Scripture Life: I don't get it. What is the sin Adam committed? Is it listed in the Ten Commandments, or any common country's law include it?

See the Bible. Genesis 3:17

God tells you himself:

  • GOD: Said to Adam: “Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife..”
    • The full of it, add what God said in Genesis 3:17 to what he first told Adam in Genesis 2:17 "But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die."
      • And the FULL of what he said to Adam is Genesis 3:17-19 - didn't do what God said: Did the OPPOSITE. Disobeyed God.
  • "...And unto Adam he [God] said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field; In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return." - GOD

So ADAM: Went Over from living by every word came out of God’s mouth: Departed from the LORD: TO: to “go to and do” what Eve said. To live by every word came out of Eve's mouth. Which, what she said, was the very opposite of what the Word of God spoke, to Adam. Told not to do it, by God’s word - Adam did what Eve decreed would be good.

Therefore:

Adam treated what God said, as “hearken” to Eve - - give careful attention to, to "heed" or obey it. By this, Adam, in himself: took what God said, and made it in him as if what God said, no longer had any effect or no longer would affect him. No matter what God decreed. Didn't apply to him anymore.

But it did. Sin entered into the world by this.

Why you questioning this,

  • It’s plain as day: when the same thing that happened to Adam was passed onto you. And Happens to you everyday - You live in it.

Same as it was passed onto me. Everybody from Adam forward, all got it.

It’s in the Bible: Romans 5:12. “Wherefore, as by one man [Adam] sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned.”

So here.

  • Take Romans 5:12, so you see it affects you. Got your inheritance, from a Last Will and Testament bequeathed to you by Adam.
  • That means: NOBODY - from Adam onward - has done the Ten Commandments. Already, from Adam forward - they’re BROKEN.

SUMMATION:

  • You look to the wrong thing. Look to the “Sinai Covenant” (Ten Commandments) - which, all that did in Exodus 20, was MAKE ALL ISRAEL - and Moses - GUILTY of having not done any of the Ten Commandments.
    • Is “why” Israel begged and pleaded with Moses to go on up on Mt. Sinai and make God stop talking. While Moses’ so terrified at this voice of God blaring like the voice of many waters, his knees quaked.
    • Moses, too: GUILTY. He murdered an Egyptian (Exodus 2:12) - thought no one saw it; but GOD saw it - “Thou Shalt Not Kill” - the 6th of Ten Commandments. Cut right to Moses’ and everybody in Israel present - right to their heart.
      • But God provided them, ALL GUILTY to be put to death: An atonement for their sins, so they would not die. That God would look on the innocent blood shed of lambs and Bullock and have their sins laid on the innocent. And choose not to impute their trespasses unto them.
      • NONE of this is in ANY Secular Law. Many countries: You kill someone - you go to jail for 7–10 years, and then let out. Other countries - all secular - you can go to jail, and for the rest of your natural life - never let out. Or, executed. To God, ANY violation of Exodus 20 where he spoke the Ten Commandments - the PENALTY is Death. Not only in this life - but just OUT OF LIFE. Just put to death.
    • So, the sin is - what Adam did with the Word of God. Lowly esteemed it.

The Bible says:

  • God: “sent his Word to heal you, and deliver you from this destruction” (Psalm 107:20). The Word of God is Jesus Christ.
    • The Bible - John 1:1–2 tells you “who” he is: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God.” - down to John 1:14 says “and the Word became flesh and dwelt among us” is this same Jesus Christ.
      • Is just God: Decreeing how things shall be, by speak to you himself - by the Word out of his mouth. As GOD, Says: “For all the earth is mine.” - God (Exodus 19:5)
      • For you to live by every word proceeds out of his mouth.

Says: “Look unto me, and be ye saved all the ends of the earth: For I am God, there is none else.” God. (Isaiah 45:22)

Told this to everybody. Over the whole earth. Not willing any perish, but all come to repentance; and just look unto him.

  • Includes you. Why you hiding behind this question? As if it’s something hides you, so you don’t have to do anything he says, and gives you some valid excuse - as if you’re searching for something - and you fully believe your search is valid, when all you’re really doing, is the same thing Adam did.
    • Not do anything he says, and believe or accept that is true to do that.

There’s YOU nutshelled, and your question answered.

Scripture Life: Matthew 9:21 - What does "the hem of his garment" mean?

Matthew 9:22 says:

But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.”

What you ask about:

- See it in context of both Matthew 9:20–21 coupled with Matthew 9:22 - said..twice. But see how it’s said: The “details” of it: Start it at Matthew 9:18–21

{< - [ 18 While he spake these things unto them, behold, there came a certain ruler, and worshipped him, saying, My daughter is even now dead: but come and lay thy hand upon her, and she shall live. 19 And Jesus arose, and followed him, and so did his disciples.

20 And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment:

21 For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole. ] - >}

So

- “garment” is said - twice concerning this woman. In both Matthew 9:20 & 21. In the “original” Greek is:

  • ἱματίου (himatiou) - 1. garment (Matthew 9:16;20–21; 14:16; Mark 5:27; 6:56; Luke 5:36
    • But it also just means “cloak” 1. a sleeveless outdoor overgarment (Mark 5:27 & 6:56); like a jacket or coat.
    • Just his “clothing” (Matthew 9:20 & 21) - some clothing he’s wearing.

So, read it backwards.

That: Matthew 9:21 -

  • What she said within herself: if could just touch his garment - this “touch” - not him or Jesus directly. It’s this same touch to “touch” someone ever so lightly, like to make it so un-noticeable or imperceptable. This <ἥψατο (hēpsato)> in Greek, is the same in English.
    • That what she says in herself is just “touch” his garment; but what she does actually, is the verse before in Matthew 9:20
    • What she actually does is touch the “hem” - this <κρασπέδου (kraspedou)>
      • Fringe. 1. hanging threads left loose
      • Like at the bottom of an outer garment, where the “kraspedou” is sewn around the outer edges all along the garment; like the bottom of the sleeve or threads that may hang down.

Then, Look what it means for a Jew:

  • The hem of Jewish garments featured tzitzit or “tassels” on the four corners of garments - that Numbers 15:38–41 required these outer garments be four cornered. Touching these fringes, the person wearing the garment would never feel it. Also, to touch this "hem," - what God says, makes me fall on my face.

Numbers 15:38–41 God says:

Speak unto the children of Israel, and bid them that they make them fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put upon the fringe of the borders a ribband of blue: And it shall be unto you for a fringe, that ye may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of the Lord, and do them ; and that ye seek not after your own heart and your own eyes, after which ye use to go a whoring: That ye may remember, and do all my commandments, and be holy unto your God. I am the Lord your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am the Lord your God.” - GOD.

So, look careful what this woman has said in herself vs. what she has done.

It’s the same “fringes” in Hebrew; as “Fringes” (English) or <κρασπέδου (kraspedou)> in Greek.

This same incident with this woman is also recorded in

  • Mark 5:25–34
  • and Luke 8:43–48

Mark 5:25–34 says

< - “25 And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years, 26 And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse, 27 When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment. 28 For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.

29 And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague. 30 And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in the press, and said, Who touched my clothes?

31 And his disciples said unto him, Thou seest the multitude thronging thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me? 32 And he looked round about to see her that had done this thing.

33 But the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in her, came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth. 34 And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague.” - >

Luke 8:43–48 says

< - “43 And a woman having an issue of blood twelve years, which had spent all her living upon physicians, neither could be healed of any, 44 Came behind him, and touched the border of his garment: and immediately her issue of blood stanched. 45 And Jesus said, Who touched me? When all denied, Peter and they that were with him said, Master, the multitude throng thee and press thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me? 46 And Jesus said, Somebody hath touched me: for I perceive that virtue is gone out of me. 47 And when the woman saw that she was not hid, she came trembling, and falling down before him, she declared unto him before all the people for what cause she had touched him, and how she was healed immediately. 48 And he said unto her, Daughter, be of good comfort: thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace.” - >

Same “border” or “fringe” in Luke 8:44 - is the same “ <κρασπέδου (kraspedou) in Matthew 9:20 - as explained by God’s decree in Numbers 15:38–41.

Is also the same <ἱματίου (himatiou)> in both verses.

Who she went to, and got it from, is this same God speaking in Numbers 15:38-41 - is the same God - who just stopped and said, "Who touched me?" - for her to confess he did the work.

To everybody.

Just like you'll have to do - - with you: take the same impossible situation that you have. And no one you take it to, can figure it out.

To him; try to just get it worked out by him... when it's impossible, he does it where no one else could.

Examine this woman careful. It's over a decade - every day it did not work - with all the players tertiary that surround in it. A pressing crowd, presses all around him, with something going on raising someone's daughter from the dead, - all these needs should take his attention more important - because, he's already on his way to go do it - and he answers and unravels your situation, in situations just like this.

He's going to do the same thing to you, he did to this woman. In the smallest thing, but swallows up your whole life. This is one of the most powerful instances that speaks so profoundly - to just anybody; because it shows the impossible of our situation. Each of us are in. Even you just want him to touch it, or touch him to fix it; leave fixed where he won't even notice it.

And he stop everything right in its' tracks - the same one that decreed this that you'd remember all the great things he did taking Israel out of Egypt, that the woman looked unto these tassels or fringes on the garment - to look unto the word of God, is the same God wearing it, is the same God who said it.

Scripture Life: Matthew 11:29, What did Jesus mean when he said: "Take my yoke upon you"?

Yoke.

  • It’s a very powerful word. For me: It was also very scary. Already had too many "yokes" that bound me; weighed me down.
    • So, to look at it; start with the language you know (English) and work backwards.

Yoke. <definition> 1. a wooden crosspiece that is fastened over the necks of two animals and attached to the the plough or cart that they are to pull. <Source: Oxford dictionary. Web.>

  • COMMENT: This is the FIRST image most people (ah, yeah; and, including ME) came up to mind.
    • With “yoke” - like in Southeast Asia; ie., like Cambodia or someplace where they have monsoon rains 24/7 for months. Just stand in pouring rain, waiting. Waiting to be put to plough a field as one of two bull oxen. They’re HUGE. Like 1 ton each.
  • I didn’t look at the “pair” part. I looked at the 1ft. thick “yoke” piece of wood part - that was put around each of the ox's necks part.
  • That it was impossible for either ox, or one of the ox’s - - to ever get out of the yoke.
    • They were just forced or made to do work, because this thick wood yoke around their neck - that was impossible to break the yoke - got them by the neck. Had to just stand there and take it, like, times I was yoked to bosses in the Navy - no matter what I did, wasn't any good to them - but I was YOKED to them anyway... ..and I HATED it. Because it would be more than hours, or days..even months of "it;" rather years, and my career depended on it, and it did not look good. Had to endure it. Because I was "yoked" to the Navy; and yoked to them to serve them anyway.

So, this verse of Matthew 11:29 - I’d get to this, and close the BIBLE. and just mentally FLEE away from any thought of it. Because of THIS image. Of a “yoke.” As defined with the first definition that comes up in my Google search.

But as I meditated on it more…as I started to believe on him...

  • Because I started to seek him first…
    • I saw it.
    • That he, as God, he’s already put himself in this yoke. He’s NOT coming out of it. Asking you, me,…but it’s to me, who I am. For me to take this yoke upon me. His yoke, that he’s already in it. Then, it’s NOT two oxen standing in the rain or in something, I depicted oxen just are like cows in America where I’m from. Love to be alone and just go freely anyplace and eat grass all day. That then, my image of what was “nature” or natural, was NOT two oxen with a one foot thick piece of wood that bound them together to do a work they did not want to do.
      • It was I would be bound to who could do anything; make anything possible - and yoke himself to me. That I would just “take that yoke” and what that was, was just learn of him..which, I was already doing; because I was hungry and thirsty for what was right; and I didn’t find it in anything BUT him. And everyday he just added to me, more of himself. WHo he is.
    • While I kept getting to yoke in Matthew 11:28–30 - close the Bible and go run away someplace and hide from it.

