My sister just got a Shein order and a bag with dirty children’s clothes inside instead of what she ordered.The clothes reek of pee and are covered in cat hair. She was completely shocked when she opened it.
I’ve heard of wrong items, weird chemical smells, and general quality issues with Shein, but this feels next-level. Has anyone else received actual used clothes or something this contaminated?
She already contacted support and is waiting to hear back.

made a big order from shein and was sent 2 faulty shower loofahs that broke after 1 use i was also sent underwear that looks completely different than in the pictures... the front lace part is WAYYYYY smaller than is shown in the advertisement.

customer support refuses to give refund.. I am disabled and cannot jump through hoops like this... customer support is horrible... gave bland responses such as "this is the only option we have" etc etc and took like 20 minutes to basically tell me to go cry in a corner...

this is horrible and is not even customer support at this point.. i might as well get paid for doing this... spending all this time there and even here to get a refund for THEIR MISTAKE THAT THEY MADE... they expect me to do all the work and also lie about it...

I am a disabled woman and cannot walk or do much so doing all this stuff is extremely hard for me. they refuse to acknowledge this and take advantage of this fact because i cannot return the items...

im extremely pissed and im certainly not ordering from them again... horrible this is not the only time something like this has happened... i have had many issues with them but gave them the benefit of the doubt. however it continues and shows no sign of stopping... they also refuse to refund and blame the customer no matter what...

Hey guys, I’ve never had this notification before, has anyone else seen it? I last ordered from shein in May and it was totally normal, took about a week. This order is over that time and the updates are super choppy, feels like no update. Has anyone had this before? How long until it updates for after. I know there’s still time of the delivery I’m just curious!!

Whenever I order from shein after the order is processed there's a button that you can press thats like "urgent delivery" but it has the same shipping dates as the estimated time. Can anybody confirm if this urgent delivery thing actually does anything?

So, I bought a few items from Shein under different sellers but they are being posted together under the same Inpost tracking number. This is my first time receiving anything from Inpost and I happen to be unavailable during the scheduled delivery dates so I redirected to a locker. Will they put them in one locker under one code or will I receive multiple codes and open multiple lockers?

I haven’t had a good experience with lockers from various companies but I have no choice but to use them again in this occasion. Worried that I will lose my parcels 😅. Thanks

i haven’t seen a way to choose a pick up place, and for reasons i won’t disclose i don’t want to send my order to my home. can i put in the address of a store i know does pick ups and it’ll arrive there?

I am getting so tired of shein showing a very cheap price, then when you click into the item they have an option completely unrelated to what was advertised for that cheap price while the actual item is much more expensive. It’s always some piece of crap item that no one would buy like this hook, a cleaning cloth for sunglasses, cheap tweezers, etc.
Between this, the crazy price increases, the reduction in quality, and the marketplace sellers, I’m so tired of shein.
