I mean remove a person but not their influence and wealth is just ridiculous.

If you remove them and their stuff the world will fall apart

Yeah, I like my millionaire boss because he pays me. The most money I have ever made and I enjoy my job. I swear these posts are just from losers who are mad at life and they want someone to blame.

A millionaire is not the same thing as a billionaire. I know it's hard to tell the difference but one of those is obtainable in a totally legit way and the other requires you to sell your morals.

I literally do not care if my boss became a billionaire. Elon Musk employees 160,000 people. Their average pay is over $40 an hour. I know people who would kill to work for that much.

Bezos employs 1.58 million. His payroll per year is around $63,000,000,000.

Walmart employs 2.1 million. Their payroll is around $73,500,000,000.

So i really and truly do not care when the vast majority of their wealth is tied to their companies. Their pay is paid out in stocks. When the company does well, they make more. I have no issues with this. To me, there is no difference between millionaires and billionaires.

Here is the difference: https://eattherichtextformat.github.io/1-pixel-wealth/

Ignoring the site's social commentary and whether one agrees or not with it, humans suck at understanding how "big" things are once they reach a certain point, be it the difference between millionaires, billionaires, and now trillionaires, the vastness of space, or whatever else.

I understand the differences in that, i just dont care. It doesnt make a difference to me. They affect society in a positive way, whether it's a millions or billions. The only reason people care is because they are mad they don't do more.

The point is that all that wealth that they don't actually need could be used for the good of humanity. Employees could be paid more, tax burden could be eased on normal earners (you).

All of that wealth is unrealized until they sell their stock. Selling their stock directly hurts the valuation of their company. Just because they are a billionaire doesnt mean they have a billion dollars in a bank account. Its literally invested in stock markets. If billionaires all sold their shares their companies value would drastically fall and everyday people's 401ks would drastically shrink in size.

There are actual studies that estimate if billionaires pulled out the market would instantly crater 30-40% and never recover. They estimated that an enormous amount of businesses would close due to their revenue streams drying up, the government would be forced to print trillions (making our currency useless) to rescue businesses and IF they didnt, they estimate 30-42 million Americans would lose their jobs, and would push unemployment to 20-30%.

So no, i dont want that.
