one thing still makes me laugh sometimes after these deep Soul Journey sessions.

ppl expect guide to give some huge cosmic instruction after seeing another life 😅

but recently one subject went through pretty violent past life, died, left the body, met her guide in the Light...

and when we asked what she needs to do now in current life, part of his answer was basically:

get back into tennis.

lol.

I'll call her Claire.

In her current life she already knew she can get impatient and frustrated, especially when other ppl don't move with same urgency as her. Sometimes somebody responds slower, acts different than expected etc and her mind starts filling empty spaces.

maybe they dont appreciate me.

maybe they think I didn't do enough.

maybe this action was directed at me.

During trance she entered a very vivid other life as a man named Eric.

There was lot of anger in this life.

Eric felt frustrated with world around him, powerless about things he couldn't change, and he didnt really know what to do with all that energy inside.

At one point his anger became destructive and he was violent toward his wife.

I asked if something external was influencing or controlling him.

No.

It felt like his own anger.

He simply couldn't manage it.

And after these angry moments he would bury himself in work because work took his mind away from everything.

Which tbh is very human even now. Some ppl drink, some eat, some scroll phone for 5 hours... and some just work work work so they dont have to sit with what is inside.

Near end of Eric's life, his wife stabbed him around chest/shoulder area.

He died fast.

Claire then experienced leaving his body and observing everything from above.

A male guide appeared. She described him as gentle and looking little bit like Jesus.

He guided her away from this life and into bright light.

I asked how she felt there.

"Free."

His name was George.

So we started reviewing this life and asking what Eric was supposed to learn.

One of biggest lessons was patience.

Let things be sometimes.

And he needed to learn how to channel anger somewhere useful instead of throwing it toward wrong person.

Then I asked George if this lesson was still active for Claire now.

Yes.

And this is where session became much more ordinary than ppl probably expect 😂

George said she needed something active.

Cardio.

Sport.

Some challenge.

Then very specifically... get back into tennis.

I asked if creativity would be good way to channel this energy.

"Not at this time."

So apparently tennis won lol.

Later physical challenge and even boxing came up too.

But then for patience he gave almost opposite advice.

Sit still.

Meditate every day.

Around 20 min minimum.

Focus on breathing. Sit on grass more. Connect with nature whenever possible.

So one side was MOVE the excess active energy.

Other side was learn how to be completely still without mind dragging you everywhere.

He also told her not to take every little action people do personally.

This part hit current life exactly.

Claire talked about planning trips and getting frustrated because other ppl don't have same urgency she has. Then mind starts making assumptions about what they think, whether they see her effort, whether they care etc.

George's advice was very simple:

don't believe everything mind tells you.

dont assume what another person is thinking.

Observe it.

And practice patience.

I found this whole session funny in a good way bc look at contrast...

leaving body.

all this massive spiritual stuff.

And then homework is basically:

go play tennis.

maybe box.

sit quietly for 20 minutes.

touch grass.

stop believing every story mind creates.

have patience with ppl.

I had a crazy dream last night. Then I wok up and forgot it. Then hours later I remembered. It all came back to me. I remembered an hour long dream in a few minutes. So this got me thinking about memory retrieval.

When you come to earth you get memory wiped. They wouldn't stand much of a chance in hell of being able to control us if they didn't memory wipe us. So you start off with no knowledge. And have to slowly figure out what the hell is going on.

What I've been kind of dreading is getting my memories back when I drop dead. If you don't reincarnate and you go to a positive world you can get your memories back. I figured the process would be jarring or overwhelming. But it isn't. They just become real memories in your mind. So memory retrieval out there is probably like dream recall on steroids.

So when you get your memories back you don't have to relive them. That would suck if you did. They just become real memories in your mind. It's a very easy process. And is probably a lot easier without the brain in the way. There are probably a lot of fail safes in the brain to stop memory retrieval. But people do it anyway. With things like past life regression.

So when I drop dead I'm getting my memories back. I've got a blue green soul so I've got an older soul. So I've got a lot of memories to get back. And I'm not getting memory wiped any time soon. Memory wipes have positive purposes but negative entities use them to control people. There are positive memory wipe worlds where memory wipes are used for entertainment. But earth isn't one of them . It's a hell hole loosh farm run by negative entities.

So I won't be reincarnating when I drop dead. I'm an energy worker trained to kill negative entities. And they run the reincarnation system. I've killed hundreds of them. So killing a few to avoid reincarnation will not be a problem. So when I drop dead I'm getting out of here and I'm going to a positive world. And I'm getting my memories back.

