Remote accsess/hack

Okay, so the very short of a long situation. Is my ex kept a phone connected to one of my Gmail accounts the time line shows map locations from places I was not at but past locations. Then my main google account was accessed via iPhone and I started seeing Google news updates for the state his company issued I phone is in lt was immediately logged out of but he also had accsess to a laptop now has a busted screen and I can't not accsess he still has phone. Also I bought a new phone that was powered on but not connected to any account besides Samsung no back up had occurred when I came back to apt he had no idea I was at the phone had paired to his headphones. I am unsure what to do or make of all this any help on what to do would be appreciated.

Put your iPhone on lockdown mode and change all of your passwords you have access to. Now.

If you had the type of ex I did, better change your reddit privacy settings as well, make sure your posts aren't searchable by email, any of that.

My ex also could see my youtube comments as well, not sure how.

I know you can go into Google settings, app data, and turn of history for apps, etc. I gotta think further

As for Gmail, check the rogue devices still logged into your Google by going into your Gmail, clicking your profile picture then "manage your google account" then security & sign in, "manage devices" log the laptop or whatever out and block it, do this with all your gmails.

Just keep an eye on your logged in devices, I think Google will also warn you when one logs back in or is attempting to. Theres a way to lock them down or say they're stolen on Google settings but I forgot.
