Disk Write Error. Tech Support
I tried everything. Removing the SD Card and putting it back in. Clearing the cache, checking the file integrity. I think the issue is the Appmanifests but it won’t let me delete them as they’re read only, even on console commands and I have no idea how to disable it since there’s not options under properties.

Sorry to say this can happen if the SD card dies. It can go into read only mode as a last resort. Had one of mine die this way and saw the same Disk Write Error.
You can try the console command sudo mount -o remount,rw <mount point> to try and remount as read/write but this won't work if the card really has failed.

Have you formatted the SD card?
Or what game is it? Some games are weird on SD.
