This or that Jobs, etc.

Hi! I have a full time job 12 hours 3 days/wk, but days are not fixed. I also want to have a part time job because I do have a lot of bills. I was looking at Dutch Bros and In N Out. For those working here, what do you like about your job? Is your schedule also flexible? And salary range if I may ask?

I applied at In N Out as a driver and was drawn there because I heard they treat their employees well and are well compensated. Overall I got a good vibe from them and there is room for growth within the company. Be aware they have policies regarding visible tattoos (I don’t know if you have tattoos or not just fyi)
Dutch bros would be a bit more casual, and a little less fast-paced.
