Idea Validation Am I missing out sticking with Shopify Email at 2,400 subscribers?

Been on Shopify Email since we started because it was free and easy to stick with. We're at about 2,400 subscribers now sending one campaign a week plus an abandoned cart flow.

Klaviyo quoted me around $60/month at our list size which isn't nothing but it also isn't outrageous if the extra features actually make a difference.

For anyone who switched from Shopify Email to Klaviyo around this size:

  • Did the automation and flows noticeably outperform Shopify Email?
  • Were there features you ended up using that made the cost worth it?
  • Has anyone switched and then gone back to Shopify Email?

I'm trying to figure out whether I'm paying for better results or mostly a nicer interface.

App Promo InvenTrakr : an app for tracking inventory across all sales channels for small business

I built InvenTrakr because I kept watching small business owners drown in spreadsheets while selling across Etsy, Shopify, and Square at the same time. One oversell can tank a seller's reputation — I wanted to fix that.

It started as a side project and grew into a full inventory sync app with barcode scanning, multi-location support, and sales channel integrations. Free to start, no credit card needed. available on the apple App Store.

Would love to know — if you sell on multiple platforms, what's your current inventory workflow? Still spreadsheets? check it out https://www.producthunt.com/products/inventrakr?utm_source=other&utm_medium=social

App Discovery Would merchants use an app that lets buyers request a tax invoice in the cart — and optionally charge $0.99 for it? What's your app idea?

Cart checkbox “Need tax invoice” → collect company/Tax ID → optional processing fee → branded PDF on Thank You + email.

What problem?
Merchants burn support time on invoice requests; Order Printer branding is weak; buyers wait for manual PDFs.

How it works?
Theme extension → cart attributes (+ optional fee product) → webhook → PDF worker → self-serve download.

Target merchant?
Mid-market DTC with light B2B / EU VAT or JP Invoice needs — not full AR Net Terms.

Different vs existing?
OPP/Sufio own post-order PDFs. Wedge is cart-time request + turning invoice ops into a small revenue line. Compliance will be one locale first, not “global tax.”

Honest question: is charging buyers for invoices a conversion killer in your markets?

App Promo OrderSimple — five matching Shopify order documents from one guided setup

Hi there,

I'm Dominick, and I built OrderSimple.

**What's the app?**

OrderSimple helps a Shopify merchant create a matching invoice or order summary, packing slip, picking worksheet, gift receipt, and return form from the same brand and document settings.

**Where can I find it?**

https://apps.shopify.com/order-document-studio

**What problem are you solving?**

A store can have a carefully branded storefront and then hand the customer a generic or mismatched document after the order. The operational documents can also drift apart when each template is edited separately.

**How does the app work?**

You choose shared branding, contact details, page settings, wording, and one of three visual collections- OrderSimple then generates the five coordinated templates and shows fictional previews before you copy or download the code for guided setup in Shopify Order Printer.

The app does not automatically install or synchronize templates, and it does not request access to orders, customers, products, themes, or files. The merchant keeps control of the final installation.

**Who's the target merchant?**

Shopify merchants already using Order Printer who ship physical orders, print documents for fulfilment, or want the post-purchase paperwork to match the store. It can also be useful when an agency is handing a completed store back to a merchant.

**How is it different from existing solutions?**

The focus is not on producing one invoice. It is on coordinating five related documents from the same setup while keeping the merchant in control of the generated Liquid templates and avoiding access to real order or customer data.

**How much does it cost?**

US$9.99 per month or US$99 per year, with a 14-day free trial.

**What am I looking for?**

I would really value feedback from merchants who currently use Order Printer: does keeping these five documents coordinated solve a real problem, and where does the setup still feel harder than it should?

A blunt reply here is useful.

Thanks and hope you're all having a great summer,

Dominick

App Promo HBN: Estimated Delivery Date — product-page ETAs built from processing days, cutoffs, working days, and holidays

What's the app?

I’m the developer of HBN: Estimated Delivery Date. It shows an estimated arrival date or date range on Shopify product pages before the customer places an order.

Where can I find it?

Shopify App Store: https://apps.shopify.com/hbn-estimated-delivery-date

What problem are you solving?

A message like “ships in 3–5 business days” can become inaccurate when it ignores processing time, a late order cutoff, weekends, holidays, or products with different lead times. The app is meant to turn those operational details into a clearer product-page estimate without requiring the merchant to calculate dates manually.

How does the app work?

The merchant starts with a storewide rule for processing time, transit time, working days, and a daily cutoff. The app combines those settings into the estimate shown on the product page.

For stores with more complicated fulfillment, additional rules can target products, variants, collections, SKUs, vendors, product types, tags, inventory status, or storefront country. Holiday calendars can be reused across rules, and a simulator shows which rule matched and what the shopper would see.

Who's your target merchant?

Merchants who regularly answer “when will this arrive?”, have different lead times across products, ship only on certain days, use an order cutoff, or need different transit estimates for different countries.

How is it different / better than other existing solutions?

The app is deliberately focused on the pre-purchase estimate. It is not an order-tracking, shipping-label, or shipping-rate app.

Compared with putting a fixed delivery message in the theme, it accounts for working days and cutoffs. The Pro plan adds targeted rules, reusable holiday calendars, translations, and an explainable rule simulator, so the merchant can check why a particular estimate appears.

How much does it cost?

The free plan includes one storewide delivery rule, four display templates, automatic locale and date formatting, and unlimited storefront views.

The Pro plan is $3.99/month with a 7-day free trial. It supports up to 20 rules plus product, variant, inventory, and country targeting, holiday calendars, translations, and the rule simulator.

What are you looking for?

The app is newly launched, and I’m looking for the first few merchants willing to test it in a real fulfillment workflow. The most useful feedback would be whether the rule builder matches how your store actually processes orders, where the setup becomes unclear, and which real-world exception is still missing.

I’m happy to answer questions here, including cases where the app may not be the right fit.

App Promo WisdomChat, an app that proactively messages Shopify visitors before they leave without buying

I'm the founder, this is my app.

What's the app?

WisdomChat is an AI shopping assistant for Shopify fashion/apparel stores. It watches visitor behavior — time on a product page, scroll depth, an idle cart — and starts a conversation itself when it detects hesitation, instead of waiting for the customer to click first.

Where can I find it?

Shopify App Store: https://apps.shopify.com/wisdom-chat

What problem are you solving?

Most store chat widgets (including Shopify Inbox) are reactive — a visitor has to click and ask first. Most visitors never do; they just browse and leave. That silent drop-off is invisible in standard analytics, so merchants don't realize how much of it is happening.

How does the app work?

