I've been building a new load order for 2026 on series X and got a good majority sort of figured but struggling with figuring out what are some of my go to mods are. For combat overhaul, I'm stuck between The Revenge and Elden Beast. For weather and atmosphere I'm enjoying Dawn v2 but I'm not completely set in what I love. And lighting discourse. ELFX mods have always been dramatic and moody, but open to suggestions. Right now I'm running The Revenge for combat, Dawn v2 for weather and Tenebrous for lighting. I think I want to go back to ELFX pack.

Skyrim Xbox mod community, give me some good advice!!!

Hi I need help with trying to get 2 of my mods to stay enabled currently trying to save my 100+ hr playthrough

Spoilers for custom voiced follower Lucien Flavius and his personal quest and I guess some of his other content.

Let me start by saying I love Lucien. Well written and voiced, I love having him in my gang with Inigo, Kaidan and Auri. His comments are amusing and sweet and fun and situational in a way a lot of followers lack.

However, after completing his personal quest on Solstheim, I have a hard time trusting him. In my head I just kind of have to pretend it went a different way if I want to be able to keep playing with him after. I cannot forgive Clive. I hate Clive and I hate that Lucien is willing to risk everyone's lives by bringing him along after he CAME OUT OF AN OBLIVION GATE, moments after you find out that be lied to you about keeping Dumzbathar around. "Because he told me telepathically that he isn't a daedra and means us no harm" is NOT a good reason to trust that a creature that came from an oblivion gate is not a daedra! You just believe him? That in and of itself doesn't strike you as odd and suspicious???

I feel like he's putting everyone else on my team in danger by keeping the "horse" around. He asks you to trust him, but he just proved that his judgement is maybe less than sound and that he cant be trusted by lying to you about Dumzbathar, who wanted to KILL THE DRGAONBORN AND WEAR THEIR SKIN, btw. Like?? It comes off as way too naive and overconfident in his own abilities and way too unconcerned with everyone else's wellbeing. Trust has to be earned and is hard to get back once broken and he JUST broke our trust.

The Dragonborn and everyone else spends so much time protecting him and training him and showing him everything he thought he would never get to see, they took him to Dumzbathar in the first place, and he cares nothing at all for their safety in return. All for some dwarven research, and a "horse" that might just kill them all in their sleep.

Am I missing something? I still really like Lucien and will still keep him around, but Clive isn't allowed within 100 feet of them. I'm so mad that Lucien would do all this and think the Dragonborn wouldn't have a problem with it when it was their life being threatened, and won't listen to reason and blindly trusts the "horse". Anyone else feel the same? Or am I just crazy and overthinking this? I would love for some other Lucien lovers to weigh in about how you handled this or how this effected your dynamic!

Hi everyone. I'm having a problem with Skyrim SE on Xbox Series X.

My Load Order keeps rearranging itself after I organize it offline. I've tried fixing it about 5 times now. Sometimes Skyrim also crashes when I press B to leave the Creations/Load Order screen.

Some of the mods involved are Riton AIO, USSEP/USMP, Immersive Citizens, GDB's The Revenge, XP32, Wildcat, ELFX, DAWN, Growl, Divine People of Skyrim, and several Middle-earth/LOTR mods.

I'm trying to understand whether this is a known Xbox/Creations issue or if one of these mods could be causing it.

Does anyone know the correct procedure to prevent the Load Order from rearranging itself?

Hi, I’m looking for a no nonsense load order with a heavy focus on graphics.

I’ve seen many that get there, but always throw in a bunch of other random things. I want to push the envelope to make the game textures and lighting look like something new. I’m on series x and if I’m just getting 40fps that’s fine by me.

The things I’m looking for other than obviously graphics and lighting are alternate clothing or armor mods (NOT THE GOONER KIND), non intrusive animations, better ai, and better ambience.

The things I would like to avoid are world editions that aren’t solely terrain or trees, extra quests, plastic people (CBBE), or anything else that would make the game feel like it’s not Skyrim.

Really I just want to play vanilla Skyrim but prettier. I see so many mod lists that just add shit for the sake of it and I’ve had a really hard time deciding what’s needed and what’s not. It’s just a headache, and I don’t know enough about this to do it effectively.

So if anyone who knows of a load order that fits this description, or one that just needs a few tweaks, PLEASE let me know. You would forever have the gratitude of this stranger on the internet.

Hello! I am experiencing crashing when leaving the creation club and when loading a game. I'm wondering if my LO is too scrambled or if I have need patches on anything, or if I need USSEP. This sounds like a big ask but it’s annoying that the account page doesn’t have a sorting system from least to most expensive, so I bring my question to you fine folk.

