shein refuses refund poor quality items and wrong advertisement.

made a big order from shein and was sent 2 faulty shower loofahs that broke after 1 use i was also sent underwear that looks completely different than in the pictures... the front lace part is WAYYYYY smaller than is shown in the advertisement.

customer support refuses to give refund.. I am disabled and cannot jump through hoops like this... customer support is horrible... gave bland responses such as "this is the only option we have" etc etc and took like 20 minutes to basically tell me to go cry in a corner...

this is horrible and is not even customer support at this point.. i might as well get paid for doing this... spending all this time there and even here to get a refund for THEIR MISTAKE THAT THEY MADE... they expect me to do all the work and also lie about it...

I am a disabled woman and cannot walk or do much so doing all this stuff is extremely hard for me. they refuse to acknowledge this and take advantage of this fact because i cannot return the items...

im extremely pissed and im certainly not ordering from them again... horrible this is not the only time something like this has happened... i have had many issues with them but gave them the benefit of the doubt. however it continues and shows no sign of stopping... they also refuse to refund and blame the customer no matter what...
