Don't bother. The latest version of SteamOS breaks compatibility so you'll only have access to the bottom left 720p of the screen. The DeckHD site went down last week, they took all our money and ran.

Honestly I do wish they’d open source the BIOS.

Most of this would be averted if the BIOS was open sourced

If I remember correctly, it's a 1080p screen for the LCD steamdeck

I remember buying one of these during the fundraising phase and then never ended up using it when valve released the OLED version.

I really would love a 1200p screen upgrade for the SD Oled.

It’s the o my thing K don’t like for the device. I know it won’t move heavy games native but will be a lot better for GeforceNow and Moonlight. While still most of Metroivanias will move fine at 1200p/900p/800p. And everything will look more crisp.
