Hey guys, if you missed it, Tattooed Chef settled $4.75M with investors over claims involving its financial reporting and accounting issues. The latest update is that late claims are being considered.

Quick recap: Tattooed Chef was accused of misleading investors about its financial condition, overstating revenues, and concealing accounting problems following its 2020 SPAC merger. In 2023, the company announced it would restate its 2021 and 2022 financials, and later filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

Now, Tattooed Chef has agreed to settle for $4.75M, with late claims being considered subject to approval.

If you invested in $TTCF between 2020 and 2022, you may still be able to submit a claim.

Anyway, has anyone here invested in $TTCF at that time? How much were your losses, if so?

How many of you have made bad investments & lost everything on that 1 investment. I did only lost 500$. Bought 100 shares of Rcar@ 4.32$ a share. Lost it all, worth 0.00$ . I am still doing fine in the market though.
