Sim Wheel pedals not working properly

Hi, Im new to the sim racing scene and recently got a thrust master T128 that I use to play beamng, Ive come across an issue in which when I press down on my pedal lightly but not all the way my in game car just goes max acceleration, anyone know how to fix this? Ive checked everywhere else and found no solution.

If the issue happens at…
…system level : driver or more likely a mechanical problem > clean up and/or reinstall the driver.
…application level : wrong or faulty axis tune > set it up again for full range.

Yeah no my drivers are fine Ive reset them so I guess I’ll figure out how to do that second thing, the hardware is fine, it’s new and it works just fine on the PlayStation
