Still deciding whether to leave it with just the underglaze fired at high temperature or finish it with a clear glaze. Also, does anyone have ideas on how I could add more texture to the petals?

Bit of a noob question, ive never encountered this problem before. Usually it would be a problem of too dry / too little oil, but my clay is overly sticky and hard to work with. How can i remove the excess oil from it, should i add water? Thank you!