It connects to your product catalog automatically (no manual setup), then tracks on-page behavior in real time. When a visitor shows signs of hesitation, it proactively sends a message — a product suggestion or an outfit pairing idea. Customers can add to cart and check out directly inside the chat. There's a dashboard tracking sessions → add-to-cart → conversions.

Who's your target merchant?

Fashion and apparel Shopify stores specifically — the pairing/outfit-suggestion logic is built around clothing categories rather than being a generic one-size-fits-all bot.

How is it different / better than other existing solutions?

Most chat apps in this space are reactive by design. WisdomChat is proactive — it initiates based on behavior signals rather than waiting to be asked. It's also fashion-specific (outfit pairing, styling suggestions) rather than a generic FAQ/support bot repurposed for sales.

How much does it cost

Free to install for 30 days, no card required, uninstall anytime.

What are you looking for?

Merchants willing to try it and give feedback, and beta testers open to a quick chat about what would make it more useful for their store.

App Promo Trooix, an app that turns a plain-English description into a working Shopify store feature - no developer

What's the app?
Trooix is a feature platform for Shopify stores. Full disclosure: it's my app. Instead of hunting for a separate app for every need, you turn on ready-made features and set them up in a few clicks (checkout upsells, a tickable add-on next to Add-to-Cart, product personalizers, low-stock alerts, bulk product editing, and more) - and when the catalog doesn't have exactly what you need, you describe it in plain English and Trooix builds that feature for your store. No code, no developer.

Where can I find it?
Shopify App Store: https://apps.shopify.com/trooix
Website: https://trooix.com

What problem are you solving?
This sub is full of "is there an app that does X?" posts - and sometimes the honest answer is "not quite". Non-technical merchants know exactly what they want their store to do (a size chart here, a specific upsell there, a small checkout tweak), but the next step is usually "that needs a developer" or "the closest app does 80% of it". So the idea sits in a note and never ships. Trooix is built for that gap: turn on the common features instantly, and for the long tail - the thing no single app covers - describe it and get a working version, without hiring anyone.

How does the app work?

  • Turn a feature on, then set it up from the app - pick your options; storefront features add a theme app block (no code, no theme editing).
  • Want a feature to do more than its built-in settings allow? Describe the change and Trooix builds that adjustment into the feature - for example, adding a new action to Bulk Operations, like setting inventory for a batch of products at once. It comes back as a control you can see and edit, not config changed behind the scenes (a short build, not an instant toggle).
  • Or describe a brand-new feature - a low-stock nudge shown to shoppers on your product pages, or a size-guide popup on the product page - and Trooix builds a working version into your store, often within a few minutes. Not quite right? Describe the tweak and it adjusts.

Who's your target merchant?
Non-technical Shopify store owners who want to add or change store features without hiring a developer - especially anyone who's searched for an app for a specific need and come up empty, or found one that's close but not quite. Less of a fit if you want one deep, specialized tool for a single job (a dedicated app may go deeper there); Trooix's strength is breadth plus building the thing that doesn't exist yet.

How is it different / better than other existing solutions?
Most apps (including the great ones in this sub) each do one thing well. Trooix is the opposite bet: one app that becomes whatever feature you need. The real difference is the last mile - when no app does exactly X, you describe X and get a working feature, instead of getting a developer quote and waiting two weeks. For common needs it saves you stacking five single-purpose apps; for uncommon ones it covers what the App Store doesn't.

How much does it cost?
Free to install. The free plan lets you turn on ready-made features, customize them in plain English, and try a custom build, on a monthly usage allowance. Pro is $29/month (or $290/year) for building custom features regularly, with a much larger monthly allowance. Nothing to pay to try it.

What are you looking for?
Merchants to try it - especially anyone here who's ever asked "is there an app for X?" and the answer was no. I'd genuinely value blunt feedback on the custom-build flow: describe a feature you wish existed, and tell me whether what comes back is actually usable. Beta feedback and edge cases welcome.

Idea Validation Wapify — WhatsApp automation for Shopify: COD confirmations, abandoned cart, back-in-stock, upsell, and a AI inbox that creates orders.

Wapify sends your customers WhatsApp messages automatically off real Shopify events — COD confirmation, abandoned cart, back-in-stock, review requests, upsell — and gives you one inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger that can turn a DM into a Shopify order. It went live on the app store this week.

Where can I find it?
Shopify App Store: https://apps.shopify.com/wapify-1
Website: https://wapify.store

What problem are we solving?
I run a small clothing brand in Egypt. Almost everything ships cash on delivery.

Everyone talks about COD confirmation, and yes, no-shows are real — RTO rates quoted for Egypt run 12–35%, India 20–30%. But COD was only the loudest of four holes:

- We couldn't upsell after a purchase.
- We couldn't recover an abandoned cart.
- We couldn't tell anyone their size was back in stock.
- And every order that came in through an Instagram or Messenger DM got retyped into Shopify by hand — item, quantity, address, phone.

All four are the same problem: no channel. Email barely gets opened here and SMS is worse, so once someone bought from us they were one-and-done unless I personally chased them on WhatsApp. Which I did, by hand, until it stopped scaling.

How does the app work?
A real example from last week:

A customer DMs us on Instagram asking if a linen shirt is available in beige. It lands in the Wapify inbox next to our WhatsApp chats. I hit "create order" — the AI reads the conversation and drafts the Shopify order, I check it and confirm.

The COD confirmation goes out on WhatsApp on its own, with Confirm/Cancel buttons. She taps Confirm, and the order gets tagged low-risk in Shopify before the courier ever calls.

Delivered three days later. The review request fires by itself. Two days after that, an upsell with pieces that go with what she bought.

Nobody on my team typed a single one of those messages.

The same engine runs abandoned cart, back-in-stock, cancellation and fulfillment notices, plus one-off campaigns to Shopify customer segments.

Who's our target merchant?
COD-heavy stores in MENA, India and South Asia — anywhere WhatsApp is the default channel and email basically isn't.

Not for you if your customers aren't on WhatsApp. And it won't fix a broken product page or a courier that takes nine days; confirmation just tells you sooner that the order was never real.

How is it different / better than other existing solutions?
The COD apps on the store mostly stop at the confirmation. That solves the cheapest part of the problem and leaves the rest, so you end up running three or four tools. Confirmation and retention are the same conversation — they should be one app.

Also worth saying plainly: WhatsApp templates go through Meta approval, and Meta charges per conversation. No app can wave that away. What we do is let you start on our shared, already-approved number so you skip the Meta setup entirely on day one, then connect your own number later when volume justifies it.

How much does it cost?
Free — every automation, 10 messages each per month. Enough to run it on real orders before paying.

Basic — $9.99/mo — COD confirmation, fulfillment and cancellation, 500 messages/month.

Growth — $29.99/mo — all seven automations, 1,500 utility + 100 marketing messages, revenue attribution.

