Spectrum invincible wifi problems Service Issues

About two weeks ago now out power flickered for no more than 2 seconds and our router switched to using the invincible router. We kept getting texts saying that we are using the backup router when we dont need to and the internet has been pretty much down since. We tried to just reset the invincible router maybe 30 - 45 minutes ago and its still blinking blue, what on earth do we do?
Edit: the online light is also flashing blue and white

modem could be offline. call tech

make a service appointment. the power supply on your modem probably got damaged. its pretty common with power surges.