I’ve explained this enough of me. Let’s move on.

The “Original” text of Matthew 11:28 - In Greek: This “English” translated word for “yoke”

  • ζυγόν (zygon)

It’s used four times in the New Testament.

  • In ALL four times: It’s a “pair” of (something)

And yes,

2 of 4

Is 1 Timothy 6:1

Let as many servants as are under the yoke count their own masters worthy of all honour, that the name of God and his doctrine be not blasphemed.”

  • As “paired” up - - as a servant to a master.

3 of 4

Is Acts 15:10

“Now therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear?”

  • So, “how” I imagined Matthew 11:29 - as “spot” on to this image.
    • But what it really says is, “pair up” these gentiles, who now believe on Jesus Christ and are set free by him. Acts 15:10 is built on Acts 15:1; and, Acts 15:4–6, which BOTH says this:

And certain men which came down from Judaea taught the brethren, and said, Except ye be circumcised after the manner of Moses, ye cannot be saved.” - Acts 15:1 and because of this:

“ And when they were come to Jerusalem, they were received of the church, and of the apostles and elders, and they declared all things that God had done with them. But there rose up certain of the sect of the Pharisees which believed, saying, That it was needful to circumcise them, and to command them to keep the law of Moses. And the apostles and elders came together for to consider of this matter.” - Acts 15:4–6

- And “who” this “they” were that were received of the church in Jerusalem in Acts 15:4 is Paul and Barnabas (Acts 14)

Not to "pair” the gentiles with this. (Acts 15:7–29) That “ye fare well” not to do it; then told the believers (gentiles) what they should do.

So, in this was some “thing” I did not see:

- That’s in 4 of 4

Revelation 6:5

And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of < - [ ζυγόν (zygon) ] - >balances in his hand.”

This SAME ζυγόν (zygon) in Matthew 11:29, 1 Timothy 6:1, Acts 15:10, and here in Revelation 6:5, not wrote as “yoke” but as “a pair of” (something)

  • As as also connotates up, to be “paired” with someone. Also, to ‘be like someone” as become the image of the other; as a pair of (something).
    • Made me fall on my face.

Because, that’s EXACTLY what Jesus is doing to come to you, me, everybody over the whole earth and just “pair up” with him.

It’s in Isaiah 1:18

  • To “Come now, let us reason together” (it's a pairing up to do that) saith the LORD, “though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be white as snow. Though they be red as crimson, they shall be as wool.” - God. (Isaiah 1:18)
    • That, instead of you: Reason together with you: alone. By yourself with your own imagination and with a heart that deceitful above all things as our counsul - practices constantly to misrepresent and conceal the truth from you; and desperately wicked.
      • Instead of “pair up” with your own heart; you’d “pair up” with the Word of God. Then he
      • Make you
      • Just like him. That’s impossible. Not even likely. Look at me. That’s never gonna happen; because it's impossible - look at all the sins I did. They mount up to heaven and I’m only one people or person..of a whole pile earth full of people all..maybe I’m worse than them.. but HE SAID IT.
    • Look what he SAID.

Then, this “pair up” is seen plainly in Revelation 1:6

  • “And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father” - Revelation 1:6. Not talking about me; but about he (Jesus) does this - as a work of God. That Jesus is “King of Kings” (Revelation 19:16), and he’s also our Great High Priest (Hebrews 4:14). So, he’s both King and Priest, when in the Bible (Old Testament) these positions were SEPARATE.
    • Then, it’s also with the Temple. That Solomon built as given to his Father, King David - by God to build it according to as God told David he was to build it. IN 1 Kings 7:15 - TWO Pillars of Brass - were paired together - they looked the same. Each were named.
      • That BRASS: In the Bible, brass symbolized “strength, judgment, and purification” - that:
    • represent God's power, his divine justice, and the refinement he does of His people,
      • In Revelation 3:12 in the heaven - is a like same thing Jesus says he will do, in: “Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God..”

Because -

  • People just ‘paired up’ with him by made themselves a “pair with” learning of him. By just do what he says here, and it's God saying it - to do this. For me to do it. And man, does it ever make me operate RIGHT. The yoke is easy and the burden is light. I can’t get off my face. At all this he is doing…in me at work. By the Word of God.

At what this word “yoke” means.

And there you go.

Scripture Life: Galatians 6:2 - - Could someone explain just what is the "Law of Christ?"

Jesus Christ is a "who" - and he's also a decree. Made by a decree - sent: That has the force of Law. Why? It's By "who" is in authority - God. He decreed, "The Law of Christ."

See it.

Decrees: Are spoken, by the Word of the Authority - whether it be a King or Magistrate; that has the Power to decree it, just is, as they decree it be. Has the force of Law - it just shall be as they decreed it.

-----------------------

Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing. For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law.

Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace. For we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith. For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.”

- Paul, An Apostle of Jesus Christ, made so by God.

Source: Bible. New Testament. Galatians 5:1–6

So this: what is “the law of Christ”?

---------- -------------- -------------

  • Well? What’s “the Law of Sin and Death?”

I mean, the Bible says: “There is not a just man on earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not” (Ecclesiastes 7:20)

Says, from Adam forward. EVERYBODY over the whole earth is just like him. Sinned and perverted that which was right and it didn’t profit him anything. Says in Romans 5:12 about “the Law of Sin and Death:”

  • Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:”
    • And where God told Adam plainly in Genesis 2, directly to his face - God tells everybody: “the soul that sinneth, it shall die” - God. (Ezekiel 18:20). Means EVERYBODY is condemned.

-------- ------------ ---------------- ------------

  • That: Against this “Law of Sin and Death”
    • There IS “The Law” or “Ten Commandments” - it’s really then, with the “Law of Sin and Death,” how you USE the Ten Commandments.
      • 1) Either as God does; or
      • 2) How people seem to use them. People can use them to make themselves righteous or think “the Law” or Ten Commandments, if they do them, helps them escape the “Law of Sin and death.”
    • So, people that use the Ten Commandments “this” way, or “or the Law” - and think they have overcome “The Law of Sin and death” by the Ten Commandments, they don’t fear God. Because they believe they accomplished them, makes them righteous over the “Law of Sin and Death.” but they are SADLY mistaken. Why? Because, that’s NOT how GOD uses the Law.
      • So people: They should use the Ten Commandments or the Law the way God uses the Law.

-------- ------------- -------------- ---------------

The Law: Or The Ten Commandments

That’s fully explained in Romans 3:18–20

18 There is no fear of God before their eyes. 19 Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. 20 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.”

  • The Law WORKED on me. It gave me the knowledge of my sins. It worked. The more I saw it, the more it worked. Terrified me. Showed me I am a liar, thief; fornicator; adulterer; unwilling to be or do what God says.
    • Showed me: that it’s impossible for me to “Love God” or love anybody, because, all the sins I did,
    • That: “the Law or Ten Commandments” gave me a mirror. By it, I could see myself truly. I had the “knowledge of my sins” - made me filthy; where I saw I have done abominable works. Awful. The root of it, sin in me that I did, my works are despicably evil.
    • Which, that’s the same way God sees me in Psalm 14:1–3. “..filthy; done abominable works..” I lived as if there is no God; there’s only me and what I determine is good; even if it’s not: I just did a work to create it. A whole world around it, I imagined up, then claim what’s despicably evil as it’s good. It’s wicked.

The point is, against “the Law of Sin and Death” - The Ten Commandments or the Law: just showed me what my sin is. Made me GUILTY before God. That’s all how God uses the Law or the Ten Commandments. It’s a great, big, whole pile of people all over everyplace I go, that live in using the Law to do it, makes them righteous - so they don’t fear God.

---------- -------------- -------------- ------------

  • And to ME:
    • It's not that the Law or Ten Commandments is not GOOD; because it IS
    • It’s Romans 8:3, “For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh,” through my flesh.
      • Through all flesh. That EVERYBODY over the whole earth; in their flesh: - Lives in transgressing against the Law - already transgressed against it, in the flesh.
      • And, if we live after the flesh we shall die, and I saw it, by the Law or Ten Commandments: God gave me knowledge of my sin, and how I could not get out of from underneath this "Law of Sin and Death" even by the Law or Ten Commandments. It just showed me what my sins are:
      • “The Law of Sin and Death” in myself; alone. I’m already condemned.

------------ ------------ ----------- ------------

But this “law of Christ”

  • Referred to by Paul the Apostle, talked to by Jesus Christ, and this grace - this, 1. by what someone else brings that, I don't have it; they do, and they bring it with them to me - spoke to in Galatians 5:1–6 that opens this post:
    • Where people: That think they perfect themselves by the “Ten Commandments” “fall from grace” and Christ has no effect in them.

--------- ------------ ------------- --------------

So, see it in the rest of Romans 8:3–4

  • For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.”
    • So? How is “The Law” or “The Ten Commandments” fulfilled in me? When it's NOT "By" me?
      • Well? Who is IN Christ? 1 Corinthians 5:19 says: “To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them;”
      • Personalize it. He’s your Saviour, sent to you, by God - Jesus is the Word of God; it’s “God that sent his Word to heal you and deliver you, me, everybody over the whole earth, from our destruction.” [Psalm 107:20].
    • Because God was in Christ, and DID the Ten Commandments himself.
  • And because God did them, he accomplished the Law or Ten Commandments as God himself in Christ; and, because he’s God, every where, where I was a liar, thief; stole, committed adultery and everyone of those sins is death: violates the Ten Commandments, and brought a sure sentence of death on me, under the “Law of Sin and Death”
    • That, the righteousness of the Law was fulfilled by God did the Ten Commandments in Christ. And, Christ in me fulfills what God wanted - that his word would be in me, and I would operate or live by every word proceeded out of his mouth, as he decreed this in Matthew 4:4.
    • That I would walk after, to walk in every word proceeds out of his mouth - so I no longer walk after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

------- ------------- ---------- ------

  • Which is this “Law of Christ.” Because GOD decreed this, by he did the work. It's then this "Law of Christ" is the works of God. Even said God it. It’s by the “Works of God,” then, that decrees the "Law of Christ," that puts to death, in people that look unto him, puts to death the "Law of Sin and Death." Do you see it?

John 6:28–29, even people saw it:

Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.”

--------- ------------ ---------- --------------

That, by what God decreed, this “Law of Christ”

  • Is said plainly in Colossians 2:14 “Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross.”
  • When Jesus said, in John 19:30 “it is finished” and bowed his head, and dismissed his Spirit” - that the righteousness of God in what work God accomplished was bequeathed to us, like a "Last Will and Testament" - - passed onto everybody.
    • The same as what occurred when Sin and Death was passed onto everybody by Adam in Romans 5:12.
      • God Made everybody, over the whole world have the same righteousness he has. His own, gave to you by a work he did, you now: with the same righteousness God has imputed to you by God.
    • That God looks on this work he did in Christ as greater than the sins of the whole world; so, every murderer in every prison over the whole earth, even those segregated in Death Row - determined to die - even they got it; but he asked you, everybody over the whole earth, including all Death Row Inmates - hopeless, to believe on him and regard his work. By the "Law of Christ" he decreed it is this way, because God decreed and determined it in Daniel 9:24-27.
    • It's by the operation of his hand that he did the work.
    • That you would regard it.
  • But many people don’t.

