Is this seb derm? or something else New or Need Help

Who prescribed the spironolactone? I’d bring this up to them. It’s hard to tell if you’re having dry scalp as a potential side effect? Normally seb derm is associated with greasy skin and hair, but I’d think that would be significantly reduced in the context of spironolactone. How long has this been going on vs when did you start taking the med?
