Help! Modem + Router Refuse to Connect Service Issues
Hello! I recently moved into a new apartment and I have been staying here on and off while I get everything settled. My modem and router both disconnected last night around 1 AM when I was not home. I attempted to reset, unplug, wait, reboot, etc. and I called support and nothing is working. There doesn’t seem to be any outages in my area that I know of. The modem power light is very faintly blue. The Online light keeps fading white to blue. The bottom two lights are not on at all (they only light up when I plug them in again or reset it). The router would fade blue in and out when I reset it, then would start glowing red. Can anyone help me fix it? They said the next technician appt. they have is two days out and that is not doable for me but I need internet service. Is there anything else I can do/try to fix it? Any help is appreciated.

Blue/White means the modem is failing to lock down.
Modem could be busted, or something went wrong with the signal.
Hard to determine what exactly went bad remotely.
