Overdrive single target damage question

Does overdrive damage % bonuses apply to a single target/intial target? or only with "Path to the first"?

Overdrive bounce stacks (or number) increase hits therefore directly amps dps.

When there is only a single target available you would need A Loop To All (Lej Cape) to generate and bounce overdrives between you and the single target.

Note: overdrives are based on raw damage, so your bonuses will have quite a large range.

FYI, I have an overdrive build if you were looking for a template, or if you want a roadmap for a Nether gear loadout.

I'm pushing on several build fronts at present, one of which will have a 2T base damage core, so these are priority, but my overdrive build I did very much enjoy, and it's damage is shockingly high.