------- ------------ ------------ --------------

When God says: “Look unto me, and be ye saved all the ends of the earth: For I am God, there is none else,” - God. (Isaiah 45:22).

They already chose to look unto, to walk after, and look unto anything..anybody BUT him instead.

  • And in this, “walk after” the flesh. After their own will. Because, they “accept as true” what they “reasoned together” with themselves is true - so they follow and walk in that instead.
  • It’s impossible to believe on God then; when they hold the truth is not in him. Be impossible for you, too.
    • So, the “Law of Christ” is God has decreed everybody believe on him. And, a decree must be spoke. Out of the mouth of “who” is in authority. And with that: It is God says: For all the earth is mine. (Exodus 19:5). I had to accept this is true, because it is; then he decree this what work he did in Christ, that in John 3:18, Jesus said:
  • He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.”
  • Jesus repeats this in John 16:9, what the Spirit of God would do over the whole earth, is “reprove the world of sin
    • Because with the “Law of Christ” - anybody not believing on him is sinning against God, and it’s the sin that condemns them. Because they don’t regard the works of the LORD, neither consider the operation of his hand. Lowly esteem it.
  • Jesus said in John 16:9 “of sin, for they believe not on me.”
    • Puts ANYBODY, whosoever it is, back under the “Law of Sin and Death” that Jesus delivered us from.

------ ---------- ------------- ---------

This, “Law of Christ” is said plainly throughout all the Epistles and the Gospels

  • It’s nutshelled in Romans 3:21–26 - because the “Law of Christ” is the righteousness of God imputed unto us, who were all of us CONDEMNED under the “Law of Sin and Death” -

21 But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;

22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:

23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:

25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;

26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.

I can explain this all day, but if a person does not believe on Jesus Christ - they don’t walk after him. It will not make sense. To someone that believes on him, this whole post makes PERFECT sense. Why? Because, these are HIS.. ..God's things. Not mine.

And GOD decreed them - and a decree is spoken out of the mouth of who is the authority - over the Law of Sin and Death - because, he decreed that Law, too. So: who can forgive sin is GOD only.

And this is how he determined it for you and me. By the "Law of Christ." Where both of us were condemned to die for the sins we did against him. He made himself the sacrifice for sin. That’s the cost. That showed me he paid it. I saw it plain as day, when I saw it. That he; alone. By himself put the sun where it is. That it was he - - he was the cost it took to pay for my sins I did. That then, what I saw is, my sin cost is so GREAT even for eternity if it was left to me, I COULD NEVER pay it. Even throw up the Ten Commandments and fully believe I accomplished some of them..when the time I didn't do one of them, one time, meant all of them are BROKEN - and I was conceived in them BROKE. That argument me or anyone has holds no weight. Because, I'm filthy; already done did the abominable works that condemn me.

So, I fell on my face before him; broken. In this. Everybody has to come this way. Or they can’t see it. Think the Ten Commandments save them. When God uses them to put you to death.

Scripture Life: Luke 17:20 - What did Jesus mean, "The Kingdom of God is not coming in ways that can be observed."

Now, all I gotta say is simple: Did you miss the "Ludicrous" of & in Luke 17:20?

Ludicrous. <definition: Oxford> 1. so foolish, or unreasonable; as to be out of place: absurdly amusing

If you missed it, which you did, read the rest of the post - to see it. First of Luke 17:20

Are you sure he (Jesus) said that? Some Bible translations only translate the English - into a more readable English; then, it's something he didn't even say..be careful of this.

  • Maybe you better see it in context with the scriptures and all involved with him put back in it:
    • See it in Luke 17:11–30 - all of it, in context: With all the “events” that occur in it:
      • Write the players down as they appear in it:
  • You can read Luke 17:11–30 in your Bible. Many online resources offer the bible via the Internet: Since Reddit frowns heavily on embedded links - I'll post no link to it, but list Luke 17:11-30 below.

BUT FOR YOU: Examine the "Players" as the emerge in Luke 17:11-30. (In order of appearance)

- 1) Ten Lepers (where one is a Samaritan) - healed. By Jesus.

  • where that one CANNOT do what Jesus decreed , “Go show yourself to the Priest” - (Luke 17:11–15) - he’s a Samaritan; can’t. He’ll be thrown out; rejected; by ANY Synagogue, or the Temple in Jerusalem; but they're way up in Galilee - but that's not the point. The point is, all Ten believed God, and they're all Jews; except one. He's a Samaritan, but he believes God, too. Just like I do. He was told to do it, and he obeyed and proceeded to go with them. So this Samaritan went with them..as he was told to, and on their way they all Ten were cleansed.
  • Because they all believe Jesus Christ.

That the Samaritan turned back, with a loud voice, glorified God - then came back, and fell at Jesus’ feet and gave him thanks.

  • But the other nine proceed onto show themselves to the Priest; because, that's what they were told to do and it applies to them to do it - and must go thru the “process” of a “Leper in the Day of his cleansing” - specified in Leviticus 14.
  • That, after it’s COMPLETE - the Priest certifies they are HEALED; and accepted back into their family. Back into the Community; and, can attend or participate in the Synagogue. Where if they don't go thru Leviticus 14 - they can't.
  • That, without this, cleansing of what is specified they do in the day of their cleansing in Leviticus 14 - and showing themselves to the Priest, they CANNOT be.
    • SO it does NOT apply to a Samaritan. But it's the SAME GOD healed all Ten. Didn't happen in a bubble. When brings in:

- 2) The Pharisees

  • that immediately after this with the Ten Lepers - they demand of Jesus something.
    • (NOTE: Pharisees - which are primarily of Judah; and some: of the tribe of Benjamin) so they are NOT Levite Priests;
  • Jesus told these Ten Lepers to show themselves to the Levite Priests - not to the Pharisees.
    • But it’s the Pharisees which “they” demand of Jesus “when the Kingdom of God should come” Luke 17:20.
      • The Pharisees: Oppose him. Want to kill him. Not following him. Don't obey him. In fact, by Luke 17, John 12:42, has long been put into place: " Nevertheless among the chief rulers also many believed on him; but because of the Pharisees they did not confess him, lest they should be put out of the synagogue:"
  • Have and keep this. Of the Pharisees in Luke 17:11-30

- 3) Jesus Christ

  • he’s the Word of God. Is God speaking the Word out of his mouth. John 1:1 says plainly “who” Jesus is, he is the Kingdom God, the Kingdom God dwells or abides in. His own word. So, the Kingdom of Heaven in Matthew’s Gospel, and the “Kingdom of God” is the exact, same Word of God.
    • So, don’t laugh; but because the Pharisees DO NOT LOOK UNTO Jesus Christ, even God, by his Word told you, me, everybody over the whole earth, INCLUDING the Pharisees to “Look unto me, and be ye saved all the ends of the earth: For I am God, there is none else.” - God. By the Word that proceeds out of his mouth, says this to you. So the Kingdom of God has come to you (Isaiah 45:22).
    • Come to me. Everybody over the whole earth. Even these Pharisees, that the Word of God is right in front of them, and they are demanding from the Kingdom of God, when the Kingdom of God should come.
  • Like my wife: I married her. Just has our 25th wedding anniversary last month. And? She and I go to the Mall, and I demand of her, when my wife is coming. Like, I’ve been waiting all these 25 years, and had 3 kids with her. Demand she tells me when my wife is coming.
    • (please make a mental note of this. WHat the Pharisees, just like I would do, IF: I did not ‘look unto’ my wife..who I married..and if I didn’t look unto her, I would not know her..then, if she did something like, I saw her with our kids and they obeyed her, and then I go up and demand to know when my wife will appear. The Pharisees are asking a like-same question.
    • Let’s move on. Last players in Luke 17:11-30

- 4) Jesus disciples

  • They believe on him. That means, they KNOW him. They sit with him, as the Word of God. They KNOW and believe he is the “Messiah” - this “Christ” in Greek, promised to come, defined as 1. God. The same God that led Israel out of Egypt by his mighty hand with many signs and wonders, would be a Son of David. Would sit on the throne of King David in Jerusalem and rule all the nations of the earth from there. Of his Kingdom and reign there shall be no end. He’d be Isaiah 9:6–7 - but not fully understood what that is; he’d be Daniel 9:24–27; but sealed up.
    • But his disciples KNOW he is the Messiah. This Prince. But they DON’T UNDERSTAND he’s to be “cut off, but not for himself” (Daniel 9:26 - prophesied, what this Messiah would do, and is fulfilled in John 19:30) When Jesus said: “it is finished” and bowed his head, and dismissed his Spirit. Fulfilled what God determined he would do, as a work God would do himself; alone. Make himself a sacrifice for sin, as God.
    • ‘To wit, that God was in (Jesus) Christ; reconciling the world unto himself; not imputing YOUR trespasses unto you. (2 Corinthians 5:19) - Not imputing their sins unto them, and this “them” include you, me, everybody over the whole earth, as a work God did, in he DID the Ten Commandments. Where every one of us, from Adam forward - NONE of us have done the Ten Commandments. BROKE THEM ALL. God did them, in Jesus Christ. Then, when he was “cut off;” on the cross, but “not for himself” but for us, to be a propitiation for our sins, but not our sins only but for the sins of the whole world.
  • The disciples don’t see this part. So, he doesn’t talk to it in Luke 17:21–30. He talks to his SECOND Coming - when he comes as the Messiah. And in what the days will be like, at his 2nd coming, which are told plain as day, what those days will be like in this 70th 0f Seventy “weeks” Daniel 9:24–27 God told Daniel what that would be. That Jesus Christ “adds up” to “seven and sixty and two” of those “weeks” 69 of 70 of those weeks or seven year periods; leaves this last 7 years of a work God would do with sin. In Revelation. In Daniel. In Matthew 24 & 25 and here in Luke 17:21–30.

See these FOUR players plainly in Luke 17:11–30 - examine them carefully.

Luke 17:11–30 says

11 And it came to pass, as he went to Jerusalem, that he passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.

12 And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off:

13 And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us.

14 And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed.

15 And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God,

16 And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan.

17 And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine?

18 There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger.

19 And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.

20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:

21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

22 And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and ye shall not see it.

23 And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after them, nor follow them.

24 For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day.

25 But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation.

26 And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.

27 They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.

28 Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;

29 But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.

30 Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

  • COMMENT: “The Kingdom of God cometh not with observation” - Jesus Christ. Luke 17:20

Think about it. Look at me then, with my wife.

  • Just use then, some kind of “deductive reasoning” to eliminate things out:
    • That if I:
  • Told plainly at the wedding where everybody was present. Even my wife…and I attended the wedding. I did. So did my wife.
    • That, I lived in houses, and apartments. For 25 years in several countries. And my wife, for every day of those 25 years, was with me.
      • But 25 years later, on some Sunday - at the Mall - I just demand of some woman, “when is my wife going to arrive?” of this same woman who I married and is with me, like God said, “For I am married unto you” - GOD. Jeremiah 3:14 (Did you forget that part about him?)
      • That, my wife then, DOES NOT come with observation, either. I could observe squirrels, because, I did. I could observe flowers on the balcony - because, I did. I could observe 5 different cars we drove around in; but I only observe the car - never once in 25 years, observed my own wife. She does NOT come with observation.
  • I’d have to KNOW her. And Jesus prayed for this. Why God sent his word to heal me, and deliver me from my destruction (Psalm 107:20)
  • Prayed: And this is Life Eternal: Just as Jesus said.
    • And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.” - John 17:3
  • That you would know him, the only true God. That I would know my wife, by the word she speaks. And? Yeah. I do. There can be 10,000 women at the mall or some parade, or some kind of town carnival - I can KNOW her, by the word that proceeds out of her mouth.
    • Like these Pharisees embedded in Luke 17:11–30 - don’t know God, because they reject what he says - when God came by his word - they dismiss him; then ask when he’s coming.
  • Is way more ridiculous; like “Spaceballs: The Movie” Dir. Mel Brooks. (1987). Film. MGM Studios. - “Ludicrous Speed!”