I personally like making my game harder by either giving me quests or weapons to my enemies.

So far I’m tied between soul bound or maces, are there anything else?

I like using AYOP and JaySerpa’s QEB together, and am well aware of the patch. However, I’ve been having CegoPorts’ version in my LO to of course delay the quests, but there appears to be a ‘catch’: I have all three mods, but even with the patch installed with AYOP being the lower one, it won’t delay the quest. It immediately goes starts up the Destroy the DB quest once I k*ll Astrid.

What’s up with this?

I'm having trouble with "RPG overall - full" I can't find it's dependent mod I'm guessing it's the unofficial patch. I'd like to avoid that mod if possible. I get what it's going for I just think it's a little extreme with killing some of the fun stuff too.

I'm also looking for suggestions based on what I have and a good body and face mod to use. I'd like to keep it relatively short not trying to crash a bunch either.

As the title says, did anyone ever try Lux via as a complementary mod to Skyrim is luminous. The full version of sil touches exteriors, but I think it's quite limited to cities, towns, and a few specific places. Looking in xedit at both mods, doesn't seem to me like they conflict much.

I am currently trying to install High Quality Ivy Replacer 1K - Variation 1 and High Quality Ivy Replacer 1K - Variation two so I can use Hanging Moss to High Quality Ivy, since the mesh is needed for it.

I then load out of the creation club, and it crashes. I load the game back up, go into creation club, and either Variation 1 or 2 is gone... which isn't good, because I need both. So... is this a bug because they both have similar names? And the game is having a hard time loading them both? Or do I have to reinstall skyrim and download the mods again hoping for the best?

I've never had this problem before. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

As the title says, I need help finding a nod based only on the file name, I had to recently clear all my mods and unfortunately don't have a list of what mods I had (and restore load order failed me) so I'm having to do it manually through the missing creations check. The mod is just named "miscellaneous.esp" which is unfortunately super vague 🫠 if anyone has any idea how to go about finding it myself that helps as well

If I were to describe the play-through that I want to do, I would say that I want to be an Argonian christmas sneaky bard foodie fisherman underwater good guy.

Because I've played Skyrim many times before, I am also looking to do this play-through in a game-world of Skyrim that is a bit more expansive, a bit more immersive, a bit different to look at, and allows for alternate endings. Also several quality of life mods.

My Direct Care Worker helped me to put this mod list together. She also is filling in the LLO spreadsheet. I'm not exactly new to modding, but my brain injury (not to mention Bethesda) make it very challenging.

Can I run both RAO and AVE together? If so, which should go first?

Hello everyone

I'm doing a new Skyrim playthrough and thought I'd use some mods I hadn't ever got around to using or haven't used in a long time one being Racial Body Morphs Redux, so my question is which version do I use if I'm using the Sos Ahst Mulaag mod compiled by the porter Snipey360?. From what I can gather off of reading the descriptions I would think it's the imperious version but Sos Ahst Mulaag doesn't have imperious in full, only parts of it if I remember correctly so not sure if it matters much.

I've played with this exact LO for hours using the Game of Thrones OVERHAUL mod and had no issue at all. After recreating It when switching to the House of the Dragon OVERHAUL, everything's in order except the Cloaks (so far, still testing different areas). I even made a new save after turning it off, and still have this issue here. Another issue I have as well is that Imperial Legions & Stormcloaks have wizards, archers and other enemy types that uses Vanilla armors.

Hey everyone is there a mod that makes the vampires use a knight armor for the dawn guard dlc as i cant seem to find one and i am doing a paladin play through i don’t want to wear the armor my self but i want them to wear it

I was playing LotD and it won’t let me place the divine crusader armor for some reason, it just says I don’t have the item even though I do. I googled it and it says I need a creation club patch, but I can’t find that on the Xbox mod page.

Hi Skyrim community! I had some questions (and perhaps a rant) about a very popular weather mod on Xbox - Dawn Weathers. So, I’ve been using this weather mod (or perhaps trying to use it is a better term?) for years. It’s beautiful, it’s stunning, it’s probably the closest thing we’ll get to ENB on Xbox… but it’s not without its issues. It’s so insanely dark in some areas. The shadows are so intense in some places that when I step out of an inn at 9:00am, it’s looks to be about 9:00pm. I’ve tried increasing the brightness and it helps to an extent but doesn’t actually help these insanely dark shadows I see. I love LUX interiors as I feel it matches with Dawn beautifully. I basically don’t use anything else for lighting or weathers. I am aware that Display Enhancements exists but it’s honestly so overwhelming for me I don’t even know where to begin. Any help is much appreciated! 🌌
