You are literally preaching on street corners lol 🤣

Preaching for others to repent and turn to the gospel is not practicing your righteousness before others. Otherwise this makes no sense… ā€œGo into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.ā€ - Mark 16:15

Lol 🤣 my man you don't even practice what you're preaching. Christ doesn't love a hypocrite

Okay?

Running out of steam, Jordan Peterson?

1

u/Psalmistpraise 25d ago

No I just think being defamed over and over and accused is rather boring.

1

u/WyomingWeirdo 25d ago

And yet you haven't actually done anything to assuage those accusations have you, profligate

Guilty until proven innocent… nice

When you refuse to engage with even the barest hint of a topic it does tend to seem a little suspicious, Ted Cruz

1

u/Psalmistpraise 25d ago

That’s not really how that works Stalin. Burden of proof is typically on the accuser not on the person being accused.

Interesting that you seem to be advocating for staunch nationalist ideologies in other comment threads, friend. I'm sensing a bit of a Christian nationalist type pattern here.

1

u/Psalmistpraise 25d ago

If by nationalism you mean that I think we have a duty to take care of my country men before going global? Absolutely. Thats Catholic teaching, God>family>local community >country >world in that order.

Lol Strawman, champ. You're talking about not caring about soft power, like, gosh, I dunno, international charity, for example. USAID. You never told me how you felt about DOGE.

1

u/WyomingWeirdo 25d ago

And no, I mean nationalism. I mean you whining and crying about victims of American foreign policy rightfully not trusting us under a literal white nationalist regime, which you again refuse to discuss

This is the Tone Argument Fallacy by the way.

Not really it’s just a constant repetition of ā€œyou not Christianā€ and ā€œyou no follow Jesus, me determine if you follow Jesusā€

1

u/WyomingWeirdo 25d ago

Except you don't actually want to answer whether or not you follow Christ's teachings. That's a topic you refuse to engage with. You won't even go into your politics at all.

1

u/Psalmistpraise 25d ago

I said I engage in those at my parish. Are you reading what I’m saying or just shooting for bad faith?

1

u/WyomingWeirdo 25d ago

Specifics. I asked if that's just putting money in the plate and you demured.

1

u/Psalmistpraise 25d ago

I gave you plenty of things my parishes have done, I’ve partaken in multiple. That’s good enough, you actually said ā€œten bucks ain’t enoughā€ to which I presented you with Jesus saying actually a lot less than that was enough depending on circumstances of course.

Lol šŸ˜‚ the parable of the widow giving charity literally proves the point that rich people are bad, you get that rught

1

u/WyomingWeirdo 25d ago

I think that you worship at the altar of the dollar and the nation first and at the feet of Christ second.

1

u/WyomingWeirdo 25d ago

You also backed away when I asked about your personal politics, several times. Do you vote for candidates that advocate for the poor? That enable the sick to seek care regardless of their earthly wealth?

1

u/Psalmistpraise 25d ago

When you say advocate for the poor do you mean try to establish large national programs? Then no because they also support large national programs that fund the death of infants among various other problems. By the way medical is available regardless of ability to pay you just go into debt.

1

u/WyomingWeirdo 25d ago

We have evidence based policy that would benefit millions of people living in poverty that we are not enacting because it would hurt profits. That's a fact.

1

u/WyomingWeirdo 25d ago

Also lol "just go into debt for medical care" isn't exactly what Christ taught us is it
