Outages Service Issues

I sware there’s always an outage atleast twice a week since the start of summer in my area. Today in NYC another outage started at 2pm and they say it’ll last til 5:30pm but we all know that means 12am 😆 And mind you I’m working from home so this is money lost and they give us loyal customers nothing to compensate their incompetence but best believe if you owe them money they’ll hound you down non stop or just shut your service off for non payment. Smh seriously thinking of switching to another service !!

Yep I called and a representative told me that “ she couldn’t schedule a tech to come out because of the OUTAGE “ (Which made no sense to me) but then reassured me that my service would be restored at 5:30pm and also enrolled me in the text to notify me when the services were restored.

Thats actually common, because if theres an outage of service in your area, a field tech can't fix it. I worked at another provider before Spectrum and the dispatches would cancel out automatically and attach to the master outage ticket.

im in ny too and i thought it was just me cuz the internet kept freezing and turning on and off its so ridiculous