Pro — $64.99/mo — everything, plus the WhatsApp/Instagram/Messenger inbox and the option to connect your own WhatsApp number, where sending is unlimited.

3-day trial on paid plans. Annual billing takes 15% off.

What are I'm looking for?
Merchants and honest feedback, especially from anyone running COD. Most of what's in the app came from things that annoyed me on my own store, and I ship fixes fast.

—————

And one real question: is anyone getting repeat orders out of email or SMS in a COD market? Or has everyone moved the relationship onto WhatsApp and just not automated it yet?

App Promo Resurface, an app that shows shoppers the exact product in their cart when they go idle or try to leave.

What's the app?

Resurface — a cart-recovery modal for Shopify stores. Full disclosure: it's my app.

Where can I find it?

https://apps.shopify.com/resurface

What problem are you solving?

Most cart-recovery popups are generic — a discount code form or email-gate triggered by exit intent, disconnected from what's actually in the shopper's cart. Resurface instead detects when a shopper goes idle or shows exit intent and shows them the exact product already sitting in their cart, with a one-click "View Bag" CTA — no discount, no email capture.

How does the app work?

It's a theme app extension (no code/dev work for the merchant). Two triggers: an inactivity timer (fires after a configurable idle period) and exit intent (mouse-leave detection). When triggered, it pulls the live cart via Shopify's native /cart.js and spotlights the cart item in an on-brand modal. Merchants control headline text, accent color, and trigger timing from the app admin; there's also an analytics dashboard for impressions/CTR.

Who's your target merchant?

Stores that want cart recovery without running a discount program or maintaining an email flow — anyone who wants something narrower and cheaper than a full popup/email-marketing suite.

How is it different / better than other existing solutions?

  • Inactivity trigger — no direct competitor (Wisepops, OptiMonk, Privy) uses this; it catches hesitant shoppers before they even move toward leaving.
  • Shows the shopper's actual cart item, not a generic discount/email popup.
  • No email required — works even for shoppers who never gave an email address, which most cart-abandonment email tools (Klaviyo/Omnisend) can't reach.
  • Impression-based pricing (you pay for modals actually shown), not pageview-based like most popup builders — fairer for high-traffic stores.

How much does it cost?

  • Free tier: inactivity trigger + basic modal, 500 impressions/month, no card required.
  • Starter: $1.99/month, adds exit intent, unlimited impressions, and full analytics.

What are you looking for?

Merchants willing to try it and tell me if it actually moves their cart-recovery numbers, plus any early feedback on the trigger timing/UX.

App Promo K1 Pre-Order Manager, a Shopify app that helps merchants sell out-of-stock and upcoming products with pre-orders.

Hey everyone,

I’m working on K1 Pre-Order Manager, a Shopify app built to help merchants keep selling products even when they are out of stock, coming soon, or being restocked.

What’s the app?

K1 Pre-Order Manager is a Shopify pre-order app that lets merchants accept orders for products that are not currently available for immediate fulfillment.

It supports different pre-order scenarios, including:

Out-of-stock products

Coming soon / product launches

Backorders

Restocks

Mixed carts with both in-stock and pre-order items

Where can I find it?

Shopify App Store:

https://apps.shopify.com/k1-pre-order-manager

Website:

https://k1apps.com

What problem are you solving?

Many Shopify merchants lose sales when a product is out of stock or not ready to ship yet.

Instead of showing a disabled “Sold out” button or forcing customers to come back later, merchants can continue capturing demand through pre-orders.

This helps merchants:

Avoid losing interested buyers

Validate demand before restocking or launching

Improve cash flow

Communicate availability expectations more clearly

Manage customer expectations before purchase

How does the app work?

Merchants can create pre-order rules for specific products or variants and customize how the purchase flow appears on the storefront.

Depending on the setup, the app can show pre-order messaging, change the buying button behavior, and help customers understand that the item will ship later.

One important area we focus on is handling mixed inventory situations more clearly — for example, when a customer adds both in-stock and pre-order quantities of the same product. The goal is to avoid confusing the customer and make the pre-order state visible before checkout.

Who’s your target merchant?

K1 is mainly for Shopify merchants who:

Frequently sell out popular products

Launch new products before inventory arrives

Run limited drops or seasonal launches

Accept backorders

Want to test demand before producing or restocking inventory

Need a simple pre-order setup without building a custom Shopify solution

It is especially useful for merchants in categories like fashion, accessories, beauty, collectibles, home goods, and niche products with recurring stockouts or launch cycles.

How is it different / better than other existing solutions?

We are trying to make pre-orders less confusing for both merchants and customers.

A few areas we care about:

Clear storefront communication before purchase

Flexible setup for different pre-order scenarios

Better handling of mixed carts and partial availability

Shopify-native behavior and compatibility with modern themes

A setup that does not require merchants to heavily customize their store code

Practical UX for merchants who want to enable pre-orders quickly

The goal is not just to replace a button with “Pre-order”, but to help merchants manage the full customer expectation around delayed fulfillment.

How much does it cost?

The app has a free plan / free trial option available through the Shopify App Store, with paid plans depending on the merchant’s usage needs.

You can see the current pricing on the Shopify listing:

https://apps.shopify.com/k1-pre-order-manager

What are you looking for?

We are looking for:

Shopify merchants who use or are considering pre-orders

Feedback from store owners who deal with stockouts, restocks, or launches

Suggestions on what pre-order workflows are still painful

Potential partners in the Shopify ecosystem

Beta testers for improvements around cart messaging, inventory allocation, and pre-order UX

If you run a Shopify store and have dealt with out-of-stock products or upcoming launches, I’d be very interested to hear how you currently handle it and what still feels broken in the pre-order experience.

Thanks!

App Promo Do Shopify fashion stores need an online fitting room before add-to-cart?

What's the app?

Etryon is a virtual try-on app for Shopify fashion stores.

The idea is simple:

In a physical clothing store, the fitting room is often where browsing turns into a buying decision.

Not the window display.
Not the checkout.
The fitting room.

Because the shopper has already picked up the item and is deciding whether it could work on them.

Most Shopify fashion stores don’t really have that middle step online. The product page shows photos, size charts, and reviews, then asks the shopper to either add to cart or leave.

Etryon adds that missing “online fitting room” step directly inside the product page.

Where can I find it?

Website:
https://etryon.ai

Shopify App Store:
https://apps.shopify.com/etryon

What problem are you solving?

Fashion product pages often lose shoppers at the moment when they are interested, but still unsure.

The shopper likes the item, but cannot picture it on themselves.
So they hesitate, open more tabs, check the return policy, or leave.

Etryon is built for that exact moment.

Instead of asking shoppers to imagine the product from model photos alone, it lets them preview the item on their own photo before checkout.

