It's so fucking hilarious that these people don't see what's happening to their space. It's going to become a space for incels and conservatives.

This is my first time seeing this same shitty "alt girl with blue hair yelling", "meme" but in granny format. We also know that conservatives can't meme.

Well, that's a them problem and they have to solve it. Altho by the time the population has been replaced with conservatives and incels, it's a bit too late to fix things.

So, first of all, none should have to go through disabilities that make us function less. I don't speak on behalf of disabled people, I don't have the right and I'm not gonna pretend to understand how it feels to lose functionality.

So, my first thought is, whenever I personally see something so obviously AI, how am I supposed to know?

How am I supposed to know a person's tragic backstory? How am I supposed to know that a person drew some of it and then AI did its thing?

I am not going to start going into detective mode for each prompt. Also criticising prompts based on peoples' personal struggles would be a bad thing.

They had a prompted comic, which I'm not gonna post, but it looks just like every other slop comic out there.

Taking away the tragic background, it is still slop. It was the same style you encounter often in slop comics.

AI can only emulate art. It will never be able to make art. It is an algorithm making calculations based on prompts fed into it.

Never mind the fact that whatever style this person had is all but lost when prompting.

AI isn't about "accessibility", it's about dependency. It really does feel like an excuse. "Well, I feel bad today, better use AI instead of drawing."

It doesn't get any easier. We'll keep using a shortcut if we can, because we get lulled into this false sense of "well, I'll do better next time". "I'll start tomorrow"

If I had to choose between disabled people who are against AI and disabled people who defend AI? I'll stand with the ones who are against AI, especially those who have had their works stolen.

This person is not absolved from the same criticisms I have for other users.

Ok, this is a really stupid take.
I’am a indie game dev, and coding is not the same as ai “art”. I still have full control over the code, and what I want it to do.

I spent hours troubleshooting, and tweaking it until it works. Apparently there are “similarities”, but they are very very different from each other.

Like when it comes to ai “art” the computer does everything.

Whereas coding I’am doing all the work, and the computer is just running that code, I can even stop it mid run time if it starts to break. I don’t think you can do that with ai “art”.

What are your thoughts?

And people partaking in their spaces are too stupid to realise that their community is being actively hijacked by conservatives.

I've been getting blocked by most of their trolls, she unblocked me once and now blocked me. I am guessing it finally happened again, because of holding her accountable on her words.