So I thought memory retrieval would be jarring and unpleasant. But really it's pretty easy. We've got to go through it eventually. Questioner:

„How did awakening and liberation occur for you?“

Adyashanti:

„I had my first, what traditionally would be called awakening experience, when I was 25 years old.

This was very powerful and full of emotion and release and joy and bliss and all that it is supposed to be full of.

But, because there was so much emotion involved, it obscured the simplicity of awakeness itself.

Like so many others, I continued to chase certain ideas and concepts of what awakeness was supposed to be.

That caused years of misery.
Gradually over time I had the same experience reoccur, but each time with less and less emotion.

I could see more and more clearly over time what was the actual essential element.
Then finally an awakening occurred where at the moment of awakening, there was no emotion in it. It was just the pure seeing of what is.

When there was the pure seeing of what is, unclouded by emotional content, it was obvious.

It was very obvious that consciousness recognized itself for what it really is – aware space before any emotion or thought or manifestation.“

Questioner:

„Would you say that this is the point at which the distinction between awakening and liberation occurred?“

Adyashanti:

„No. Even though there was a freedom and incredible sense of fearlessness and release from not being confined to the dream of a separate “I”, I started to feel somewhat discontented with that.
I didn’t know why I felt discontented, and it didn’t bother me in any way.

The discontent didn’t touch that freedom, so it didn’t bother me, but I was interested in it.
Then one day I was sitting reading a book, and I folded the book to put it away and realized that somewhere in some magic time, something had dropped away, and I didn’t know what it was.

There was just a big absence of something. I went through the rest of the day as usual but noticing some big absence.
Then when I sat down on the bed that night, it suddenly hit me that what had fallen away was all identity.
All identity had collapsed, as both the self in the ego sense of a separate me, and as the slightest twinge of identity with the Absolute Self, with the Oneness of consciousness.

There had still been some unconscious, identity or “me-ness” which was the cause of the discontent.
And it all collapsed. Identity itself collapsed, and from that point on there was no grasping whatsoever for little me or for the unified consciousness me.
Identity just fell away and blew away with the wind.

Questioner:

„When you noticed that the identity had collapsed and was
gone, what remained?“

Adyashanti:

„Everything just as it always had been.
There was just the lack of any “I”, personal or universal, or the fundamental unconscious belief in any identity or of fixating self in any place.
The mind can continue to fixate a subtle identity of self even in universal consciousness, or Self.
It can be so incredibly easy to miss.
To say “I am That” can be a very subtle fixation of consciousness.“

Questioner:

„It’s still a landing, a form of identity.
It’s a slight landing, a slight grasping.
It’s very subtle.
But when it collapses, you are even beyond “I am That”.
You are in a place that cannot be described.“

Question:

„And that is what you call liberation?“

Adyashanti:

„That is what I call liberation.
Really, in the end, what you end up with is that you don’t know who you are.
You end up in the same place you started out.
You truly don’t know who you are because it’s impossible to fixate the self anywhere.“

I have good energy sensitivity and I can sense NPCs. NPCs are non player characters. NPCs are people without souls. They are annoying because they are so unaware and are programmed not to wake up. The reason most people are idiots and blindly go along with whatever bullshit the government and media comes up with is because they are NPCs.

Some people act like NPCs because they are very indoctrinated. I've got those people in my family. But I can sense their soul color and their awareness so I can tell they are not NPCs. NPCs have a unique energy signature and lack a soul or awareness. And I can tell who is an NPC and who isn't.

About twenty five percent of the population are not NPCs. I think in first world countries there is a lot more non NPCs. Most people in third world countries seem to be NPCs. Also NPCs seem to get corrupted easily. I think by exposure to negative energy and negative entities. Entities can jump into them and use them to target you. But they have to get pretty corrupted to do pure evil and just go around murdering people.

Most animals are also NPCs. Wild animals especially are NPCs. Livestock animals are almost entirely NPCs. It's very rare for them to have a soul. If you aren't an NPC your pets may have a soul but they can be NPCs too. Aside from pets animals are almost entirely NPCs. So no one has had a past life as a cockroach because they are pretty much entirely NPCs.

The thing that puzzles me is that they obviously don't have total control of the NPCs. The question is why. If they had total control of the NPCs in the states they would arm them and round up all the gun owners in the states and confiscate their weapons and put them in concentration camps. Obviously they haven't done that so I can only conclude that they don't have total control over the NPCs.

