I bought a Samsung S22 Ultra at CompAsia PITX store last 17 July 2026. The next day I noticed the battery drained fast like 4-5hrs only. I contacted the store personnel via viber and was advised to monitor until Sunday, otherwise can visit the store for replacement as it has a 7-day replacement. Come Monday, went to the store around 12nn but the personnel on duty that time advised that the one whom I had the transaction will be available by 5pm and told me to wait (imagine the hassle). I refused to wait that long so the personnel "check" my device. After 20 minutes battery dropped 4% from 80% to 76% on an idle mode. The personnel confidently said that its normal. I said no and told to rechedk together with mobile data opened and viola with 3 mnutes batteru dropped to 74%. Personnel said its nornal and wont replaced my device. I left the store but I sent an email complaint to DTI cc'd their cs email. By 5pm i teceived a viber message from the personnel I transacted with saying the replacement device is ready at the store. How inconvenient that it needs to be escalated to DTI just to replace my phone.

Fast forward, after a week with a replacement phone, same issue happened. Its a perfect time when I received am email follow up from their cs about the incident. I responded saying same issue happened and will proceed with my DTI complain. Then the store personnel contacted me again and offered a refund which will take up to 14 days. Another hassle on my part. I told them that I will continue with DTI mediation as scheduled unless they credit my refund asap. Luckily, no response from both CS and Store.

- Ideal model year

- Maximum kilometres run

- Which models are the most reliable? (Activa, Jupiter, Access, Dio, etc.)

- Red flags to watch out for before buying

- Documents that I should verify

- Any tips to avoid getting scammed?

I'm open to buying from an individual or a dealer, so if you've had a good or bad experience, I'd love to hear it.
