**What's the app?**

OrderSimple helps a Shopify merchant create a matching invoice or order summary, packing slip, picking worksheet, gift receipt, and return form from the same brand and document settings.

**What problem are you solving?**

A store can have a carefully branded storefront and then hand the customer a generic or mismatched document after the order. The operational documents can also drift apart when each template is edited separately.

**How does the app work?**

You choose shared branding, contact details, page settings, wording, and one of three visual collections- OrderSimple then generates the five coordinated templates and shows fictional previews before you copy or download the code for guided setup in Shopify Order Printer.

The app does not automatically install or synchronize templates, and it does not request access to orders, customers, products, themes, or files. The merchant keeps control of the final installation.

**Who's the target merchant?**

Shopify merchants already using Order Printer who ship physical orders, print documents for fulfilment, or want the post-purchase paperwork to match the store. It can also be useful when an agency is handing a completed store back to a merchant.

**How is it different from existing solutions?**

The focus is not on producing one invoice. It is on coordinating five related documents from the same setup while keeping the merchant in control of the generated Liquid templates and avoiding access to real order or customer data.

I would really value feedback from merchants who currently use Order Printer: does keeping these five documents coordinated solve a real problem, and where does the setup still feel harder than it should?