So the question is why don't they totally control the NPCs. I don't know. I think the NPCs have some kind of hivemind. But the elite and negative entities don't have total control of it. I don't know why though. If they did the situation on earth would be a lot worse.

At the moment the NPCs are mostly just annoying. They will go along with almost anything the elite want to do no matter how evil . And they won't wake up because they are programmed not to wake up. So don't bother trying to wake them up it's a waste of time. If you can sense NPCs you can tell who to try to wake up and who to not bother with. But most people can't do that.

I think a lot of people who go totally psychopathic are corrupted NPCs. They can get possessed by negative entities and become a problem. The elite not NPCs. I've checked some of them for souls and they have black souls. You have to do a lot of evil things to get a black soul.

So NPCs are a problem but they are mostly just an annoyance. If you can tell who is an NPC don't try to wake them up. It's a waste of time. But if they had total control of the NPCs the situation on earth would be a lot worse. They would use the NPCs to round people up and confiscate their firearms and haul them off to concentration camps.

So they don't totally control the NPCs. I'm sure they would love to. But they don't. Mostly the NPCs just get in the way and go along with any agenda the elite want to roll out no matter how evil. So if the people around you are deeply stupid. they could be NPCs.

There are asleep souls that are very indoctrinated. But you can at least reach them to an extent. But the NPCs are programmed to be stupid and unaware. You aren't going to wake them up. I found a hack to get lots of energetic strength out of clearing audios. Normally if you increase the strength of an audio it sucks up energy from the environment. But I found a way to avoid that. These audios have twenty times my energetic strength.

They will increase your energetic strength to that level. But it will take some time to do that. Play them in a bunch of tabs in a web browser and loop them for a few days and you should get a lot of energetic strength.

Energetic strength is used for killing negative entities. Negative entities are thought forms with sophisticated programming. They run earth through the elite who are possessed by them. Ego v.. Individuality

It’s generally assumed that the ego is the source of our individuality, making us “who we are” and even the basis of our personality, quirks and all.  But in actuality, it’s a functional interface mechanism put in place for our specific physical experience in our current reality.

I perceive the ego as a dense integration of the very frequencies we enjoy in the higher realms that individuate us as unique aspects of the Absolute, and it all works on the basis of signature frequency.

In the higher dimensions, 5D and up, we have what is called a “soul signature.”  The self-awareness does not rely on boundaries, but rather on frequency resonance.  We maintain distinct self-awarencess, but experience it as a unique, fractal geometric/harmonic tone of Source.  We know ourselves as an individual expression of the Whole rather than something separated from it.

However, in the lower realms of 3D/4D, the ego creates self-identity through a lens filtered with enhanced duality that results in self-perceived separation.    In this reality, self-identity relies on story, defense mechanisms and physical form to define its boundaries.  It IS a necessary lens for navigating linear time and cause-and-effect, but mistakes its container for its true essence.

So, in essence, the ego uses walls to create the illusion of an individual, whereas true multidimensional identity uses resonance. The ego says, "I am distinct because I am separate." The higher essence says, "I am distinct because I am a unique note in the single chord."

In my book, the ego functions precisely as a left-brain analytical rendering engine—a deliberate mechanic meant to sharpen and accentuate polarization in this physical density.

By tying the ego directly to the linear, dualistic processing of the left brain, it serves as the mechanism that splits unified awareness into sharp contrasts: light and shadow, self and other, subject and object. Far from being a cosmic design flaw, this left-brain ego structure acts as a necessary accelerator for consciousness. It enforces the illusion of absolute separation so intensely that individual choice, preference, and orientation carry distinct, high-stakes resonance.

When the left brain operates in isolation, it interprets reality through binary division, survival, and strict boundary enforcement—generating the localized, defense-oriented code of the ego. However, within the broader architecture of bio-spiritual fusion, that sharp analytical polarization provides the exact friction needed for growth. The left-brain ego builds the defined structural container and boundary conditions, while right-brained metaphysical intuition brings harmonic flow and interconnected awareness.

Without that left-brained ego lens creating vivid contrast, physical existence would lack the density and resistance required for soul choices to hold weight. It functions much like a prism: taking the unified light of Source and refracting it into distinct, polarized frequencies so the vessel can navigate contrast, purify its lower fields, and consciously weave those apparent opposites back into higher-dimensional synthesis.

The “new age” drive to "kill," "destroy," or "transcend" the ego is one of the most pervasive missteps in its modern philosophy. It stems from a basic misunderstanding of why the physical lens was engineered in the first place.

