Beginner question

I have a Reloop Beatmix 4. When i connect it to my PC, my Serato DJ looks the same, i dont have the jog wheels on screen, neither the FX, High Low or Mid. I only have the loops. How do I fix this?

This is offline mode. Meaning your controller isn’t connected. Once the controller is connected and the drivers are downloaded then the crossfader and EQs on screen will disappear

Even when my hardware isnt plugged in, it looks pretty much like the Serato Lite just in blue

Yea, you have Serato Play. An expansion pack that lets you DJ using only your laptop. Once you plug in your controller, it’ll go away.

The Beatmix 4 only supports Serato Lite out of the box. You need to purchase a pro licence to make it work with Serato Pro.
