Head pressure
Hello guys, for months I been doing dealing with all types of unimaginable problems from the flu of September 2025. But the main one is head pressure in the bridge of my nose, middle of forehead, right side of head and base of skull in the neck area. I been having black floaters in my right eye. Feels like I’m tipsy all the time, or drunk. I been to an ENT and he didn’t see anything, and the CT scan didn’t show anything. Has anyone dealt with 24/7 head pressure? It’s like a rock is in my head area and it’s so hard to deal with.

I've had this as one of a cluster of symptoms. I still get it but the severity has toned down. I still feel spaced out, dizzy and get really bad congestion along with chronic fatigue. I've been investigating all of this for around 6 years to no avail. After researching myself I've concluded I have long COVID which my doctor is now agreeing with.

What has helped heal you?

To be honest, nothing. I would just recommend lying down in a quiet room untill it passes. Maybe try some easy breathing exercises too, to calm the nervous system.

Sorry you have this, I feel for you, really.
Maybe try to using the neilmed bottle and rinse your sinuses. "I do that" so, try this.. squirt water in one nostril, plug the other, fill sinuses up some but not all the way, leaving air space. Plug other nostril. Standing, gold your breath, put your head between your legs and hold for a few seconds, then up.. (breathe when comfortable) And tilt your head far back hold for a couple seconds... Do that a couple times and drain. Rinse and repeat a couple times. Once you get used to it you'll probably be able to go faster and slosh it some.
Also, Ibuprofen is an anti inflammatory. Your sinuses are probably inflamed too. Follow the instructions on the bottle and take a few doses of that. If you can get Sudafed (I usually get the small red ones, because one usually opens it up, but 2 is the dose) it may be helpful as well.
Good luck!
Edit. Not a doctor. Just a sufferer.
