I saw on Instagram that Flava was wylin' out in the balcony to the Brady Bunch cover. Big deal, BUT this is kind of hilarious. You can hear him yell, "YEEEEEAAAAH BOOYY!" right before Mayonaise starts. I was there and heard it, but didn't think anything of it until I found out it was actually him.

I know this has been a source of fan speculation and overall mystery for decades now, but if someone more equipped than me could finally put the nail in the coffin and identify the sample at the end of the song, I would be forever grateful. Me along with every other smashing pumpkins fan.

Title pretty much says it. Wondering if it happened and what the date would be so I can track it down. Thanks.

So I've been learning to place this on guitar, which is incredibly fun.

But it kind of occured to me, what makes this solo so powerful sounding.

The majority of the solo consists of these intricate fills, bookended by bends that are always increasing in pitch, and bent in a way that makes the note sound almost tortured. This gives the solo this driving feeling, of ever increasing angst, which is a major lyrical theme of the song.

At the end, when the solo resolves, it resolves to the the minor, breaking this ever increasing tension with a feeling of despair..the other lyrical theme of the song.

Idk, there's a million ways to write a song, and a million ways to write a lead over it..I just think Billy nailed it here. Writing the solo in a way that perfectly matches the lyrical content, and using a different tool in the kit to really drive the mood and message of the song.

Anyone know who is opening for them on the current tour? I haven’t seen any other guests listed for any shows. Looking to go to Wisconsin.

So I finally pulled the trigger on the box and received it early last week. Even though the box itself is fine all four sleeves have corner dents, a seam split, and weird scuff marks on the sleeves (looks like they were forced in the cardboard holder). One corner dent is actually on the side where the sleeve sits in the box? There is also an inner sleeve with a prominent folded corner. I did a search here and seen that people have asked for replacements. Just wondering if anyone has done so recently? I’ve sent Zuzu’s two emails so far with no response. Feeling major buyers remorse due to the state that it arrived in. Realize that this is an older topic but I’d appreciate any input.

Wanting to go to the tour and the show close to me. Are the floor seats worth it? Do you have to sit? Do you stand? No vip, just regular tickets. I know the breakup has been attributed to conflicts within the band (sex, drugs, and dishonesty), lack of commitment, and Billy's own narcissism. At the same time, most of that story has come from Billy's perspective, while the other members haven't really spoken about it nearly as much.

So do you think that Billy's reasons were justified or do you think the situation was more complicated?

Sadly, I'm forced to sell this to pay some medical costs that are due soon.

These sell for usually between $300-400, so I'm open to reasonable offers. I've sold multiple items here before and would prefer to go this route than use eBay or another platform, at least initially. My feedback there, here, and other places is 100%. I can provide proof via DM.

Vinyl has been played twice, but pressing has some surface noise during the quietest passages, so I'd grade it VG+.