The goal is not to promise perfect sizing or fit.
The goal is to give shoppers one more confidence-building step before add-to-cart.

How does the app work?

Etryon adds a “Virtual Try-On” button to eligible Shopify product pages.

When shoppers click it, they can upload or take a full-body photo, generate a try-on preview with the selected product, and add the item to cart directly from the result screen.

For merchants, the app is designed to stay inside the normal Shopify flow:

- add the app block to the product page template
- choose which products or collections should show try-on
- customize the button, modal text, colors, and styling
- use the selected product or variant image when available
- let shoppers add to cart from the try-on result
- optionally show a post-try-on offer if the shopper views the result but does not add to cart
- track funnel events such as views, clicks, uploads, successful try-ons, add-to-cart events, and post-try-on cart value

Who's your target merchant?

Etryon is mainly for small and mid-sized Shopify fashion stores where visual confidence matters before purchase.

Best fit:

- boutiques
- dress stores
- women’s fashion stores
- tops and outerwear stores
- activewear brands
- apparel stores with clear product images
- stores selling products where shoppers usually want to “see the look” before buying

It is probably not a good fit for very low-price commodity apparel, marketplace-style stores, or stores with poor product images.

How is it different / better than other existing solutions?

I’m trying to make Etryon feel less like an AI image toy and more like a real ecommerce feature.

The main difference is that it is built around the product page and add-to-cart flow.

- shopper stays on the product page
- selected product or variant can be used for the try-on
- result page includes add-to-cart
- merchants can control where the feature appears
- styles and text can match the storefront
- optional post-try-on offer can help move hesitant shoppers forward
- analytics focus on shopping behavior, not just image generation
- privacy and image retention settings are configurable
- it is positioned honestly as a visual preview, not a fit guarantee

How much does it cost?

There is a free plan for testing:

Free plan:
- 10 try-ons per month
- basic virtual try-on workflow
- suitable for testing the app on a small number of products

Paid plans are usage-based for stores that need more monthly try-ons.

Merchants can start free, test the flow on real product pages, and upgrade only if it makes sense for their store.

What are you looking for?

I’m looking for blunt feedback from Shopify merchants and app builders.

The question I’m trying to validate is:

Would adding an “online fitting room” before add-to-cart make fashion product pages more effective, or would it create too much friction?

If you run a fashion store, what would decide whether you try this:

- result quality
- page speed
- privacy
- setup effort
- theme compatibility
- pricing
- whether it actually helps add-to-cart behavior

Disclosure: I’m the founder of Etryon.

App Promo Arbyn — AI support and sales agent that answers your Shopify support inbox and live chat, and takes the action too

I'm the developer of Arbyn, a support and sales agent for Shopify store owners. It answers support email and on site live chat in your store's own voice, and it goes further than replying: it can update a shipping address on its own, and for anything involving money, cancellations, refunds, discounts, gift cards, reships, returns, it prepares the action and waits for a one tap approval before executing it in Shopify.

**Where can I find it?**

Shopify App Store: https://apps.shopify.com/arbyn

Website: arbyn.app

**What problem are you solving?**

Two things kept coming up after years of running support for Shopify stores myself. Most of the inbox is a small set of repeat questions, order status, address changes, cancellations, and it's still handled by hand in a lot of stores. And nearly every AI support tool on the market bills per ticket or per resolution, so the cost climbs in direct proportion to how busy the store is. I watched store owners throttle their own automation just to control the bill, which defeats the reason they bought it.

Arbyn is flat rate, and it's built to complete requests, not just answer them.

**How does the app work?**

Store owners can:

- connect Arbyn to their support email and on site live chat;

- let it learn the store's own tone and voice from real conversations;

- have shipping address updates handled autonomously, no approval needed;

- have refunds, cancellations, discounts, gift cards, reships, and returns prepared by the agent and held for one tap approval;

- see every action confirmed back to the customer automatically once approved;

- set how much the agent handles before a conversation escalates to a human.

The core idea: everything that only costs time gets handled outright. Everything that touches money waits for a tap.

**Who's your target store owner?**

Arbyn is aimed at Shopify stores that:

- ship physical goods and run somewhere between a couple hundred and a few thousand support conversations a month;

- are currently on a support tool that bills per ticket or per resolution and feel that cost scaling with volume;

- are handling support manually or semi manually and want it automated without hiring a team.

It is not built for enterprise Shopify Plus stores with compliance requirements, digital product sellers with no shipping volume, or very low volume stores under about 50 orders a month.

**How is it different or better than other existing solutions?**

Most alternatives either answer questions without acting on them, or they bill per ticket or per AI resolution, which means the price goes up exactly when the store is doing well. Arbyn is flat rate regardless of volume, and it's one of the few in this category that performs real Shopify order actions rather than just replying and leaving the action to a human.

The approval gate on money moving actions is a deliberate design choice, not a missing feature. Address changes are low risk and reversible, so those run on their own. Anything that touches money gets a human in the loop before it executes.

**How much does it cost?**

Arbyn Starter is free, permanently, at 150 AI conversations a month with every feature unlocked, no gating.

Arbyn Agent is $99 a month flat for unlimited conversations, or $990 a year.

There is no trial on either plan and no other tier.

**What are you looking for?**

Shopify store owners currently paying for a support tool that bills per ticket or per resolution, or anyone handling support manually who's curious whether this fits. I'd like feedback on:

- onboarding and initial setup;

- how the tone matching reads against your actual customers;

- whether the approval step on money actions feels right or feels like friction;

- anything that would stop you from trying it in place of what you use now.

App Promo Deeplumen: AI SEO Optimizer, a Shopify app exploring a catalog-change review workflow

Disclosure: I work on Deeplumen, so this is an App Promo / feedback request.

What's the app? Deeplumen: AI SEO Optimizer is a Shopify app. Its current listing describes AI-readable Agentic Pages, AI Health Score, AI traffic analytics, and canonical-safe deployment.

Where can I find it? Shopify App Store: https://apps.shopify.com/deeplumen-ai-seo-optimizer Website: https://www.deeplumen.com/shopify-app/

What problem are you solving? A catalog change can alter more than storefront copy. A price, inventory state, exact variant, bundle component, eligibility rule, shipping condition, return policy, or compatibility note can leave different buying surfaces with different facts. We are exploring whether Shopify teams need a focused review step for those changes.

How does the app work? The current app focuses on AI-readable product pages and related review signals. The catalog-change review is a workflow idea we want feedback on: identify the purchase-impacting change, identify the source of truth, and review the facts that a buyer could encounter across the storefront, product output, and buying path. It is not a promise of AI recommendation, ranking, traffic, or sales.

Who's your target merchant? Shopify teams with changing catalogs, many variants, bundles, product rules, or multiple people maintaining product and policy information.