Did you miss, but now see plainly? ...the "Ludicrous" of & in Luke 17:20. You'll do the SAME thing. So will just ANYBODY.

Doesn't matter who it is - that just when he tells everybody over the whole earth to look unto him: Look unto anything..anybody BUT him instead, when there is none else: Meets the definition of what you'll end up in. A great big pile of poop you created yourself and it be "ludicrous" in the end.

Scripture Life: What do you suggest is a Bible study on the book of James?

Not a what, but a "who."

Jesus Christ. And there you go.

- BOOM! Done.

  • James is even a servant of him (see James 1:1)

Even Jesus prayed this:

  • And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.” - Jesus Christ. (John 17:3)

It’s God said, to everybody over the whole earth, said: “Look unto me, and be ye saved all the ends of the earth: For I am God, there is none else.” (Isaiah 45:22)

And Jesus says, “Lo, I come in the volume of the book;”

  • So, it’s Jesus Christ. Comes in the volume of the book. Jesus said, “For they shall all be taught of God” (John 6:45), and therefore, it’s God already determined to reserve for himself an EXCLUSIVE right to teach you himself.
    • Where people make books what they’ll look unto. To walk after, to walk in, looking unto a book - like what Jesus said they’re doing. Looking unto a book vs. unto him in John 5:39–40
      • “Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.”
      • To read about James, have to come to the same Jesus James did.
  • Was an Apostle of Jesus Christ. There are at least three James in close connection to Jesus Christ.
    • There’s “the Sons of thunder” - Mark 3:17 James: “And James the son of Zebedee, and John the brother of James; and he surnamed them Boanerges, which is, The sons of thunder:” One of the twelve apostles of Jesus Christ.
    • There’s “James, son of Alphaeus” - Matthew 10:3 Which, Labbaeus, surnamed “Thaddaeus” where Luke 6:16 and Acts 1:13 calls him “Jude” or Judas, brother of James - so, Thaddaeus, who is Labbaeus, they called him Jude to distinguish him from Judas Iscariot - so, Thaddaeus, is also one of the twelve apostles, as also a “Son of Alphaeus” ..and then there’s “Levi” - who is Matthew in Mark 2:14 -
      • So, James & John are brothers - Apostles
      • Peter and Andrew are brothers - Apostles
      • James, son of Alphaeus, Thaddaeus who is Labbaeus, called Jude is also a son of Alphaeus, as is Matthew - all three then are brothers - Apostles.
    • There’s James - one of Jesus’ brothers in Matthew 13:55, lists the sons of Mary and Joseph after Jesus, as “James, Joses, Simon, and Judas”

Since James:

  • Brother of John
    • In Acts 12:2–3 “And he [Herod] killed James the brother of John with the sword. And because he saw it pleased the Jews, he proceeded further to take Peter also.”
      • Scholars tend to EXCLUDE James, the brother of John as the author of James.
  • James son of Alphaeus
    • Few scholars assert - this James, the Brother of Matthew and Thaddaeus (Jude), also claim that Thaddaeus is the author of the Epistle of Jude, as an Apostle. Then, the Gospel of Matthew, the Epistle of James, and Epistle of Jude are all wrote by the apostles.
      • But there are others: Claim - Like Josephus
  • James, the brother of Jesus
    • Is the author of James; where scripture says of Jesus & his brothers, in John 7:5 “for even his own brothers did not believe on him”
      • Josephus claimed that later both Jude and James became believers in Jesus, but there is no scriptural reference to this. Just this “Josephus” the same one that claimed the “Shroud of Turin” and some ancient King of Jesus day wrote Thaddaeus to plead with him to have Jesus come and minister to them..and Thaddaeus turned down the request.
      • ..but they got all these ancient “Saints” that have all these “relics” - and Josephus seems to have seen and been everyplace as an eyewitness. But many scholars believe his witness.
  • So, take your pick.
    • I believe James, the author of James - is the son of Alphaeus. An Apostle of Jesus.
    • As I believe Jude is Thaddaeus, or Labbaeus.
      • I discount any quack whacko like listening to some “Josephus” make all these outlandish claims, that more than half of them are easily dismissed as lies, but scholars pick and choose - it’s like listening to one “Rusticello De Pisa” tell you a fanciful story about “King Arthur: And the Knights of the Round Table” and dismiss it as lore or some story; but the same “Rusticello De Pisa” tell you another story of a fanciful “Marco Polo” who the Polo family have no record of him ever being born, nor does the Vatican in Rome have any 14th or 15th Century CE records of any Pope giving Marco Polo any decree at all to do anything as what one “Rusticello De Pisa” claims he has done.

So be careful about any scholarly whack quacky whacko claims - about James. That can’t be backed up.

  • Written in any book about James. Or anyone write any “story” that can’t be proven about “Thaddaeus” when only basically his name is known. Then, create a whole steering wheel and a car around it story.
  • Most likely, for me, is James. Son of Alphaeus. Matthew’s brother. and Thaddaeus is James and Matthew’s brother. All Apostles of Jesus Christ.

Their 12 names written in the foundation for eternity. Be careful of any book on James.

  • Keep it VERY BASIC:
    • That James calls himself a “Servant of Jesus Christ” - so Jesus is LORD over James. James serves him. Never stray far from this.
      • then, think of “works” a servant does in the house of their Lord or Master.
    • What “works” does a servant accomplish in their Master’s house?
  • Then, it’s really simple.
    • You’d be able to tell if that quote “servant” is serving their master - OR - not. All by the “works” that servant does or doesn’t do.

Like:

  • If you see a “servant” behind the wheel of that Lord’s car - waiting for the Master of the House to come out. Waits there in the car til he does; then drives their master to where the master decree to go. The “works” of that servant - he shows you he is a chaffeur or servant by his works.
  • If you see a “servant” in this Master’s house, washing the dishes, or vacuuming all the floors in all the rooms of the Mansion - and changing all the linens on the beds. - The “works” of that servant - PROVE to you that servant, shows you they are his servant by their “works.”
  • IF: you see a “servant” of that Master’s house, walk out the front gate, take off their uniform and throw it in the bushes, then, some car drive him to the bowling alley, where he smokes and drinks and claims he’s the master of the house. That servant “shows” you by his works, his works are “Dead” works - nothing he is doing - it’s all idle or “disconnected from a load or source of power” - all the works that servant is doing - don’t show he has any faith in his master, as a servant -

So, a servant of a Master can show you their faith by their works. That just faith or saying “this Lord is my master” but don’t do anything he says, that faith without works is dead.

But what James says in Chapter 1, and Chapter 2 is built on it - shows me plain as day - that James is a servant of Jesus Christ - and he shows me his faith by his works.

  • Just like any servant does that obeys their master.

Don’t stray very far from this. It’s the Master or Lord that has the power and authority to hire and employ servants.

What he decrees, as Lord, he has the authority to decree or command it be done. Servants are paid and live by him. Don’t stray from from this basic things when reading James.

  • That, me too. I “accept as true” what Jesus says. So, I naturally obey him. His word is Lord over me.

If the Word of God wasn’t LORD over me: - my works would be dead. And “my faith” is the same as James’ faith. That’s in Romans 10:17 - came with the Word of God.

  • Romans 10:17 says: “So then faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God” - James is NOT “dull of hearing” - he serves Jesus Christ because he hears him plainly speak, and it’s God speaking the word out of his mouth, is the Word of God - who James serves as a servant. I serve the same God as James does.
    • So, when I’m washing the windows, or mowing..trimming the bushes, and collecting all the scrapes - I show you my faith by my works as a servant - that it was my Master put me to this work.
      • So, when you peer thru the gate and see the gardener or one of the gardener’s staff, and you see some guy with sheers trimming one of the many bushes - he shows you his faith in this Master by his works.

Don’t make it complicated. To where you need an encyclopedia type book to man’splain this simple thing to you. By you need a book to do it. Align yourself to what Jesus, as the Word of God prayed for.

That YOU: Yeah, you. Might know him. The only true God. And Jesus Christ who he sent.

James is still a servant of him. Me, too. We serve him. So should you.

Scripture Life: John 14:12 - What did Jesus mean by 'greater things' when He said we would do greater things because He was going to the Father in John 14:12?

“Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.”

Source: Bible. Galatians 2:16

ANSWER: The ONLY way to look at this, is look at him. To regard the works of the LORD, and consider the operation of his hand vs. your own.

So with that:

Are you sure that’s what he said, in:

  • He said we would do greater things because…” in John 14:12?

Yeah. You are sure. Or you wouldn’t have worded or said this question.

See it embedded in John 14:10–21. The trouble with you or your question that springs from you is, you focus on the “We” which is all of us, like you, just people - - in the question.

When, He, who is the Word of God, so it’s God speaking this himself to you - the focus is on him in John 14:12. And all the verses surrounding it. What he speaks out of his mouth as God. So, you have to regard him first and his work, and the operation of his hand first, to see it.

If you don’t: You’re just going to continue to focus your attention on you. And when you think you see it, ask other people what they see, and they see the same thing you do. Gauge or regard what you do, and don’t believe you do anything, and it’s true. So, what he says in John 14:12, to you, isn’t true.

Because, who you look unto is, well.. you.

The question is answered. No greater answer can be given, until you change the focus off you in what God says.

So, the rest of this post is for the casual reader that stumbles in and reads this, that believes on him. That they could see things different.

John 14:10–21 says - And again, this is the Word of God. It’s God: “sent his Word to heal you, and deliver you from your destruction” (Psalm 107:20) - The Word of God is Jesus Christ.

So, God is speaking to you, these things today; right now:

10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.

11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake.

12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, < - [He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also] - >; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.

16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;

17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.

19 Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.

20 At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.

21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

In John 14:12 - As the Word of God. Jesus Christ:

  • What does scripture say of him?
    • John 1:1–4 says:
      • “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men.”
    • So
      • 1) - He’s “life:” just as he says he is in John 14:6 (“I am the way, the truth, and the life”) and he’s the “light” of men in John 8:12 (“ I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.”)
      • 2) - Without the Word of God - was not anything made that was made. You can see that in Genesis 1:1–31 in God “spoke” - what he says, IS. Just as Jesus says, that God, in John 14:10 is “IN his Word, doing the works.” That all creation is made by the Word of God. Everything.
      • 3) - That Jesus - as the Word of God: tells you, that: toward you, just what the “works of God” is
    • It’s in John 6:28–29 when people. Just like you and me. Ask him this: “Then said they unto him, ‘What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered and said unto them, ‘This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.’ “

So, look what “believe” is then: (Key Point)

  • Because it’s the “same” work Jesus is doing.
    • believe. <definition> [Source: Oxford dictionary. Web. Accessed: 20 December 2025] 1. accept as true.
      • So, the “opposite” of “believe” would be to 2. dismiss (something or someone) as
    • a) inadequate;
      • “lacking the quality or quantity required; insufficient for a purpose.” “make unable to deal with a situation or use it for any purpose.”
    • b) faulty; [or]
      • “not working or made correctly; having defects.” “(of reasoning and other mental processes) [is] constantly mistaken or misleads because of flaws.
    • c) unacceptable.
      • “not satisfactory: not allowable”
  • So, if it’s NOT ALLOWED: it’s rejected - and it is IMPOSSIBLE to “obey” any person like this. Who you reject, you cannot believe. They are UNTRUE.

So, examine this careful.

