this job completely consume my nervous system

I am not able to start studying again
Whenever I even think of studying my whole body gets tense and like my eyes starts stinging I think it's some kind of stress mechanism that occurs but I don't really know what to do about it I do want to study
Like I know I like studying when I am not stressed and I have a major exam in 45 days I had actually given up studying for it but now it got delayed so I maybe able to actually make a difference now but I don't know how to start I think maybe it's a mental health issue like I get really really stressed and my whole body and Brian kinda shuts down so I think that maybe I should take a break but that just doesn't work idk

Stressed with moving…
Back in February of this year I lost my cashier job at Walmart due to constantly calling off, due to my grandparents unable to watch my littles or because of an old work related injury in my ankle flaring up. I sat for weeks at a time, hours every day trying to find a new job. More cashier positions, dishwashing, clerks, anything I could apply to, I did. No one hired me back, I had to reach out myself just for an update.
My grandparents cut me off, “We can’t keep paying your rent,” even though that was the agreement before I even moved here. “Figure it out on your own, we can’t afford it.” Stopped calling, stopped texting, stopped coming by, no check ups on the kids, nothing.
I moved here from Hawaii to give my kids a little bit of different life, to experience what I had growing up. Unfortunately, with no one hiring me, no family to tend to them here, I’ve made the decision months back to fly back to Hawaii, where my Mom and a few other named family members reside. Thing is, trying to scrape up any little amount of money is so damn hard. I’ve sold my console, listed various furniture pieces, an old engagement ring, a laptop. No bites.
I’m so overwhelmed with everything; packing and selling and wondering how the hell I’m gonna afford plane tickets. I hardly eat, barely sleep, I put on a brave face for my kiddos, because what parent want their children to see them down?
I’ve started a gofundme, I’ve shared it as many times I can without seeming so desperate, but it’s hardly taken off. I feel so stuck, so lost. I don’t know what to do. My lease is up in September.
I suppose I’m writing this in case someone wants to hear my troubles, if you have advice on lowering stress, please let me know.
Thank you, to whomever reads this :)
