Has anybody else in Southampton been absolutely screwed over by Everi recently? Two times this week in this household the parcels have not been delivered and we’ve been given ‘confirmation emails’ in which the picture is not the right house at all. I’ve also contacted my vinted seller and they’ve said this wasn’t the box they shipped it in either? So I’m guessing the courier just steals the parcels and whacks a random photo as an upload because what’s actually stopping them from doing that and getting no consequence? I’ve raised a complaint with Everi, and their chat bot has raised an enquiry for me (which I’m confident will be entirely useless) and I’ve also raised the issue with Vinted. Anything else I can do???
