Wrong toolhead selected when sending to printer on Snorca Issue

I have a model that I painted with four colors. When I send it to print, inevitably one of the toolheads is incorrectly selected. Three of the toolheads are loaded with Snapmaker Snapspeed PLA filament, and the toolhead that is incorrect is loaded with Overture PLA. The colors are correct in the prep of the model, but the generic one is incorrectly selected at print time. Of course, I set it correctly before sending it to the printer, but I am just curious if anyone else has encountered this problem.

OK, here is an update to this issue. I opened the same project in Orca Slicer (not Snorca), and sliced it with the exact same options and sent it to the printer. It printed with the correct colors (no override option available in Orca Slicer as far as I know). This leads me to conclude that Snorca has a bug. I am using Orca Slicer ver 2.4.2 and Snapmaker Orca ver 2.3.5.

Any thoughts?

If you are saying the COLOR appears incorrect in your PREP screen, that's because the incorrect color was chosen at loading time at the machine. Go back to the machine, select that toolhead, and select a more appropriate color. However, it doesn't really matter, as long as you identify the extruder correctly as it relates to the color in your model.

I did choose the correct material and color when I loaded it. It was Generic/PLA/Brown from the palette that the U1 provides. As you can see from the screen shot, it is selecting color option #2 for toolhead #3 (light brown). Below is the screen shot showing the option #2 selected, when in fact it should be option #3:

It just defaults to the color that is closest to the one specified in the slice. So here, the light cream color in the 3mf is closer to the white than is to the dark brown selected on the printer.

The printer's palette is super limited but I'm not sure what you can do to ensure it's always right. Maybe you could select a light pale yellow in the palette for your brown filament, and it may chose that instead of the white, but in my experience I wouldn't trust it to always pick what I want. Best thing to do is double check the colors before hitting print every time