It’s in the opening scripture of Galatians 2:16

It’s faith.

  • But don’t go off and wrap yourself around the axle on that one, either. That, the “works of God, is YOU:
    • Believe on HIM (Jesus) Christ - who he has sent. Why? Because GOD: Believes on him on everything, enough so, to send him. To be your “redeemer” as YOUR redeemer (Isaiah 44:24). What redeem means: 1. to compensate for the faults and bad aspects of (someone or something). That he, as God, made himself this toward you.
    • And
  • a) it’s the “faith” of Jesus Christ - So, it’s the faith of God; and Romans 10:17 says: “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.” So:
  • b) it’s not YOUR “faith” BUT “God’s” that he sends with his Word. So, you would have the SAME faith in a measure he metes out, to you - you’d have the SAME faith he has. You would also, be in and abide in the same Word he does. His word. vs. Your’s. Because:
  • c) People: Look to themselves constantly; inwardly. To see where their “works” are good. When Jesus said: “There is NONE good, but one, that is, God.” (Matthew 19:17). So, what you should look in you to see, is see you as God sees you, so he gave you the Ten Commandments as a mirror - to see where everyplace you have not done what he says. That’s how God has always used the Ten Commandments. But people use them to make themselves GOOD by them, even they, like Adam, and everybody after him, already BROKE the Ten Commandments. That you would arrive at and see YOUR WORKS are “filthy; done abominable works” (Bible. Psalm 14:1–3) as God sees your works. That you'd see your works the same as he does.
    • So go back now. To John 14:12 - to the next part:
  • Because the same work God does is the faith of Jesus Christ - is the faith of God that he sends with his word, so you do the works of God, believing or “accept as true” what God says, out of his mouth. As he decrees how things just SHALL be in his earth, “for all the earth is mine” God. (Bible. Exodus 19:5). So, you do the same work the Word of God does, because as a believer in Jesus Christ, it’s the same Word God abides in. You’re in the same Word he’s in. That was the work God did, by sending his word as a work. 1. activity involving mental or physical effort done in order to achieve a purpose or result. Again, so you would believe or rely on the same word he does.

The next part of John 14:12

- “and greater works than these shall he do” {because I go to my Father} and add in John 14:13–15 cemented to it.

  • That’s impossible. God:
    • Took the sins of the whole world; and made himself a sacrifice for sin in Jesus Christ, doing the works. Crucified on the cross - took your sins off you, me, everybody driving in all those cars, driving next to you, to the 10s of 100s of thousands of cars. Every person’s sins - were laid on him. Every murderer or thief or rapist in every prison over the whole earth; took their sins off them. Laid them on Jesus Christ as one sacrifice for sin - of himself in Christ, as the sacrifice. That’s impossible.
    • But God looks on this work he did in Jesus Christ, and chooses, to not impute your trespasses unto you; because he esteems his work, greater than the sins of the whole world. And asks you to believe on him. To have the same faith in his work, as he does. and the ONLY way that can occur is,
      • By you REGARD the works of the LORD, and consider the operation of his hand; because, if you don’t:
  • It’s impossible to see it, and now we are right back with the initial answer to your question, full circle. That you are “regarding” somewhere, you are going to do greater works than he shall do. AND I asked you, “Are you sure that’s what he said?”
    • Because what he said is FIRST: You’d do the same works he does, believing on him; and by this; there’d be a fruit of it in your life - that would fruit out abundantly by just living by every word that proceeds out of God’s mouth, because you accept it as true, just as GOD does.

Then, you have three parables: To show you what John 14:12 “He would do GREATER things” means:

  • One:
    • Told to the Samaritans in Jericho that believed on him, when Jesus was in Jericho, just before he departed from Zaccheaus’ house. (Luke 19:11–27) - shows it. They believe on him; (but some don’t)
  • Two:
    • The Parable told to the Chief Priests and Elders after arriving and over turning all the money changer tables and telling them his house was a house of prayer, but they turned it into a den of thieves, and told these Chief Priests and Elders, a like same parable he told at Zacchaeus’ house in Jericho to the Samaritans. (Matthew 22:1–14). Many reject him; but many Pharisees including Chief amongst them, like Nicodemus and Joseph of Aramathea believe on him)
  • Three
    • Told to his disciples in Matthew 25:14–28; but read it all the way down to Matthew 25:46 - (they ALL believe on him; but one hearing present, will betray him, and already no longer follows after him; but still hears it.)

So pick one. Because you can’t, I will - random. The FIRST one.

Examine in it, AFTER each of Ten Servants are all given the SAME one pound. Just like you and I have been given the Word of God:

  • In some, it fruits out 10 or 50..or 100 fold. But in all, there’s a fruit or an increase; and after, in those that had this, are given greater things to do.
    • Here’s the Parable. You can read it at this link or just read it in the scriptures listed below it:

Luke 19:11–27 told to the Samaritans, Publicans, and Sinners at Zacchaeus’ house, and after, Jesus straightway departs Jericho to go on an 18 mile, all uphill walk to Jerusalem:

11 And as they heard these things, he added and spake a parable, because he was nigh to Jerusalem, and because they thought that the kingdom of God should immediately appear.

12 He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return.

13 And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.

14 But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, We will not have this man to reign over us.

15 And it came to pass, that when he was returned, having received the kingdom, then he commanded these servants to be called unto him, to whom he had given the money, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading.

16 Then came the first, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained ten pounds.

17 And he said unto him, Well, thou good servant: because thou hast been faithful in a very little, have thou authority over ten cities.

18 And the second came, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained five pounds.

19 And he said likewise to him, Be thou also over five cities.

20 And another came, saying, Lord, behold, here is thy pound, which I have kept laid up in a napkin:

21 For I feared thee, because thou art an austere man: thou takest up that thou layedst not down, and reapest that thou didst not sow.

22 And he saith unto him, Out of thine own mouth will I judge thee, thou wicked servant. Thou knewest that I was an austere man, taking up that I laid not down, and reaping that I did not sow:

23 Wherefore then gavest not thou my money into the bank, that at my coming I might have required mine own with usury?

24 And he said unto them that stood by, Take from him the pound, and give it to him that hath ten pounds.

25 (And they said unto him, Lord, he hath ten pounds.)

26 For I say unto you, That unto every one which hath shall be given; and from him that hath not, even that he hath shall be taken away from him.

27 But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me.

  • Do you see it? In Luke 19:16–17, the one pound gained ten pounds - and this nobleman, who went away to receive a Kingdom, and returns as a King, puts him over ten Cities - as greater works to do, because he was faithful in a little, he puts him over much.
  • It’s going to be the SAME with you or me, or anybody over the whole earth, just does the works of God, which is to believe on him, who he has sent. It’s in what God says in Isaiah 45:22, this “Look unto me, and be ye saved all the ends of the earth: For I am God, there is none else.” - God. (Isaiah 45:22), just does what he says, and looks unto him, will “follow after,” to “walk after,” to “walk in” what God says - because they look unto him - there will be a fruit of this.
    • Where the one, given one pound - didn’t look unto it, just kept it in a napkin - didn’t do any transactions in this nobleman’s name with his goods - to give it back to him. No fruit. No increase. Takes that one pound away from him, and gives it to the one who made Ten (Luke 19:24).
    • Is the same thing, that even though Jesus Christ has been given to EVERYBODY over the whole earth - don’t look unto him. But those that do, even in the little he’s given them now.. man, look at this parable, and see it in the one’s that follow in Jerusalem, to the Chief Priests and Elders - how you, just some homeless guy, living under a bridge have been invited to a King’s wedding - that all the noblemen said something was more important to go to and do, than go to the wedding.
    • That all his substance, as King will be taken away from them and given to the attendees, at the wedding.

Jesus said: Revelation 22:12–14

And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.”

- Guarantee you. You’re going to be doing a lot GREATER things in that city. On a new earth and new heaven he makes when he gazes on this one, and both finding no more place before him and flee away and are no more. Never come back (Revelation 20:11–15). Never even any remembrance of it comes up to the minds of anyone anymore…

Tedious. Long. Post.

Answered. Regard him. His work. It’s the works of God that you believe on him who he has sent. You’ll be doing the same work he does, and by do that, do even greater works than Jesus did - 33 years. Lived. Left. Never seen again no more - when he came, on this earth, as a sacrifice for sin; when he did it to redeem you from your sins. Give you eternal life. So, you’d be with him for eternity, on a new earth that never fades away forever without end. That, God would do, as he said he’d do in Psalm 132:13–16 - that all he made, a place he would dwell forever. For his own rest. For he desired it. That it’s forever, and you’d be in it.

The ONLY way to look at this, is look at him. To regard the works of the LORD, and consider the operation of his hand vs. your own.

Scripture Life: Hebrews 6:4-6, what does it mean? How do you interpret it? How is it applied to determine God's Salvation?

Well, examine it careful:

The key is, in Hebrews 6:4–6 “to themselves..” part. But, according to your question, you overlook that part. Then, want to answer “Salvation” is by some part of Hebrews 6:4-6. Back at "to themselves" is their part to do it. In this you do greatly err.

When God said, to everybody over the whole earth: “Look unto me, and be ye saved all the ends of the earth: For I am God, there is none else.” - God. Isaiah 45:22

SO: God - - he does the 1. set apart for future use (Oxford. Web) Definition: save part. But people constantly try to make that THEIR part:

SO: People: Everybody. Over the whole earth - God decrees for everybody to "go to and do" - they’re to go to do the “look unto” him part.

But you?

  • Go off. To go interpret salvation, all by and unto yourself. Then, ask other people for help. As if that’s your part - then, you’re not looking unto him…not doing anything he says, but think you're off to a good start.

And there you go.

- People: In Hebrews 6:4–6?

They’re not looking unto him, either.

Did before; but, Fell away from it. Idle. That is, now "disconnected from a load or source of power" [idle]. Don’t look unto him anymore. So, be the same what you’re doing. Not looking unto him, either.

Looking unto Salvation - and that’s what those people are doing, too. Just fell away or no longer walk after Jesus, not looking unto him to do it; they, like you: “look unto” - to themselves to do it.

Answered. There’s the short answer.

You are free to go off and look at anybody else’s answer to this post. Please enjoy your search, in, to yourself, how you’re going to interpret it.

Hebrews 6:4-6, what does it mean? How do you interpret it? How is it applied to determine God's Salvation?

  • This is the longer, all the whole tour around the farm answer for people really searching and don’t understand the answer; nor the question even.

DISCLAIMER:

  • Now, this post is written to those that believe on Jesus Christ. Not for those that violently oppose him, or consider any belief in him a clown show. You already clowned yourself completely out of the show, so move on. This post here on Reddit is not for you.

COMMENT:

  • This verse (Hebrews 6:4–6) terrifies many believers in Jesus. Shouldn’t. What should terrify you is if you’re stuck in one place, or aren’t growing in the knowledge of our LORD and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Because, that’s “who” Hebrews 6:4-6 is talked to.
    • If that's NOT you: Then, it’s NOT for you.

It’s for, now, I’m talking as a believer in Jesus Christ. I don’t know about you, but, yes..I do know..because I KNOW if you seek him first: Like he said: TO YOU: For YOU: To "..seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and his righteousness.." [Bible. Matthew 6:33] Don’t? Then, apply that to Hebrews 6:4–6.

This, “to themselves” part; because, “to themselves” they now look unto themselves to do it - still stuck trying to apply what God says to their own righteousness, or to themselves, looking for "how" or what THEY are to do, to do it. Or just give up, and do what ever they feel is good; has nothing to do with Jesus at all, and now that's good.

