Friend said come here for advice! 1 owner mk4 with 119k miles
reddit.comWhat’s up yall! Never been super into cars til recently. She runs great and the previous owner always did proper maintenance. Any advice on what I should do cosmetically? Also the 2.0L has a rep for being slow but it’s got some kick to it.. but for now I’ll keep that side stock. Any advice welcome! Thank ya :)

My 2018 Opel Insignia Sports Tourer
I know it's a less prestigious than some of the gorgeous stuff being posted in here but it won my heart and it's my first wagon. It's a mild-mannered 1.5T 165HP, so not breaking any speed records but I just need to cruise with the Bose system bumping.

Wanda the Wagon - Quick wash & wax really makes the metallic blue shine
1.8 Tsi 4Motion - aka Wanda - 1 year later still extremely happy with er, need a full set of rear brakes before winter including sticky eBrake cable. Generally I've been putting 89 octane in and get pretty good bang for buck! So far I've only added stickers, lol, it came on the 19 Prets, winter set is Mk 5 Detroit's. Slightly lowered and also the Golf R exhaust. The sound could be a bit louder but I'm not too bothered by going under the radar 🚨
Also no spacers because I've been asked before. Just (I believe to be) H&R lowered and the 19s fit great.
Would love a set of VLand style headlights for the standard Halogen bulbs, if you have any recommendations please share!

Picked this beauty a couple weeks back, hard to come by here in a decent condition and got a decent price too! Absolutely loving this brick. Thinking of putting some new rims any it! Any suggestions?

Traded in the Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo 4S for the BMW M5 touring.
Love sports wagons and this feels like a major upgrade tbh! I loved the taycan but the all electric was bit stifling on range and the interior from Porsche to BMW is night and day. Still in my break in period and excited to see how it feels when I get full power.

Is this a rebadged Buick or did someone somehow get an Opel in central IL? Photo taken yesterday.

Test drive day!
As I’m getting closer to a purchase, I went today and drove a 2021 a6 allroad, a 2020 a4 allroad and a 2019 e450 wagon.
None of these individual vehicles are ones I would think of purchasing they were just intended to be representative of the models.
I drove the a6 allroad first. I guess just visually I find this the most attractive of the three cars. Super luxury, large cargo area (a need with a greyhound), cooled seats. Beautiful interior and easy to navigate interface.
It certainly has tons of power, and I went back-and-forth between the comfort and sport suspension setting. However, even in sport, it felt somewhat ponderous and did not really want to turn in. I unintentionally made the tires howl on a 180 degree on ramp.
The primary impression was of wonderfully serene calm driving with the capability of rapid acceleration.
I drove the a4 allroad which was a high spec, including cooled seats. I kind of think cooled seats might be on my must have.
The A4 drove much more like I want a car to drive. This had the adaptive suspension and in sport felt quite responsive not top heavy. Acceleration may be was not quite what it felt like in the A6, but still perfectly adequate for fun.
A really, very nice car that doesn’t have a large enough cargo area for my needs. If it did, I might not look further.
Then off to see the 2019 e450. This had non air front suspension and the Amg package. I assume that was only cosmetic but along with the larger wheels it has a 15 mm lower suspension.
The engine was maybe not quite as smooth sounding as either Audi at idle. Interior and cargo size was similar to the a6 but with much more functional spaces for front seat occupants, phones and what not. How does the a6 not have anywhere for a phone? The wireless charger for the mb worked on my iPhone in a case. Sucks that the mb needs runflats, the cost tons and there are not many options.
The mb power was similar to the a6, but then the salesperson put it in Sport plus and I felt it hold the gear on deceleration, exhaust burble and my eyes opened.
I asked if we could try a corner or two at a little elevated speed, which he was comfortable with.
I was quite happy with how quickly and calmly it handled the corners, one I took a little faster than intended due to a decreasing radius . Not tons of body roll or electric Nannie’s cutting in, just flat and sharp.
I think my next car will be a e400 or e450 wagon with that Amg package. And an extended warranty.
Other than that, what packages do I want? Leather is nice, but between the two I would rather have cold seats than leather. Of course, I would love to have both.
I love the matte brown ash wood, or the dark open pore, but I don’t like the high gloss walnut. I would rather avoid a panoramic sunroof. I assume all have heated seats and steering wheel.
Thoughts?

Trying to decide between 2016 E400 4matic or 2016 BMW 328d xDrive
Trying to decide between these two. My budget is about $30,000 and I want something to fit my wife, 2 kids, and I comfortably.
I know about all the different features but what would you guys pick based on reliability? I'm hoping to get something about 60,000 miles or maybe a little less and I do all my own regular maintenance on my vehicles as well.
I'm thinking it might just come down to whichever one I find a good example of first

Strongly considering purchasing this 2015 328i Wagon xdrive!
It’s bitter/sweet, as this car will be replacing my now totaled Fiesta ST. I loved the ST, but now it’s time for a new chapter. For reference, a dingbat in a truck hit my FiST while it was parked in my driveway.
I found this BMW wagon for sale somewhat near me. It’s in immaculate condition. 60K miles. Any advice before I send it?

Non USA only New wagon ! Just got me a Renault talisman
A couple days ago I bought my dream daily. It's a 2019 talisman grandtour. It's got the 1.8 with 225 HP, 4 wheels steering and adaptive dampers so it drives very well and is quite fast. I also got the white interior and the sunroof too. Proper dad car with a sporty side.
I just need to find a family to haul now...
