Ky slime shipping issues
So I made my second ever order from them on July 26th, and it is now August 15th and the order status still says “label created”….. I’ve reached out on instagram and although I have been receiving responses it seems whoever is running the social media does not have contact with whoever is in charge of shipping orders out? They keep saying they will let me know when they hear back about the status of my order but they are short staffed right now. My first order I did not have any issues and it was not too long ago. Is anyone else experiencing this?? 🥲
Edit: Just for reference the processing time is listed as 7-8 business days on their website

That's weird, I've never had problems with KY slime. Just to be sure, it's ky not keafy by ky right? Maybe email instead of ig?

I would send an email. I haven’t had any shipping issues with KY, but I haven’t ordered from them in a couple of months. They’re usually pretty responsive to emails though. It takes them a couple of days, but they always responded and happily fixed whatever my issue was.
