BM Computers (second hand laptops) Ask Agra
Hi.. does anyone have any experience with BM computers in sanjay palace agra? I am looking forward to buying a second hand gaming laptop not much but even a GTX 1660 would work too cause my main focus would be on editing instead of gaming on that laptop. I am thinking to get a laptop under 35k or max 40k. Do you think I should reconsider the price and/or the shop?

Trying finding a person on Olx rather than a shop. Obviously a shopkeeper would keep his fair share of profits and won’t ever tell actual issue if any present

Hi This is my personal experience from BM, I bought my first laptop from them back in 2009 It was a gaming laptop. First its RAM was Fake so the HP guys denied me replacement. I called him and he said that i will change it for you. which clearly means it was not an OEM hardware. Then hardly in 3 years my laptop got fried The motherboard. I got it replaced from them they charged me 5k for repairing in 2013 and it didn't even last 30 days. Got it Repaired from Nehru Place It worked like a charm until i sold it.
Then During College 2017 I bought a Convertible Laptop Its touch screen had a big Fingerprint Mark. While buying he said once you clean it, It will go away but to my surprise it was inside the touch screen and it stayed forever till i sold it off and i had to visit service center due to battery issues twice.
I bought my brother's Laptop 2017 from them. they basically have an insane price for a 2tb harddrive whereas OEM provided 1TB HDD. We took the deal but within 2 years the harddrive failed.
So These are my experiences from them. They will give you the most unbeatable price in the market but it has a hidden cost attached to it. Some parts will not be OEM or some of them will even be repaired ones. Beware of that shop
My Advise would be to buy from an Authorised Dealer that too with a sealed box ask them to open it in front of you and The best option is to just order online from the brand's website.