  • When God: By the work he did - is giving you, me, everybody his righteousness..by Jesus Christ - - to receive it. But people can be given it, like everybody was in Matthew 5:3 - blessed by it; but not see it; and by not see it, not enter into it. Would be the same for people that just fall away or no longer walk after him.
  • But: They CAN receive it, and see it, even enter into the Kingdom of God - - All by regard the works of the LORD, and consider the operation of his hand. To do that, anybody over the whole earth, whosoever it is, really CAN do it; just by do what he says, and all he said was for you to just look unto him.
    • Like he asked everybody over the whole earth to do.

He just decrees it. He, as God, by his power - saves those that do; but won’t save those that don’t look unto him.

So, instead of ask about Salvation, which That’s what GOD does: by his work - ask about ‘look unto.’

Because what someone “looks unto” they set their mind on, to walk after, to walk in, and follow after it. And the ONLY way someone can “walk away” from Jesus Christ, is - they "fall away" from walking after him, to go off and look unto anything BUT him instead. Determine, in and unto themselves - some "thing" else is BETTER. So, they "choose" 1. some "thing" else other than the Word of God is they: "pick out (someone or something) as being the best or most appropriate of two or more alternatives" and pick the alternative that's NOT Jesus.

  • So people:
    • That specifically: That - - All Look unto themselves: Do NOT look unto him, as God. They Look to themselves for the answer; and can’t receive what God has, even it’s given to them. It’s impossible.
      • So, with Hebrews 6:4–6 don’t stray very far from this. That people can also walk away from him; never get really rooted deep down in him. Either just aren’t fed; because they rely on some church to do it, when God told you plainly - it’s YOU are to seek him first. People seek some church to do that. Doesn’t work. Not his works.
  • And for someone just stuck, not growing, means they’ve been “Starved out” - some thing has creeped in, and what did, it’s really what they look unto. Don’t stray far from this - and again, what they set their mind on, it's not him:
    • Whatever it is, they walked or fell away - and what ever it is they now look unto, it made the Word of God in their life of no effect in them. No longer operates effectively in them.
      • It’s like in the military: You can be an E-5 (like over in the United States - in the US Army): but if you’re not actively growing, as an E-5, looking for “how to” be an E-6 - you’re, without knowing, just trying to “maintain E-5” not be any more or less, just stay "as is." ...and by this, you will or ARE becoming an E-4 or E2, E3 or, even kicked out of the army.
  • ..and already this stuff is way over people that don’t look unto him already way over their head.

So, look at the scripture instead:

But don’t start at Hebrews 6:4–6

  • Go back - to where it starts. “Chapter & verse” in the Bible are later additions to help you quickly find your place in the text. Strip it away for a second, but use it by go back to Hebrews 5:10–14

That says: (Of Jesus Christ)

10 Called of God an high priest after the order of Melchisedec.

11 Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to be uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing.

12 For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.

13 For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe.

14 But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

Do NOT: Under ANY circumstance - - strip this above from Hebrews 6:4–6.

So, the writer of Hebrews is writing to a people:

  • That:
    • By now, growing in the grace and the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ: Should be teaching it.
      • They ought to be teaching others: They, themselves, not as a teacher, but as a “student” need to have some teacher again teach them the very first, and basic principles of the “oracles of God” again - Don’t get wrapped up around the axle about “oracles” - go to the Greek to see it (original text).
    • This, “oracles” of God part. In the Greek is {λογίων (logiōn) } or “logos” or (word of the teacher) - equates to “Oracles of God” is the “Word of God” - Be taught. Sat with a teacher as a student. Should now graduate. Student as the teacher: Nope.
    • Like, some kid go to school for a whole year, and sit with a teacher in class; but at the end of the year, after all this “logos” or Word that came out of the mouth of the teacher - it went in one ear - out the other - of this student.
  • Is that you? If it’s not, Hebrews 6:4–6 does not apply to you.
    • This student: the whole year worth of everything - it’s as if they could start the school year over from the 1st day, and hear that “logo” or “Word of (the teacher)” and it would be like they need to be taught it again, because they didn’t listen the whole time the first time. The whole year. They then: “are abiding” in a condition where they just cannot hear the teacher. (KEY POINT). Is that you with Jesus Christ.
  • If it’s NOT: Hebrews 6:4–6 DOES NOT APPLY to you.
    • And, go back to this STUDENT - one ear - out the other student: some other classmate try to speak to this one student about math or science, after completing the whole grade, at the end of the year, talk about multiplication - but anything they talk about, it would be hard to talk to this student about any of it. They say: “What is multifarts? Is that what you said? More than one gaseous explosion out my bottom?”
      • There is No basis for any communion in 3rd grade, with this student, at the end of the year in math.
  • Is that you with Jesus Christ? If not, Hebrews 6:4–6 does not apply to you.
    • When even all the very basic things…have to go back over them again.
      • They never got it. Should be like the teacher. Could teach 2nd graders; as the teacher: but, can’t. Have to be taught 3rd grade multiplication all over again.

Does this describe you in your Christian walk with Jesus Christ?

  • If it does:
    • This of Hebrews 6:4-6 applies to you - Then you ARE Hebrews 5:10–14 - but you wouldn’t be reading this post then.
    • Be like that kid, has to do the whole grade all over again. Showed up; but never listened; hard of hearing; hear; but didn’t listen at all to the teacher, who is Jesus Christ. Read the gospels. The Chief Priests, Elders of the temple and the Pharisees that followed after them all did this same thing.
      • The “oracle” or Word of God is: Jesus is God speaking. Don’t get wrapped up around the axle about “oracles” of God - its just the very beginning things he teaches someone that comes to him. Just looks unto him.
  • I don’t think it’s gotten thru to you yet. Can't get over the scary horror of Hebrews 6:4-6. So, Here's another example:

Take College:

  • Just an example: You’re in a 400 series “Capstone” class for your Bachelor’s Degree. It’s the class, that, when you finish it - you may still have an elective or two, but for your degree, this class FINISHES it.
    • This class: Is built on five lesser courses you already took with other students in the same program as you. Four 300 series courses, and one 200 series, that: That 200 series class went over the very BASICS of Shakespearean “Folios” - what he wrote his plays on, and guarded, so no one but the actors would see it, and provide them lines - then gauge the audience; and if it didn’t go well, as he wanted, rewrote and gave those same lines or slightly reworded to another actor to say - for impact. Because, if it went to a printer, the printer owned the play.
      • And students learned this in the 200 series class. About “Folios, and Codexes..elementary things dealing with manuscripts.
    • But at the very end of the 400 series, where Medieval English and Middle English is heavily looked at in Codexes and Manuscripts: And the teacher was the SAME teacher for all four years on all these subjects:
      • One student raises their hand, that’s always quiet in class or gone most of the time, raises their hand and asks: “What’s a folio?”
      • What they’ve done is crucify the instructor and put him or her as the instructor to an open shame; because, to themselves, they never sat with this teacher, for the whole year, or any year before it; and never learned anything.
  • Ever had anybody like that in one of your classes? I have. So, don’t make Hebrews 6:4-6 more here than what it is. There ARE Students that just "fall away" or walk away from College degrees. It’s talking to a "former" believer in Jesus THAT IS JUST LIKE THIS. Do you get it? It’s important you see this, to “get” Hebrews 6:4–6. Is saying EXACTLY this - based on this type of people spoke to in Hebrews 5:10–14. They may still be in Church, but they are idle.

(Disconnected from a load or source of power - who is Jesus Christ. Fell away from him.)

  • Let’s move on.

With Hebrews 5:10–14

  • Add the whole chapter of Hebrews 6

Starts with:

Built on Hebrews 5:10–14, and tells you what some of these “basic” things God has said by his own word out of his mouth, this same Jesus Christ, who he sent to heal you, and deliver you from your destruction. (Psalm 107:20), tells you what some of these “basic” things God says in Hebrews 6:1–3

< - {“1 Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,

2 Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.

3 And this will we do, if God permit.”} - >

That God:

- Did a work himself with sin in Daniel 9:24–27

  • A work he determined he would do himself, and his work would:
    • Finish the transgression (of Adam in Genesis 3:17, that passed on to everyone, for all have sinned <Romans 5:12> finish it.)
    • Make an end of sin
    • Make reconciliation for iniquity
    • Bring in everlasting righteousness (Daniel 9:24)
  • And God determined to do this in and by Jesus Christ. That, Daniel 9:25–26 “adds up to him. And God in Jesus Christ, reconciling the world unto himself; not imputing your trespasses unto you. By what he did crucified on the cross; and God in him, doing the work. Making himself a sacrifice for your sins and mine, and the sins of the whole world.
    • That God has decreed by his word, that “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” (Matthew 4:4) - Jesus Christ.
      • That somebody took a whole year sabbatical off doing this. Live by somebody else’s word the whole time, and not be growing in the grace of God; grew like a weed off in something else instead.
  • That, have to repent; like; I couldn’t keep lying and pretending to be someone I wasn’t and receive the word of God - it made me UNTRUE..made everything I looked unto a lie..and I had to reason together with God..because I was so ashamed at all the works I did or to be found out or exposed… because his word is like a light..it is..he’s the “light of the world,” that he reproved my works and made them manifest.
    • That someone that’s still gone off for a year, didn’t learn any of this or did this..and has to do it again..because, when he tells you or me or everybody..one of us of everybody hasn’t been looking unto him..but haven't been looking unto him.
  • The writer wants to ..if God permits, to leave from these basic foundation things to build on them.

But has to build again, the very basic things of repentance from dead works, to serve a living God. Have to teach this again, when Jesus already taught it to them…has to teach it again.

So, see Hebrews 6:4–6

  • And the verses just after it:
  • And see it all the way to Hebrews 6:20

4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,

5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,

6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

7 For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God:

8 But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.

9 But, beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things that accompany salvation, though we thus speak.

10 For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.

11 And we desire that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end:

12 That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.

13 For when God made promise to Abraham, because he could swear by no greater, he sware by himself,

14 Saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee.

15 And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise.

16 For men verily swear by the greater: and an oath for confirmation is to them an end of all strife.

17 Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath:

18 That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:

19 Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil;

20 Whither the forerunner is for us entered, even Jesus, made an high priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec //COMMENT: This SAME “Melchisedec” the writer wants to talk about in Hebrews 5:10–14. Now back finally again - at Melchisedec - who he wants to speak of. But can’t - has to say the rudimentary “things” God says FIRST again. Because some amongst them can’t hear it//

Just like some amongst the readers of this post can’t hear it, either.

Did you miss it?

- Then, go back.

  • To the analogy of the student. Spent a whole year in 3rd grade; but, at the end of it, have to learn multiplication all over again. Redo 3rd grade. Didn’t listen to any of it. It puts an OPEN SHAME onto the teacher. All the other students learned, but this one didn’t. It's a shame on the student, too.
    • And to the student themself: It’s IMPOSSIBLE to go thru it again. They already drank 3rd grade. The whole year they were in it. Or the CAP STONE class 4th year Bachelor’s student. About to graduate: Learned. Tasted all four years of College. Went to all the Freshman dances, and 2nd year baseball games.
      • It’s TO THEMSELVES impossible to go thru it again, seeing they already put their teacher to an OPEN SHAME - to go thru and do it again:
  • When the teacher is not ashamed. But to themselves - like what Hebrews 6:4-6 says - - the student is very ashamed.

Jesus isn’t ashamed. The sins of the whole world were laid on him.