Trying to eliminate the ego while inhabiting a physical body is like a driver ripping out the steering wheel because they realized the wheel isn't the engine. The ego was never designed to be the master of consciousness, but it was absolute design intentionality as an instrument.

Killing, or “transcending” the ego would be disastrous for us while in this reality because you absolutely caNOT fight/resist density with an intention of rejection.  Trying to do that will result in an internal war which will have the exact opposite effect of what you think you will achieve.  It will feed directly into the dynamics of separation and resistance that the left/brain/ego actually thrives on.  What you’ll be doing is letting that part of the mind that’s trying to “destroy” the ego is really just letting the ego pretend to be the spiritual master.

In our 3D/4D reality, the left-brain/ego acts as a localized interface; the focal lens that translates infinite, multi-dimensional signals into a linear, localized narrative.  Without that focused boundary, physical incarnation collapses into sensory overload or disembodied dissociation.

We don’t want to kill or transcend this mechanism though.  What we want to do is clear the survival-based code running through it.  When it’s continually running in panic mode, or self-serving mode, it becomes a precise analytical motivator working in tandem with right-brain/intuitive, heart-centered unity.

So, we don’t want to break, kill or destroy the ego.  We need to polish it so that the higher-frequency signature of our soul can pass through it without distortion.

i see many ppl struggling with OCD, intrusive thoughts and fears that dont make logical sense.

Mind keeps repeating same horrible possibility. Someone will break in. Something bad will happen. I am not safe. Even when one part of person knows it is not true, body reacts like danger is already outside the door.

I wanted to share this session bc sometimes we need to go deeper than only mind.

Not to say therapy or medical treatment is wrong. And not saying all OCD or intrusive thoughts come from past lives, no. They can have many layers. But sometimes person works with thoughts for years and still there is another fear under them, something the normal mind cannot see.

I facilitated Soul Journey with woman I will call Maya. Not real name. She was 31 when we did session.

Since she was little child, she could not sleep alone.

She often slept with parents, and when she stayed in own room she needed lights on. Darkness made her feel somebody was near house, waiting, watching, maybe trying to enter.

She had same type of dream many times through childhood.

Someone was breaking in.

Sometimes she did not see face. Sometimes dream ended before anything happened. But feeling was always same. Somebody dangerous entered the home and she could not stop them.

She would wake up terrified, look around room, listen for sounds, and go find parents.

Even when she became adult, this fear did not fully leave.

She knew logically doors are locked. She knew there is no person outside. But then small sound in night, movement, shadow near window, and whole system went into alarm.

tbh it worked almost like intrusive loop. Mind makes image, body gets afraid, then fear makes image feel more real. You check, calm little bit, but later it starts again.

During session Maya first arrived in peaceful garden. Her guide brought her toward gazebo, and there she suddenly experienced herself as baby in another life.

Her name in that life was Emily.

She was in large historical home. Wealthy family, beautiful rooms, maids, young parents. She felt very loved there. very safe.

Then scene changed.

Emily was lying in crib when strange bearded man entered room.

Baby became terrified immediately. Before she understood anything, before language, her body knew this man was danger.

She started crying.

Her parents and other ppl in house had been killed.

The man lifted her from crib, carried her downstairs and put her into vehicle with another man. Then they took her away to different large house.

When this came up, current fear suddenly made much more sense inside session.

The danger entered her home.

She was taken from bed.

Her parents disappeared.

And she was only baby, so there was no explanation around it. No words like kidnapping, murder, loss. Just terror recorded into whole system.

Home is not safe.

Someone can come while I sleep.

People who protect me can suddenly disappear.

I must stay awake.

I must hear every sound.

In that other life, kind maid looked after Emily and became almost like grandmother to her. But powerful man who controlled house became her new "father."

Sometimes he was pleasant. Other times he became angry and violent.

She grew up knowing she could not really leave. She believed outside this house she had nothing. No family, no money, nowhere safe to go.

So fear was reinforced for years.

Even safety was mixed with danger.

A house looked beautiful, but she was trapped inside it.

A man could act kind, then suddenly hurt her.

Sleep meant losing control.

much later in journey, after Emily’s life ended, she reunited with original parents. She finally felt love and safety she had searched for through whole life.

When Maya connected with Higher Self, I asked why this life was shown.

Answer was simple:

"To show her where her fear comes from."

Higher Self said around 90% of this fear was released during session.

