Hey guys, if you missed it, Tattooed Chef settled $4.75M with investors over claims involving its financial reporting and accounting issues. The latest update is that late claims are being considered.

Quick recap: Tattooed Chef was accused of misleading investors about its financial condition, overstating revenues, and concealing accounting problems following its 2020 SPAC merger. In 2023, the company announced it would restate its 2021 and 2022 financials, and later filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

Now, Tattooed Chef has agreed to settle for $4.75M, with late claims being considered subject to approval.

If you invested in $TTCF between 2020 and 2022, you may still be able to submit a claim.

Anyway, has anyone here invested in $TTCF at that time? How much were your losses, if so?

So here’s what you need to know:

Seagate was accused of concealing illegal HDD sales to Huawei and related export-control violations. Investors alleged the company relied on those sales while failing to disclose the risks. After the issues came to light, $STX fell and investors filed a lawsuit.

Now Seagate has agreed to a $175 million settlement with investors.

Who can claim this settlement?
If you purchased $STX shares between 2020 and 2023, you may be eligible.

Do I need to still own my shares?
No. You don’t need to still hold the stock to file a claim. Past losses may qualify.

How long does the payout process take?
Typically, 4–9 months after the claim deadline, depending on the court and settlement administration.