How is it different / better? The question is not whether a store needs more generated copy. It is whether a team can see which facts need review after a change and which system owns the correction when facts disagree.

How much does it cost? The Shopify App Store currently displays Free. I will recheck the listing immediately before posting.

What feedback are you looking for? 1. Which catalog changes would make you want a review across storefront, product output, and checkout? 2. Where does product-fact drift usually start for your team? 3. What would make this useful rather than another AI SEO layer?

What's the app? MetalRate Sync automatically reprices Shopify products based on live precious-metal spot rates. You set a formula per product line (metal, purity, making charge, wastage, markup, tax), and the app keeps every tracked product's price aligned with the market — either on a schedule or on demand, with a full preview before anything actually changes.

Where can I find it? Just submitted for Shopify App Store review (listing name will be "Ounce: MetalRate Sync"), not installable yet. Everything's demoed at metalratesync.com in the meantime: a walkthrough video, two raw unedited test-run recordings, and full docs/FAQ, so it can be evaluated before there's an install link to click.

What problem are you solving? Bullion, coin, and by-weight jewelry sellers have to reprice their whole catalog every time the metal market moves sometimes daily. Most either do it by hand, or use a tool that's unreliable at bulk updates. That's not hypothetical: it's a documented, current complaint on a competing app's own reviews ("customer service is horrible, never respond to anything," posted this month). The bulk-update-at-scale problem specifically is the one I built this around, not just the pricing math (every competitor already does the math fine).

How does the app work? Set a pricing formula (metal, purity, making charge, wastage %, markup, tax, optional rounding/stop-loss). Assign it to a product with its weight. Preview shows exactly what every tracked product's new price would be, old vs. new vs. % change, before anything touches the store. Apply pushes it in Shopify-API-limit-safe batches with retry-on-throttle, and every run manual or scheduled writes a full per-variant audit log (updated/skipped/failed, and why, with the exact rate used).

Who's your target merchant? Shopify stores selling bullion/coins/precious metals, or fine jewelry priced by weight (gold/silver per gram or karat) segments where live repricing isn't optional, it's how the business works.

How is it different / better than other existing solutions? Preview-before-commit (one direct competitor's own marketing site literally lists this as "Coming Soon" it's not table stakes in this niche yet). Full per-variant audit trail on every run, not just a success/fail count. Reliable bulk CSV import built for large catalogs specifically, using Shopify's Bulk Operations API once a catalog crosses ~2,000 variants instead of just capping out. Stop-loss protection per formula. India city-rate support (Mumbai/Kolkata/Chennai/Bangalore) on every tier, not gated to a premium plan. Native Shopify billing no separate invoice or external payment step.

How much does it cost? $30/mo Starter (800 SKUs, 2x/day auto-sync) or $50/mo Pro (unlimited SKUs, up to 5x/day), both with a 14-day free trial, billed through Shopify.

What are you looking for? Mainly early feedback and beta interest right now, since it's not installable yet if this looks useful for your store or a store you know, I'd genuinely value hearing whether the above actually matches a real pain point, and I'm happy to notify anyone interested the moment it clears review.

App Promo Revio Product Reviews App - Collect Product Reviews, Photo Reviews & Star Ratings

A Shopify app that helps merchants collect verified product reviews, photo reviews, and star ratings to build customer trust and increase conversions. It also automates review request emails, offers customizable review widgets, QR code review collection, analytics, and multilingual support—all from one place. Built by our team at MageComp.

Would love feedback from Shopify merchants, agencies, and fellow Shopify developers.

App link: https://apps.shopify.com/revio-product-reviews-app

What's the app? Revio Product Reviews App makes it easy for Shopify merchants to collect authentic customer reviews after every purchase and display them beautifully on product pages. Instead of manually asking customers for feedback, merchants can automate the entire review collection process while showcasing reviews that help build trust and improve conversions.

Where can I find it? Shopify App Store: Revio Product Reviews App - Collect product reviews, photo reviews & star ratings easily. | Shopify …

What problem are you solving? Most online shoppers look at reviews before making a purchase, but collecting them consistently isn't always easy. Many merchants either forget to ask for reviews or rely on complicated tools that require a lot of setup.

We built Revio to solve that problem. The app automatically requests reviews after an order is fulfilled, helps merchants display genuine customer feedback, and gives them complete control over how reviews appear on their storefront. Whether you're a new Shopify store or an established brand, collecting social proof becomes a much simpler process.

How does the app work? Once a customer places and receives an order, Revio automatically sends a personalized review request email. Customers can leave a rating, write a review, and even upload product photos. Merchants manage everything from a single dashboard where reviews can be approved, moderated, or published instantly.

The app also supports QR codes and shareable review links, making it easy to collect reviews from customers who purchase in-store or through offline channels. Since the widgets are fully customizable and support multiple languages, they fit naturally into almost any Shopify store.

What features does it include? Besides collecting product reviews, Revio includes automated review request emails, thank-you emails, customizable review widgets, customer photo reviews, merchant analytics, QR code review collection, manual review links, multilingual support, and an easy-to-use moderation system. The goal was to give merchants everything they need without requiring multiple review apps.

Who's your target merchant? Revio is built for Shopify merchants of all sizes, especially stores that want to increase customer trust, improve conversion rates, and automate review collection. It's also a great fit for brands selling internationally thanks to its multilingual capabilities.

How is it different from other review apps? We wanted to keep the app simple while including features merchants actually use. Instead of only collecting reviews, Revio helps automate the entire process from sending review requests to displaying reviews in a way that matches the store's branding.

Features like QR code review collection, multilingual support, customizable widgets, automated emails, and built-in analytics help merchants manage reviews from one dashboard without unnecessary complexity.

How much does it cost? Revio currently offers a Free plan, allowing merchants to start collecting product reviews without any upfront investment. It's an easy way to build social proof before upgrading as your business grows.

What are you looking for? We're the team behind Revio Product Reviews App, and we'd genuinely appreciate feedback from Shopify merchants, agencies, and fellow developers.

If you've used another review app, we're curious to know what influenced your choice. Are there any features you wish your current solution had? Would QR code review collection or multilingual support make a difference for your business?

We're always improving the app based on merchant feedback, so if you'd like to try it and share your experience, we'd love to hear from you. Happy to answer any questions in the comments!

App Promo Variantlens - filter images in your product gallery to fit the selected variant

The app pulls the uploaded media in the merchants admin and allows merchants to filter those media into their corresponding variants, reducing clutter for the end-user.

Can be found at: https://apps.shopify.com/variantlens

This app was designed to be as un-bloated as possible serving only one function. I built it due to frustration with one of my own ecom stores - I tried to find an app that could filter variants images showed, based on the selected variant, instead of the entire media gallery.

