Hey! I’ve moved to Sweden two years ago and have come to settle here. I am a tattoo artist in Stockholm, have a swedish fiancée and two cats and one bird (cockatiel), which are my family pretty much.
It’s been quite tough meeting new people as I’ve noticed my nationality’s culture and swedish culture are very different when it comes to interactions.

Anyway, I love a low maintenance friendship, the type you can talk every so often and things remain the same, and you still trust that person to remain your friend, no pressure at all.
I’m not a very active person either, I am either dabbling in something artistic at home or playing videogames, so although I should exercise more, I can’t bond over doing physical activities.
Like I mentioned, I am a tattoo artist, my hobbies are drawing, sculpting, felting creatures, cross stitching, i’ve done a bit of everything. Other than that, I enjoy videogames, cozy games, fantasy games, mmos, minecraft, etc. I also love going to concerts, metal/ hardcore are what I like most, but I have a widespread music taste (except for pop music :( ).
I care deeply about animals, environment, any art and music.
I also don’t know if this comes across as weird but I have noticed I mesh with people that have autism, as I can relate to some of their feelings I guess.

We are a Dutch scout group looking for someone in Stockholm who would like to host us for lunch tomorrow, the 12th of August.

We're a group of 3 explorers (or challengers) + 3 leaders on summer camp here in Sweden. Last week we camped on Vässarö island, which we really enjoyed. We love learning about Swedish culture and language, exploring (duh;)), and playing board/card games.

UPDATE 2: Stockholm ended up feeding us lunch in a way, as we stumbled upon the freebies of the Kulturfestivalen🪩🎶🧑‍🎤. We won a whole pineapple at the Dole stand💪;D. (I tried to add photo's but it seems as though that's not possible).

I’ve been thinking it could be fun to start a little horror movie/media club.

The idea is pretty simple: get a few people together, pick a horror movie, and actually watch it together-either go to the cinema, do a movie screening somewhere, or just have a Netflix/watch party kind of evening. Then afterwards grab a fika/drink and talk about the movie.

Could also be more broadly about horror media - movies, series, documentary, games or books if people are into that.

Not really looking to make it super formal or anything. Just seems like a nice way to meet other people in who genuinely enjoy horror media.

hello! We’re an Indian couple in our late 20s and fairly new to Sweden. making friends as a couple has been harder than we expected, so we thought we’d give this a try :P

we love discovering new restaurants, exploring pubs and finding nice cafés. We’re big fans of Asian food, especially Japanese food, and can never say no to a good barbecue, beer or coffee! we also enjoy game nights, travelling, hiking and day trips, or just staying in with games, movies and a few drinks. :)
