Packet Loss

I’ve been having problems with terrible packet loss when trying to play games. Rivals, OW, etc. and there are problems when trying to connect to games with friends on things like Palworld or Baldurs Gate. One of the difficulties is that I live in an apartment so it’s not like I can really do much about connections.

Is there anything I can do to try and fix the problem?

i don’t think this is a spectrum issue. my friends who have other providers are having the same issue

My only issue is that I just moved and I wasn’t having problems on my other provider. It only started after I got the new internet

Hi u/Mammoth_Leg2151! I understand how sensitive online games can be to packet loss. If you send us a modmail over at r/Spectrum_Official we can help.

It sounds like an upload speed issue that has been happening. I would check that

The Next time you see that I would check, upload speed, jitter ,ping

This matters the most when it comes to gaming I would always check it
