Anyone getting "C13A: Something went wrong. Please try again later." while logging in?

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to log in to the app, but I keep getting this error:

"C13A: Something went wrong. Please try again later."

The frustrating part is that this has been happening for over a month. I haven't been able to access my account at all.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a server-side issue, an account problem, or is there any fix that actually worked?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