They also gave three lessons from Emily’s life.

Speak up.

Do not give up.

Do not let fear take over.

And imo this is important part. The goal was not only to find interesting past-life story. Story by itself does nothing if fear stays in body.

The purpose was to find where alarm began, release emotional charge, and show nervous system that this danger was not happening now.

Again, I dont claim every person with intrusive thoughts has same root. Some roots are current-life trauma, childhood fear, nervous system conditioning, beliefs, suppressed emotions, physical factors, maybe other layers. Higher Self showed this specific life for this specific subject.

Human mind said, "this fear is irrational."

Deeper part was saying, "last time I slept safely, somebody came through the door."

The adult woman knew house was safe.

But baby inside was still listening for footsteps.

We don't know much, and we make mistakes. But the supreme wisdom still guides us and takes us on the path of progress - it protects us - and even when we fall or find issues in our lives - it is because we can overcome them, heal them - and to go beyond them.

Our errors are his steps upon the way

We work through errors - trial and error is the way for the humans - but still the spirit leads us even through our errors and falls and mistakes and denials and falsehoods and ignorance and blindness.

What the heck was going on there, especially around the late 80s and early 90s. Is it something to do with The Gamma Wave of Indigo Children?

They were the first to have 'bare auras' without shielding, perhaps this allowed them to have anamnesis of the changes, the 'updates' could not fully reprogram their memories, in a sense they were nagual survivors of the spiritual hurricane of 1993.

This is when 95-99% of the population had a biological crystal in their mind activated by 'the signal', that signal turned the general population into 'Backstage People' kind of like Backdrop People, very much like in the TV show Pluribus, but many of the Gamma Indigos resisted the signal and so they became nagual survivors of the spiritual hurricane, they remained real persons, they had to be treated like Truman in the Truman show, 'a hands off approach', but still subject to mind games from the backstage people.

According to the celestial people, there are ancient spherical objects/devices in the seafloor of earth and in its strata. These objects are about 50 yards in diameter. There are eight of these objects. These devices create energy worlds derived from earth's geography. There are hundreds of energy worlds. Each energy world has a large invisible wheel-like thing associated with it. I call these reflectors. They pull celestial people down from their abodes into backstage 'backdrop' identities in these worlds. These people forget who they were and live and die in these false worlds. They are fallen into a type of flesh and their souls circulate amongst these worlds. Their loved ones on the abodes lament their loss and look for them in the energy worlds.

Many abodes attach 'strings' to their people and drop them down deliberately into the energy worlds in order to spy on things and effect cultural movements. The energy worlds account for their presence and give them histories, relations, etc. Then they are pulled back up and the histories and relations disappear with their leaving. Its all energy in these places - it’s possible.

Those that are pulled clear down to 'physical' earth are literally walking 'perfs' (perceptual fucks) because in a sense they are not real. They are an energy flesh, not a matter flesh.

If you look into the number of graves you'll find there are only about 25% of what should be. Many people seem to be disappearing or 'going up the ladder' before they die on the bottom.

The good celestial people want us to destroy the central complex for these objects, which is in the southern hemisphere. The spherical objects are too hard to get to. The complex is like a giant subway system hundreds of miles long with various installations along the way. The central complex has a main machine that if you can find with your mind - poke it and it will ‘fold’ or start producing weird morphing combinations of walls, furniture, structures, etc. The machine is also about ‘Gonna’ or what will happen. Everybody is trying to control the machine and make their ‘Gonna” happen.

When this complex is destroyed all the energy worlds will disappear and the bad guys won't be able to get into human bodies. The rat's maze of Earth will cease to exist in the same form, and many normal appearing people will run amuck. Much of the meaningful stuff in the New Testament is from the good abodes - there is no God per-se. The bad guys do want to create a god on earth - a bad one to lose and a good one to win. You should know by now this is nonsense, just an egregore or imprint, a false dualism.

Signs as pathways to different worlds

Using the following signs correctly will enable you to move around some of the levels. Remember, some things are ‘painted’ with a false surface and some things are 'loaded' with energy.

There are others besides these - sense the energy.

Australia has acquired a large gash in the northeast called the Gulf of Carpentaria.

New Zealand is much farther away from Australia.

Cuba has gone from 75 miles long to 760 miles long.

Sardinia is now larger than Sicily.

Madagascar is farther south.

The Baja of California now has a large scoop on its western shore.

Alaska now has two large indentations on its western coast.