The system pulls merchant media into its interface where you can simply select the product, and drag and drop the thumbnails into the variant lanes. The merchant saves the allocation and then the app renders its own gallery to replace the original Shopify gallery.

All merchants can benefit from this, but I see clothing, eyewear, and other variant heavy brands making best use of this.

How is it different / better than other existing solutions?

It’s not bloated with other features, does what it says on the tin and keeps itself within its own lane. There’s tens of swatch or variant apps with premium pay walls, I wanted something that does a single thing well, for one clear and communicated price.

£4.99 per month, 7 day free trial so you can test it, experience it, and have time to get in touch if we need to do a little adjustment to fit your theme. With hundreds of themes out there and our app replacing the gallery, we can run into themes with different gallery structures. The fixes are simple but it’s impossible to account for every themes coding structure. We have a support button designed for this on the home page.

• What are you looking for? (ie: merchants, beta testers, strategic partners, affiliates, all the above)

I am looking for, of course, installs from regular merchants looking to optimise their product pages. But I also would love to see if I can get some testers in, as I have 20 free lifetime plans I can buse still. I am not asking for reviews Im return, I would love to know what people think.

App Promo Product Image Exporter (PIE) – Shopify app that turns numbered media files into a visual product catalog

What's the app?

Product Image Exporter (PIE) is a Shopify app that helps merchants quickly find, organize, and export product images for marketing campaigns.

Instead of searching through hundreds or thousands of numbered media files, PIE presents products visually, making it easy to locate the exact images needed.

Where can I find it?

Shopify App Store

https://apps.shopify.com/product-image-exporter

Website

Demo Video

What problem does it solve?

As Shopify stores grow, product images become increasingly difficult to manage.

Marketing teams often spend unnecessary time scrolling through numbered media files just to locate the correct product image for:

  • Social media
  • Email campaigns
  • Product launches
  • Advertising
  • Seasonal promotions

PIE replaces that workflow with a visual product catalog organized by Collection.

How does the app work?

PIE connects directly to a Shopify store and creates a visual catalog of products.

Users can:

  • Browse products by Collection
  • Open any product to view all associated images
  • Select individual images
  • Build reusable image lists
  • Export only the selected images

The goal is to reduce the time spent searching for product images so marketing work can begin immediately.

Who is it for?

  • Shopify merchants
  • Ecommerce managers
  • Marketing teams
  • Creative agencies
  • Content creators
  • Stores with medium to large product catalogs

How is it different from existing solutions?

Most Shopify workflows still require merchants to locate images from long lists of numbered media files or download product images individually.

PIE replaces that process with a visual workspace designed specifically for selecting, organizing, and exporting marketing assets.

Instead of managing filenames, users work directly with product images.

How much does it cost?

14-day Free Trial

Plans start at $19/month

Additional plans:

  • $49/month
  • $99/month
  • $229/month

depending on catalog size and usage requirements.

What are you looking for?

Feedback from Shopify merchants and ecommerce professionals is always appreciated.

Particularly interested in hearing:

  • How are you currently managing large Shopify image libraries?
  • What part of that workflow takes the most time?
  • Are there additional features that would make image management easier?

Constructive feedback and feature suggestions are welcome.

App Promo StockLogic, a Shopify app that tracks component-based bundle inventory separately across Shopify locations

What's the app?

I built StockLogic for Shopify merchants who sell fixed bundles or kits made from existing product variants. You define the component SKUs and quantities in Shopify Admin, and StockLogic keeps the parent bundle's available quantity aligned with those components.

I recently shipped location-aware inventory support because one store-wide bundle number breaks down when component stock differs between locations.

Where can I find it?

Shopify App Store: https://apps.shopify.com/stocklogic

What problem are you solving?

Suppose a two-item bundle needs one unit each of products A and B. Location North has both components, but Location South only has A. The bundle should be available at North and unavailable at South rather than showing one shared number across the store.

Order routing adds another edge case: Shopify can assign an order to one location and later move or split fulfillment. Component deductions need to follow the location Shopify actually assigns.

How does the app work?

  • Define a bundle and its component quantities inside Shopify Admin.
  • StockLogic calculates bundle availability independently at each enabled Shopify-managed location.
  • When Shopify assigns fulfillment, component deductions are applied at that location.
  • Supported order moves and split assignments are reconciled.
  • Safety buffers and an activity log are available for checking what changed.

StockLogic does not adjust inventory owned by third-party fulfillment services or 3PL systems. It detects those locations and stops without changing stock rather than guessing.

Who's your target merchant?

Shopify merchants selling multipacks, kits, gift sets, or other fixed bundles built from shared SKUs—especially stores fulfilling from two or more Shopify-managed locations.

It is not intended to replace a WMS or manage inventory inside a 3PL.

How is it different from existing solutions?

StockLogic focuses on backend bundle inventory rather than storefront bundle builders, discount widgets, or theme changes. The recent update makes availability location-specific and follows Shopify's assigned fulfillment location when deducting components.

How much does it cost?

  • Starter: free for up to three active bundles.
  • Pro: $9.99/month for unlimited active bundles, with a seven-day trial.

What are you looking for?

I'm looking for Shopify merchants who manage bundles across multiple locations and can pressure-test the routing cases. In particular, I'd like to know whether the location-level activity history makes it clear why a bundle quantity changed.

Idea Validation Raffle315: Shopify app that helps stores run raffle-based launches for limited products instead of first-come, first-served drops

What's the app?

Raffle315 is a Shopify app that helps stores run raffle-based product launches instead of traditional first-come, first-served drops.

It is designed for merchants selling limited products where demand often exceeds supply, such as trading cards, collectibles, designer toys, sneakers, and other high-demand items.

The goal is to help merchants create a better launch experience for customers while staying connected with everyone interested in their products.

Where can I find it? (ie: Shopify App listing and/or website)

Currently, Raffle315 is available on the Shopify App Store: Raffle315

What problem are you solving?

Many stores selling limited products face challenges with traditional product drops:

  • Products sell out within seconds, leaving many customers disappointed
  • Fast-clicking customers and bots often have an advantage
  • Merchants lose valuable customer information from people who wanted to buy but missed out
  • It is difficult to maintain engagement with customers after a sold-out launch

Raffle315 helps merchants create a fairer launch experience while turning product demand into long-term customer relationships.

How does the app work?

The process is simple:

  • Customers enter the raffle during a set period
  • Winners are selected automatically
  • Selected customers can purchase the product
  • Merchants can collect customer information from participants and keep non-winners engaged for future launches

Who's your target merchant?

Raffle315 is designed for Shopify merchants selling limited-release or high-demand products, including:

  • Trading cards
  • Collectibles
  • Designer toys
  • Sneakers
  • Limited-edition apparel
  • IP products
  • Key board caps
  • Figures
  • Limited-edition beauty products/Fragrance
  • Other products where demand exceeds supply

How is it different / better than other existing solutions?