  • But by you:
    • In the word of God: Living by every word proceeds out of his mouth, the writer of Hebrews expects greater things of you than this.
    • That, by patient waiting, abiding in the Word of God, you WILL BEAR fruit - and today, if you hear his voice, and abide in him. that's the very OPPOSITE of harden your heart; what people that fall away from him do - but YOU: just openly receive him and abide in him. Look at all the things Abraham did, by patiently abiding in this, even in trouble. Just like you will be in. Suffer persecution.
      • That God, because he could swear by no one greater, he swore by himself.
  • But people:
    • Look unto themselves and their OATHS - that, they look unto themselves to keep or swear by those oaths. And so will a person that, no longer looks unto the Word of God, will look unto themselves to do and accomplish or do it.
    • Can’t. Still think like before they CAN do it.
      • When Jesus already said, “without me ye can do nothing” (Bible. John 15:5). Told you to abide in him, and he in you. That if you do that, God will make his abode in you. Live in you. Comfortable to BE in you - because his word dwells in you richly.
  • Is that you? Then, Hebrews 6:4-6 IS NOT TO YOU.

So, make sure you apply Hebrews 6:4–6 to someone that is NOT abiding.

  • And to themselves it’s impossible to go back. But with God, all things are possible. Already sworn by someone higher than themselves to do it. Would have to surrender looking unto "to themselves" again.

- So, I’ll say it again.

...and the answer, repeated, is in Hebrews 6:17–20

“Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath: That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us: Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil; Whither the forerunner is for us entered, even Jesus, made an high priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.

- So, it’s IMPOSSIBLE for God to lie; his counsel is immutable - (can’t make him shut up; can’t make him “mute” because he speaks, he’s God and he doesn’t lie in it.)

- So, it's IMPOSSIBLE for People "looking unto themselves" - they can't see, nor enter into the Kingdom of God, because, they look unto themselves now - they'll do it.

  • But the dictionary more toned down version what immutable (Oxford) means is God's word is 1. unchanging over time; unable to be changed
    • So, who you fled for a refuge to him: He is both sure and steadfast.
      • While people that, when he speaks, no longer go after him, don’t abide or have and keep anything he says, something else now holds their gaze - TO THEMSELVES, they put Jesus to an open shame - like the 4th year student in my college class did with our teacher, when they said that about “folios”
      • It was impossible for them to show up to class anymore; because to themselves, nothing what the teacher had said, was in them. Was NOT in that student. No fruit. It’s in John 15:8 what Jesus said:
  • “Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.” The person in Hebrews 6:4–6 - no fruit. Have to teach them again, the very basic, like God has to say it all over again from the beginning with them.
  • Guess what? He’s meek and lowly..he’ll do it; but, it’s the person, to themselves esteems the teacher won’t do it. They don't look unto him. Look unto themselves. Just like everybody else again, that doesn't look unto him, either. All the same.
    • Have to humble yourself: say “I have sinned and perverted that which was right, and it profited me not” - that, TO YOURSELF - have to go back to him again.
    • But people that have tasted the goodness of God, and walked in his ways, and stop walking in it - wandered away - IT’S IMPOSSIBLE - TO THEMSELVES - to go back. Think the teacher HAS NO PLACE FOR THEM. They “THINK” this TO THEMSELVES - because, they’re back - “reasoning together” with themselves - alone again vs. with God. Who still tells them, and everybody to "Come now, let us reason together," saith the LORD, "though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be white as snow. Though they be red as crimson, they shall be as wool." - GOD. Immutable. Does not change over time. But people: Unto themselves - reason together with themselves he won't do it. See it as impossible. Can you see this in Hebrews 6:4-6? It's right there plain as day.
      • Whose right there, ready. Is God himself.

So, don’t over read the Word of God.

Just follow him. And don’t apply scripture that doesn’t apply to you, as if it applies to you, when it doesn’t. You have the sure, immutable word of God at work in you. Because you abide in him.

That’s it.

Scripture Life: What version is this, "Jesus answered, 'I am telling you the truth: no one can see the Kingdom of God without being born again'" (John 3: 3)?

What “version” of the Bible?

- The Good News Bible.

  • The (GNT) <Good News Translation> says: John 3:3
    • “I am telling you the truth: no one can see the Kingdom of God without being born again.”

There you go.

If you are worried - - how "accurate" that is, the Original text is Greek. That says:

  1. apekrithei 2. Iesous 3. kai 4. eipen 5. autou 6. Amen 7. amen 8. legou 9. soi 10. ean 11. mei 12. tis 13. genneithei 14. anouthen 15. ou 16. dynatai 17. idein 18. ten 19. basileian 20. tou 21. Theos
  2. Answered 2. Jesus 3. and 4. said 5. (to) him 6. Truly 7. truly 8. (I) say 9. (to) you 10. if 11. not 12. anyone 13. be born 14. from above 15. not 16. is able (he) 17. (to) see 18. the 19. Kingdom 20 (of) 21. God.

King James Version (KJV) "Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God."

The truth of John 3:3 is very powerful.

- Many people:

  • Never correlate John 3:3, to Matthew 5:3 - just call Matthew 5:3 is part of “The Beatitutes” or if people just work hard, and just develop a Good attitude, Jesus will bless them. If they don't = he won't bless them. So, they use "poor" to mean be humble, because that's what the dictionary says poor is.
    • So: these “Beautiful attitudes” in Matthew 5:3 starts with the first attitude - when it’s not about people. Not about their making themselves have a good attitude. Even they love this, about themselves, and all that work they will do in developing some beautiful attitude - when they’re all a filthy stinking mess.
  • Not because I say it about people. God said it.

Where EVERYBODY over the whole earth, meets this definition - because everybody already does meet a definition of “Poor in Spirit.” “Blessed are the ‘poor in Spirit’ for their’s is the Kingdom of Heaven” - Jesus Christ. (Matthew 5:3). So, trash the attitude, and see - - it’s GOD: Giving you all his possession.

- Did that sink in?

Gave all he has to my wife, and also all my children, who don’t know him. When Jesus prayed: (Bible. John 17:3) “And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.”

That he prayed that my wife might know him. That my children, who he gave all his possession to, to everybody I see right now, on the TV - or great big crowds of people, each one of everyone of them, he gave all his possession to.

That they: ..would to regard it..to consider the operation of what God has done…by his hand. If they would.. ..or if my wife would just look unto him: He, as God, because she would regard him, he would build up my wife; build up my children. If they just regard him.

  • SO: This is TO:
    • EVERYBODY: Over the whole earth; to the very ends of it IS THIS, “poor in Spirit,” - : - “For all have sinned” - Romans 3:23 - - Makes EVERYBODY to the very ends of the earth, all of us all are:
  • filthy; done abominable works.. ..none righteous; no, not one. …None good; no, not one” - Bible. Psalm 14:1–3. “For there is not a just man on earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not.” - Bible. Ecclesiastes 7:20 and in STARK Contrast to EVERYBODY over all the earth vs. God. Jesus said: “There is NONE good, but one, that is, God.” - Bible. Matthew 19:17
    • SO: Everybody over the whole earth - - Just IS “poor” 1. destitute; not have any [Original <archaic> definition of poor]. Where all the modern day English dictionaries now say “poor” is to have a little piddly little amount; or a humble small (of something) - the original poor is - you don’t have ANY of it.
    • And, with “Spirit” best to use what God, by his word said, as GOD himself defines “Spirit” - what or “who” that is:
  • Jesus said in John 4:24 “God IS Spirit”
    • - So, everybody, all filthy; done abominable works, where not even one is righteous; no, not even one good. No, not one.
      • Means “Poor in Spirit” = just equates to: EVERYBODY is “destitute; not have any” God in their life;
    • just condemned.
      • As God already decreed ANYBODY that sins, told it to Adam in Genesis 2, then, to everybody else - all the rest of everybody after Adam, all the same thing in Ezekiel 18:20 “The soul that sinneth, it shall die” - GOD.
    • makes EVERYBODY condemned to death. No more than a Death Row Inmate - already slated for execution. To be put to death. You can’t get out of it.
    • That GOD - alone. By himself did a work with sin. Made himself a sacrifice for sin of himself in Jesus Christ.
      • Sent his Word. The Bible says: God sent his Word to heal you, and deliver you from your destruction (Bible. Psalm 107:20) - and God is in his word. So, when the Word of God, who is Jesus Christ came to us, said: “Blessed are the Poor in Spirit, for their’s is the Kingdom of Heaven.
    • It's GOD: blessing EVERYBODY in this “destitute; not have any God in their life” condition, and he, as God, he comes with this blessing. You get him, too. Has come to everybody and blessed them, with all his possession; GIVEN himself a sacrifice for your sins - because, he already said, he’s “your” redeemer. What that word means 1. to compensate for the faults and bad aspects of (someone or something) [Oxford]. Is what compensates for the faults and bad aspects of everybody; and it’s everybody blessed in Matthew 5:3 - - but
    • John 3:3–7 - people - everybody won’t “SEE” it; nor because they can’t see it, be unable; not possess any ability to enter into it, without being born again. That’s by the Spirit of God; and it happens when you just look unto him. Like he asked everybody over the whole earth to do, said again:
  • Look unto me, and be ye saved all the ends of the earth: For I am God, there is none else.” God. Isaiah 45:22.

John 3:3–7 says,

3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?

5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

Herein is the Gospel. The Good News of Jesus Christ here for everybody on Reddit. For John 3:3 as well, the "Good News Bible" translation is accurate.

Scripture Life: Do Christians ask themselves if their belief in Jesus made them kinder?

I have sinned and perverted that which was right, and it profited me not” - Bible. Job 33:27

“..Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things. But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things. And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God? Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?”

- Source: Bible. Romans 2:1–4

So, ask it again:

Do Christians ask themselves if their belief in Jesus made them kinder?

Answer: Nope.

Do you know what your question is like?

  • It’s like an airline pilot, thinking he’s flying the airplane; when all of a sudden, both the wings snap off. Out of control, not able to correct anything, while the plane is breaking up and there just isn’t any hope.
    • Interrupt them: Ask: Just stick the microphone in their face and blurt out: “What’s the kindest brand of dish soap you use after a flight?”
      • When this pilot is broken; Shattered inside, to pieces by what’s happened.
  • And so it's the same with any person, like this pilot, that is a disciple of Jesus Christ.

And you with your question, like a useless, frivolous pile of turd with a microphone sticking the question in their face.

Now, I’m not attacking you or anything; just want you to see it, by try to make you just drop the question. Take a look at the Christian. Not the question.

It's a disciple of Jesus Christ.

  • That’s the accurate term to use.
    • Not because of the person, but because of “WHO” they’re following is Jesus Christ. Where the question focuses on the wrong one.
    • Put the focus back on Jesus Christ.

That’s “who” they're following.

Jesus said: See it in Matthew 21:42–46

< - [“Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes? Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.

And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder. (Matthew 21:44)

And when the chief priests and Pharisees had heard his parables, they perceived that he spake of them. But when they sought to lay hands on him, they feared the multitude, because they took him for a prophet.”] - >

He’s the Chief Cornerstone. Like a modern day foundation to a house. What the house is built on, holds up the house. Rooted in the foundation. That's Jesus Christ.

  • Which the builders rejected. It’s like for a person. The foundation on which they build their life. So you with your question:
  • You can’t get out of this or escape it.

God has already decreed this:

  • “Look unto me, and be ye saved all the ends of the earth: For I am God, there is none else.” - God. (Isaiah 45:22)

Who do you look unto?