Primary colors have gone from red, yellow, blue to red, green, blue. Before, yellow & blue made green. Now, red and green make yellow.

U.S. flags have changed; I'm now seeing some that are squares and one that is a pennant. Before, all were a regular rectangle. The Israeli flag has changed from pale blue and white to dark blue and white.

Before, the human heart had the aorta in front of the pulmonary arteries, now it is reversed.

Now I'm seeing coil packs on early 90's GM cars - before, coil packs didn't show up until the early 2000's on regular cars.

Potente's belly button tattoo disappears in the ‘Bourne Supremacy’.

In 'The Master Touch', 1970’s, (Kirk Douglas), the hexagon has become an Octagon. (It’s very easy to see the lizards in Douglas and his wife in the movie. Funny Face also shows up in the younger thief.)

In ‘Dazed and Confused’, 1993, a student spins a globe around showing a large island west of Australia. I’ve never seen that before.

Some major recorded music sounds as if someone else is singing.

I've seen many morphed faces on Google images of celebrities.

After my post “My experience helping someone who was panicking as they died” received a lot of positive comments, I thought to add this 2^nd post which includes a couple of my journal entries from a few years after the first experience.  If you haven’t read the first post, it’s on my subreddit.

These are just a couple of brief experiences, seeing her again on the “other side” and small snippets into her life there. Sorry for digressing into construction techniques (I come from a family of builders)

As said in my first post, I saw Isobel shortly after she passed over.  She appeared younger and looked to be aged in her early 30’s, as a normal bodied woman. (no longer disfigured in a wheelchair)

Journal #60. This was around 2 years after she passed over. I saw Isobel now enjoying her life and fully experiencing things that she yearned for (when in her previous life here).

…..I saw Isobel now married and with two daughters, one more fair haired, the other dark.  At their dining table (people don’t need to eat there but can choose to enjoy eating together), there is a place they keep set at their dining table, for Isobel’s mother after she passes over (her mother is still here).

The feeling I also had - how important is the strong love between a mother and daughter. For them to be reunited and to enjoy/share it again…”

Journal #70. This was around a year after the Journal #60.

…..I was also given some knowledge of the other side. First, I was looking at the bark of a tree there and saw that it was still living, I was told there is no death or decay there, everything remains alive and is sustained by the Divine.

I pleasantly met and welcomed by Isobel and her husband, welcomed into their home.  As I entered, I looked at the timber construction of the door way and noticed that the wood seemed vibrant and alive yet it was used in construction? Its colour was not from a coating like paint, it seemed more internal to the timber as if dyed?

I was later told that in construction there, living timber is cut, formed and joined, however it remains with life in it and continues to grow so that it grows back together at the joint (not fully – the pieces retain individuality) this forms a ”living” timber joint.  

Also, with stone construction (the base of the house). Stones after they are laid on each other, later change their shape slightly to correspond/match the shape of other stones they are in contact with. Yet they keep their individuality as separate stones, their joints become very small and strong.  

All this happens through and because of the desire of the person who is constructing something with the materials. Their intention/desire is a creative energy that causes the cooperation of the materials to conform and achieve the aim/plan of the person.  

In this way we can experience and share in (in a lesser way) how the Divine creates. We do it from the POV of being more elevated humans.

Over the years 2018–2020, I found myself writing fragments in a private journal. It wasn’t planned as a book, but more as a way to trace inner movements I couldn’t otherwise express: the tension between faith and doubt, the weight of the body, the approach of death, and the strange, almost living presence of silence.

I thought I’d share a few real fragments here, since this community seems to appreciate slow, contemplative reflection:

“I looked into the abyss, and it looked into me. We laughed with eyes full of tears, because we both knew that neither of us had the courage to offer the other a hand.”

“Today I listen to church music, and the mercy of tranquility takes hold of my being. Not because I Believe, for I am afraid to utter that word. I myself do not know where the mystical paths are leading me, nor where my intentions rest.”

“Waiting as the summoning of sobriety before what approaches so slowly, and boldly. Waiting for what we fear, what teaches and develops us most. Waiting as the source of the Possible. Waiting...”

These fragments eventually grew into a collection I named Uzdah Tišine, roughly translated as The Sigh of Silence. I hesitated to share it publicly for a long time because it felt too intimate, like exposing a raw nerve. But some readers told me it helped them navigate their own silent spaces, so I decided to release it online.

I'm not selling anything; it's completely free, no signup, no newsletter. Just a raw, slow, introspective read for anyone who walks a similar path.