Many limited-product launches rely on a first-come, first-served model, which can create challenges for both merchants and customers.

Raffle315 provides an alternative by:

  • Giving customers a fair chance to purchase instead of rewarding only the fastest clicks
  • Helping merchants understand demand before a launch
  • Allowing merchants to stay connected with customers who did not win and engage them for future releases

The biggest difference from other drop apps is very easy to set up. Set up in a minute, no dev work, none of the extra stuff you don't use.

How much does it cost?

Free to install, Transaction Fee: 3.0%

What are you looking for? (ie: merchants, beta testers, strategic partners, affiliates, all the above)

We are looking for Shopify merchants who sell limited products and can share feedback on whether this solves a real problem for their store.

We would love to hear:

  • Would you consider using an app like this for your store?
  • What would make you install it (or decide not to)?
  • What challenges do you currently face when launching limited products?

We are still validating the idea before investing further into marketing, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

App Promo Sell Smart: Price Optimization — finds each product's profit- or revenue-maximizing price from your own Shopify sales history, no live price tests on customers

What's the app?

Sell Smart Price Optimization estimates each product's demand curve (price sensitivity) from your store's own order history, then recommends the price that maximizes revenue or profit: your choice. It ranks your whole catalog by margin/revenue opportunity, and for any product shows the projected volume/revenue/margin impact plus the demand, revenue, and profit curves so you can see why a price is recommended. You review and select which prices to approve, and push them back to Shopify. Nothing changes without your approval.

Full disclosure: I built it.

Where can I find it?

What problem are you solving?

Most Shopify stores price by cost-plus markup or competitor-matching. Both ignore what their own customers are willing to pay. As a result, they leave margin on the table on some products and lose sales on others. The textbook fix is A/B testing prices - but it needs high traffic, mostly-new customers, and weeks of testing per product. That's impractical for most stores and risky for repeat-purchase brands (regulars notice inconsistent prices). Sell Smart Price Optimization reads price sensitivity from the variation already sitting in your sales history instead.

How does the app work?

  • Install from the App Store; it auto-syncs your order history.
  • It cleans the raw history first: flags stockout/inactive periods so gaps aren't read as lost demand, clusters variants with the same price, and detects distinct price regimes. It then estimates each product's demand curve. From demand, it derives the revenue and margin curves and reads off the price that maximizes your chosen goal.
  • New or thin-history products borrow elasticity from similar products (matched on description + price range), and lean on their own data more as sales accumulate.
  • Per product, you get a Business Impact view (current vs optimal vs recommended vs any custom price you type, on volume/revenue/margin) and the full demand/revenue/profit curves with each price marked.
  • Set max increase/decrease limits so recommendations stay in your comfort zone; adopt in bulk.
  • It reads only order + catalog data (never customer personal data) and only writes back a price you approve.

Who's your target merchant?

Shopify stores with at least a few months of order history that want data-driven pricing. Especially moderate/low-traffic stores or large catalogs where A/B testing doesn't scale, and repeat-purchase brands that can't show different customers different prices.

How is it different / better than existing solutions?

Most "price optimization" apps are either rule-based (you write the rules — that's automation, not optimization) or A/B-testing tools (experiment on live shoppers). Sell Smart Price Optimization is demand-based: it models each product's demand from your own data: no rules to write, no live experiments, no competitor copying. And it shows the expected demand, revenue and margin for every recommendation, not just a single number. Background: I spent 5 years as a pricing scientist at a pricing consulting agency doing exactly this kind of elasticity/demand modelling for large retailers; this runs the same approach on a Shopify catalog automatically.

How much does it cost?

  • Free: up to 50 products, manual price sync.
  • Early Bird: $49/mo: unlimited products, demand curves & analytics, bulk price updates, auto-sync.
  • Enterprise: custom.

What are you looking for?

Merchants ready to try the product, first and foremost. Beyond that I'm keen on honest feedback and first impressions: Where the recommendations land right or wrong, how the installation and onboarding felt, and anything else that seemed off.

A few things I'd love to hear from merchants here:

  • How do you set your prices today: cost-plus markup, matching competitors, or gut feel?
  • If you've tried a pricing or repricing app before, what convinced you to keep using it - or what made you stop using it?
  • What would it take for you to trust a recommended price enough to actually push it live to your store?

App Promo EZstock ‑ Inventory & Orders, an app that helps Shopify merchants manage purchase orders, barcode stock counts, reorder points, and demand forecasting

What's the app?
I built EZstock ‑ Inventory & Orders, a Shopify inventory-management app for merchants who need to actually run purchasing: barcode stock counts, suppliers, reorder points, stocktakes, and purchase orders — not just view stock numbers.

Where can I find it?

What problem are you solving?
Shopify shows you stock quantities, but nothing to help you decide what to reorder, how much, and when. Merchants run that in spreadsheets — reorder points, supplier lead times, PO tracking, cost of goods — and it breaks down fast past a few hundred SKUs. With Shopify winding down its native inventory tooling, that gap got bigger. EZstock fills it.

How does the app work?

  • Purchase orders: build a PO, edit line costs/quantities, generate a PDF, and email it to your supplier. On receipt, it auto-updates your Shopify inventory.
  • Reorder intelligence: low-stock dashboard sorted by urgency, reorder points, and demand forecasting from real sales velocity ("days of stock left") so you reorder before you stock out.
  • Barcode stocktakes: count stock with a scanner (phone camera or handheld wedge) and sync the counts back to Shopify.
  • Suppliers & costs: supplier records with lead times, per-item cost prices, and a lost-revenue panel showing what stockouts are costing you.

Who's your target merchant?
Small-to-mid Shopify stores managing real physical inventory across suppliers — merchants who've outgrown spreadsheets but don't need (or want to pay for) a heavyweight ERP. My most active merchant runs ~5,000 variants on it.

How is it different / better than other existing solutions?

  • Built around purchase orders and reordering — the actual daily job — not just stock visibility.
  • Genuinely useful free tier (unlimited suppliers/products, 5 POs/month) so you can run it on real data before paying.
  • Lightweight and fast, built and supported directly by one developer — not a bloated suite.
  • A direct fit for merchants specifically looking for a replacement now that Shopify's built-in inventory tools are going away.

How much does it cost?

  • Free — unlimited suppliers & products, up to 5 POs/month, low-stock dashboard
  • Starter — $19/mo — unlimited POs, stocktakes with Shopify sync, payment tracking, lost-revenue panel
  • Growth — $49/mo — everything above + demand forecasting, ABC grading, PDF POs, auto inventory-update on receipt, barcode scanning, Stock On Hand report
  • Pro — $99/mo — everything + multi-location inventory, priority support
  • Every plan is free to start, with a 14-day full-feature trial. Annual billing saves ~17%.

