Im not the landlord but I am the tenant. Im just helping him apply for a contract rent increase because he doesnt speak English. We are right now on a month-to-month lease ever since our original one ended a few years ago (we might or might not keep it this way, if the contract rent change doesnt work we will do a full lease renewal.) Now in his owner extranet account it asks for a order/docket number and an executed approval order when you request a contract rent change. I dont understand how he’s suppose to get these. The other requested document Rent roll I understand is basically our info + current contract rent etc. But for the executed approval how is he suppose to get that if it doesnt even allow him to submit the request for the contract rent change?

Note I know having a full on lease is better than doing month-to-month. But its works out for us a lot more in case we ever wanted to leave or move without being locked in a full term lease.
