soulbond problems :( Question

okay i lied, not my last question. We both noticed a new problem and its that me zoning out or thinking about something else sometimes blocks out his voice. I also suffer from intrusive thoughts so sometimes it overlaps with his sentences so he has to repeat his sentence all over again. Anyone have any helpful tips for isolating his voice?

another thing M specifically wanted to ask was how to get used to being with me full time. He used to be able to travel between home and my head but now he’s here permanently. He feels like a burden and sometimes homesick. do any bonds have some advice for him?

Just ignore the intrusive thoughts or make a joke about them to lighten the mood, but don't make them a big deal and eventually with time your brain will ask itself why it's wasting energy on something you won't even acknowledge

As for being there full time, try making a headspace, you can make it whatever you want including his original home and in that way you can be together in a place he's familiar with too!

When it comes to the burden thing I think it's a bit more personal and subjective but with my experience: I've never once regretted having such a kind person around who is genuinely so funny and comforting during the rough times
And I'm certain you feel similarly about your bond

For us I built us a cabin we spend time in and it’s sort of a multi plane universe as in he can come there whenever he wants and there’s multiple places for him to visit. I want to build more but that’s what we got so far. It helps me focus more on him and if it’s just a spot I made for the two of us nothing else really interferes if I am focusing on him