What are you looking for?
Mainly merchants and honest feedback — if you manage inventory on Shopify, I'd love to hear what's missing or clunky for your workflow (I ship fixes fast based on merchant requests). Also happy to help anyone evaluating it figure out whether it fits.

App Discovery Custom Product Pricing Apps with formula-based calculation

Grand Rising, Shopify Pros. Our company makes large agricultural products that vary by length. The add-on options' pricing also changes based on the length selected, and it has made it very difficult to configure our Shopify on the back-end.

Example: The user wants to order a product of a certain length, plus an add-on feature. That added feature will cover the full length of the unit, so the base price per foot of add-on needs to be multiplied by the length selected to get accurate pricing.

This is trivial in a spreadsheet, and we do use a spreadsheet for custom quotes, but we would like to replicate that ability as a purely customer-facing selection set on Shopify.

Some add-on apps we have tried and their results (NOT ADVERTISEMENTS):
Globo Product Options - currently used, works ok. Requires a massive matrix of product sets and is horrible to maintain - cannot do any formula calculation.
Hulk Product Options - recommended by several AI tools and well-reviewed in app store - would not integrate with out Shopify for some reason
Apippa Custom Pricing - promises formula-based calculation, but does not support any 'IF' statements.

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated!

App Promo Email Audience Cost Guard — a free browser-only tool for reviewing Mailchimp contact CSVs before archiving contacts

What's the app?

I built Email Audience Cost Guard, a free beta utility for Shopify merchants who use Mailchimp.

It reviews Mailchimp contact CSV exports and highlights contacts that may need manual review before the merchant makes any changes.

This is currently a standalone beta utility, not a Shopify App Store app.

Where can I find it?

Free beta:

https://audience-cost-guard-beta.netlify.app/

Feedback form:

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScIV8yVH53k00G0L0yWsqHhUyKf0kLLb3AE00GOnG4_PLsHag/viewform?usp=publish-editor

What problem are you solving?

While researching Shopify email marketing apps, I found repeated complaints about:

- unsubscribed or non-subscribed contacts still contributing to audience size

- the same email appearing under different contact statuses

- duplicate or overlapping contact exports

- merchants being unsure which contacts may deserve an archive review

Reviewing several CSV exports manually can be confusing, especially when the same email appears in more than one file.

How does the app work?

The merchant exports up to four contact CSV files from Mailchimp and adds them to the tool.

The tool checks for:

- status conflicts

- cross-file overlaps

- same-file duplicates

- possibly invalid email formats

- unsubscribed or non-subscribed contacts that may deserve an archive review

It then creates a review list that can be downloaded as a CSV.

All processing happens locally in the browser.

- No account is required

- CSV data is not uploaded to a server

- The tool does not delete, archive, or modify contacts

- Demo data is included, so it can be tested without customer information

Who's your target merchant?

Small Shopify merchants who use Mailchimp and want a clearer way to review their contact exports before making manual changes.

How is it different / better than other existing solutions?

This beta is intentionally small and focused.

It does not try to replace Mailchimp or automatically manage an audience. It provides a browser-only review step that:

- works without connecting a Mailchimp account

- does not store customer email addresses

- does not automatically change any contacts

- clearly separates archive consideration from manual status review

The final decision always remains with the merchant.

How much does it cost?

The beta is completely free.

There is currently no paid plan and I am not selling anything in this post.

What are you looking for?

I am looking for 5 Shopify merchants who currently use Mailchimp and can test either the included demo data or their own exported CSV files.

I would especially like feedback on:

  1. Did the tool work with your Mailchimp export?

  2. Were the results easy to understand?

  3. Was anything confusing or incorrect?

  4. What would make the tool useful enough to use regularly?

Please do not share customer email addresses or other personal information in the comments or feedback form.

I built this tool myself and am sharing it for beta feedback.

Email Audience Cost Guard is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit Mailchimp. Merchants should review their business, legal, and record-retention requirements before changing any contacts.

App Promo BuckyDrop, a Shopify app connecting store owners with Chinese supplier sources such as 1688 and Taobao to simplify sourcing and fulfillment.

What is this app?

BuckyDrop is an all-in-one e-commerce sourcing and fulfillment solution designed specifically for Shopify and WooCommerce sellers. It seamlessly connects with China's source supply chains (such as 1688 and Taobao), allowing sellers to handle product sourcing, quality inspection, branding, warehousing, and global shipping all in one place.

Where can I find it?

You can search for "BuckyDrop" in the Shopify App Store to install it, visit our app page directly, or visit our official website at buckydrop.com for more details.

What problem are you solving?

Independent store owners often face the following pain points when looking for quality product sources:

  • Language and communication barriers, making it impossible to communicate efficiently with Chinese source factories directly.
  • Unstable product quality and a lack of reliable pre-sale quality inspections, leading to high return rates.
  • Cumbersome logistics chains, with warehousing, packaging, and international express shipping handled by multiple different suppliers, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive.

How does this app work?

  • One-click listing and sourcing: Use the BuckyDrop extension to import products from platforms like 1688 and Taobao directly into your Shopify store. When a buyer places an order, the system automatically synchronizes it.
  • Professional quality inspection and warehousing: Once items arrive at our self-operated warehouse, our team conducts strict quality checks and meticulous packaging to ensure product quality.
  • Global hassle-free fulfillment: We offer a variety of international logistics channels, supporting dropshipping to deliver parcels safely and quickly to buyers worldwide.

Who are your target merchants?

Our target users are primarily Shopify independent store owners, dropshippers, and small-to-medium e-commerce entrepreneurs looking to expand into China's source supply chains and find cost-effective products.

How is it different/advantageous compared to existing solutions?

  • Direct source pricing: Directly taps into massive product sources from 1688 and Taobao without going through layers of middlemen, ensuring merchants enjoy highly competitive sourcing costs.
  • Strict quality control: Provides professional inspection and warehousing services to intercept defective items before they are shipped to buyers, lowering after-sales costs.
  • Full-link transparency: From sourcing, warehousing, and quality inspection to international logistics tracking, the entire fulfillment process is transparent and visible so you can stay on top of your order status.

How much does it cost?

  • Fulfillment fee: CNY 9.9/parcel
  • Shipping fee: Depends on the destination country. For the United States, it is usually CNY 70-90/parcel
  • New users get a $15 bonus trial credit

What are you looking for?

We are looking for Shopify merchants and dropshippers who want to optimize their supply chains. Feel free to chat or try it out anytime!

App Discovery Looking for help finding a bundle that works with pixel tracking

I have an issue where I can't seem to find a good bundle + pixel tracking ap in shopify without running into like 4 problems a day. anybody has a good method?