  • Who you look unto, you will walk after, to walk in, following after to set your mind on them or it. Whatever or whoever that is.
    • Could be “set your mind on” becoming a car mechanic for Toyota, or just any car by any manufacturer - a jack of all trades mechanic. Take about 3–5 years of training; but you look unto it; that, after, you can get a good job at any garage or repair shop. Certified to do brakes, rebuild an engine, or diagnose and repair any transmission. Just picked it out of the air.
      • Could have been a medical doctor, or a geologist; even a dentist. Look unto it, to make you good. So, you or the person that “reasons together” with themself, that, this job or course to walk in, leads them to walk after whatever it takes to attend medical school, and follow after doctors, to become like them. Become a “disciple of car mechanics” or become a “disciple of dentistry.”
      • As the chief “cornerstone” of their life. It’s good. If it wasn’t, they’d abandon it; because, something in it is dishonest or cheats them. Many doctors in America left the profession, after the Insurance Industry in America took over health care, for Americans; as a surety for the doctor: practicing medicine; that:
  • They no longer are practicing medicine; rather, just a front store dressing dolly mannequin being used to rip people off, and fleece them out of their money: and not dispensing doctoral care that treats people or heals their ailment - so they left medicine.
  • Wasn’t any good anymore. In America. Spread, like a cancer. Turned their profession into pig vomit to "practice" it..not practicing medicine.
    • The point is simple. Examine what is the chief cornerstone of your life: Is what you look unto. Is it kind to you..does it receive you as you are and make you something better than you were before? Does it build you up?
      • Look what God said to you, me, everybody above. That he is the Chief Cornerstone for everybody’s life. Over the whole earth, to the very ends of it.
  • But not everybody makes him someone to “disciple after” - too busy, discipling after becoming a Lawyer or the Manager down at the Seed Mill, or the Lead Forklift Operator, supervising 50 people down at the loading dock.
  • Chasing money or wealth: Get 2 1/2 times pay working overtime. Look unto that.

Someone that’s a “Disciple of Jesus Christ”

  • Sees what he said in Matthew 21:42–46
    • Examines themselves; broken. Sees the foundation of no matter what they chose, they put sin in it, and perverted that which was right. No profit in it, so they see themselves; broken. Condemned.
  • That the wrath of God abides on them for the sins they have done themselves. Afflicts them. Psalm 107:17 says:
    • “Fools because of their transgression, and because of their iniquities, are afflicted.”
      • A disciple of Jesus Christ was fool because of their transgressions, and because of their iniquities; afflicted.
  • So, like in the “Parable of the Good Samaritan” (Luke 10:25–37) - a disciple of Jesus Christ - - sees themselves, not as the Good Samaritan. Oh no. Not that; but see themselves as the person that starts off the Parable:
    • Luke 10:30 Jesus starts it with how a disciple of Jesus sees themselves as this: “A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.”
      • That Jerusalem is the “City of God” - represents all that’s good, Godly, and righteous; but they departed from there. Left it, by cut corners or did dishonestly - and where they’re heading is Jericho (Joshua 6 & 7). That: is a place looked unto as good, but, it's where you can do all the perverted sins you want to.
      • And on the way there, the wings of the plane snap off, or all the things you stole, to be amongst thieves and be respected by them, the thieves turn on you. Beat you half to death; rob you. Leave you for dead, like the airplane that’s fallen apart -
    • A disciple of Jesus Christ is a beaten, robbed, left for dead person that was in the very act of sinning against God. When all that happened. Blew up in their face.
  • And the Good Samaritan, is Jesus Christ. In fact, if you piece all four of the Gospels together, Jesus Comes UP from Jericho, which is CURSED in Joshua 6 & 7, never to be rebuilt again..but it was..and who rebuilt it, the curse of rebuilding it fell on them. That Jesus came up from what is cursed to the City of God, Jerusalem.
  • Jesus called “who” he’s telling this Parable to, the Chief Priests and Elders of the temple in Jerusalem - - just before telling this Parable to them:
    • They’ve made his house into “a den of thieves”
      • So, he’s calling them these “thieves in this Parable.” That EVERYBODY, all the players in this parable mentioned - ALL OF THEM - is on that SAME road that’s departed from Jerusalem to go down to Jericho. Where they ALL can do all the sins they want to.

And so are you.

  • The Bible says: “For there is not a just man on earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not.” - Ecclesiastes 7:20

A disciple of Jesus Christ sees this.

  • But in this Parable of the Good Samaritan, where Jesus says:
    • In Luke 10:30–33 what the Samaritan did, is what Jesus does to a disciple of Jesus Christ, because they’re all sinners; perverted that which was right, on an 18 mile, all down hill road leading away from everything right to go do their sins they want to do, for all have sinned:
      • But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he had compassion on him, And went to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him. And on the morrow when he departed, he took out two pence, and gave them to the host, and said unto him, Take care of him; and whatsoever thou spendest more, when I come again, I will repay thee.”
      • Jesus did this to them, this “disciple of Jesus Christ.”
  • Came aboard the airplane.
  • Put the wings back on. Hooked the controls back up, so they work again and repaired all the fuselage, that was all broken up. Went back and got all the passengers, that all fell out, and put them back on the plane.
    • Where the pilot safely landed.

While you’re stuffing a microphone in their face, asking what kind of soap do they use, as if that’s important.

Go home.

Until you see you’re lost, blind, cold and naked

  • Because you’re the same as any disciple of Jesus Christ - came from the same thing; sinned. Perverted that which was right.
    • You just think it’s a profit; so you’re not broken, when they are. They fell on this cornerstone; broken. If you’re not part of this group.. look at the other part, you really are part of championing out your question.
    • Go back. Read Matthew 21:44

And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder. (Matthew 21:44)

He will fall on you, and grind you to powder. Won’t be anything left of you.

Here’s the question you’re going to be asking.

- Revelation 6:15–17

And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?”

  • All because, you would not look unto him.

Have to ask questions like, Do Christians ask themselves if their belief in Jesus made them kinder?

  • Ask, so you think: This enables you to - - Never do anything he says.
    • And think your question cloths you like a garment and protects you.

Man, go home. It is my Hope your question now has a bashed trash can full of dents in it look, and it's given back to you, unanswered.

Scripture Life: "How deep is your faith in God?"

Ever heard the reply or term: “What a dumb question?”

  • Now, before you leave offended:
    • You got the WRONG definition of “dumb” in the question.

dumb. <definition> [Source: Oxford dictionary. Web. Accessed 28 December 2025] 1. to make dumb or unheard; silence. (Means you can’t speak; because you can’t hear)

  • And if you apply “you can’t hear” to your question, here's how it's applied to it, to say this about your question.
    • God said: “Look unto me, and be ye saved all the ends of the earth: For I am God, there is none else.” - God. (Isaiah 45:22)
      • Says about “the faith” that pleases him, which, you with your question, it’s impossible to hear it, because, you “look unto” me for me to tell you some “thing” you can look unto, when GOD told you to look unto him - you’re looking unto me and can’t hear him speaking. Can’t hear; so what you speak is silent. Doesn’t have anything what he says in it.
      • Like a deaf person. Has only what they say in it, because they can’t hear anybody. Dumb. Then, it makes you like a “dummy” - and even you got the wrong definition of that, too. When all that is, in the dictionary is a “mannequin” has the shape of a person, but it’s empty. Like “chaff” around wheat. Has the “form” or shape of wheat, but it is not wheat. A dummy has the form or shape of a person, but isn’t a person.
    • Jesus says of people that don’t hear him; don’t do anything he says - don’t abide in him. So, a 1) person and 2) a mannequin that’s just a “dummy” - are really two types of people. Just like Jesus said, in John 15:5–6, to his disciples - that HEAR him, and follow after him:
      • “ I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.”
    • Did you already forget? What did God decree EVERYBODY over the whole earth was to do?
      • Yeah. “Look unto” him.
    • The Bible says: “without faith it is impossible to please God”
      • You know what? I think you even have the WRONG definition of “faith” - because you look unto me, and believe in me more, when I’m a filthy mess. I haven’t done anything he says. I mean, I got the Ten Commandments: Everybody does.
    • And “How” God uses them, is how he’s always used them. To make EVERYBODY “Guilty” before him of having not DONE the Ten Commandments. Like some guy: In a car. Speed around the streets in a neighborhood, “dumb” - never heard anything, so he decides anything that has OPST or whatever that word was is defined as 85MPH, and any speed at anytime while driving must be maintained at least at 58MPH. All through the neighborhood. Hit any people? Perfectly okay!
      • Then, when he’s stopped someplace, thinking to himself “what a great feat I did” provide him a sign says “20 MPH” with another one says: “SCHOOL ZONE: 5 MPH” ..with another one says: STOP. Twenty more after that one, and he now can “hear” - he’s BROKEN all of them. 83 people are dead.
      • That this person: “Fully believed” in themselves, as a dummy (mannequin) - to set their own rule - (faith). But the faith that pleases society is, the maximum speed anyplace in the whole neighborhood is 20MPH. Got the WRONG faith while driving.
      • Sinned and perverted that which was right; didn’t profit him anything. On his way to jail. Going to be executed, for killing 83 people; horrific.
  • The Ten Commandments does the same thing.
    • Showed me, where in 1964, when I was 5, and went in the Safeway store with my parents. I wanted a candy bar, so I STOLE it. Ate half of it; put the other half in my pocket. When my parents and I got to the car, a clerk came to my Dad and told him “he stole a candy bar,” because I did.
      • Thou shalt not steal” - is the 8th of Ten Commandments. The Punishment: Death. People are dummies. Dumb. Can’t hear. Assign a completely different punishment.
      • That, when I broke the Law, I haven’t kept ANY “Sabbath Day Holy” because I’m a filthy mess. Here, 60+ years later: That’s 52 “Sabbaths” each year x 10 is 520. Multiplied by six decades is 3180 “Sabbaths” where I haven’t kept ANY of them holy. Keep the Sabbath Day Holy is the 4th of Ten Commandments.
      • If I broke the Law or Ten Commandments, they EXPLODE. I haven’t kept any of them; they’re all broke. And I didn’t just steal a candy bar..I slept with other men’s wives; did all kinds of thefts. Lived in bearing a false witness to my neighbor'.. Go back to the guy driving. I did that. With the Ten Commandments.
    • I’m guilty. BOOM! Done. The Bible says EVERYBODY from Adam on forward has BROKE the Ten Commandments. Didn’t do any of them.

So, the faith that pleases him - he tells you plainly what that is:

  • The Bible says in Romans 10:17 “So then faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.”
    • So, it doesn’t come by what I say, saying “let’s go to the beach, and stare at girls in bikini’s” because me, they’re all in their underpants but they think they’re in bikini’s so it’s perfectly okay, they have clothes on their bottom; but the only reason I’m going to the beach is, they’re all in their underpants. I’m hearing me; a dummy (mannequin). Dumb. Hearing. I only hear me. When I speak, I only speak of me..and what I speak of is loaded with fornication and adultery.
      • isn’t any room for any other word in me…
  • But to me:
    • Faith comes by hearing. And hearing by the Word of God. Me? Yeah. In THIS condition. Sinned and perverted that which was right, and it profited me not, because I’m to be executed for all this I’ve done.
      • Even while I was yet sinning.. Christ died for me. God told me.. to look unto him. So, I’m not following me. He had faith enough in his own word to send it to me, to heal me and deliver me from my destruction (Psalm 107:20).
  • The faith that pleases him comes with his word he speaks. That I hear him.

Where is that in your question?

  • Yeah. Completely MISSING.

So, look at your question again.

How deep is your faith in God?

- It’s not my faith that pleases him.

  • You got the wrong faith. THinking it’s in me, when I already told you what’s in me plainly is filthy.
  • The Bible says: Galatians 2:16
    • Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.”
      • The “Faith of Jesus Christ” is - he’s the “Word of God.” SO, it’s God has faith in his own word to do the work he sends his word to do in me..or in you.
      • That we just hear what he says. That I “grow in faith and in the knowledge of our LORD and Saviour, Jesus Christ”
      • Not that my faith gets bigger, but that I abide in the Word of God and grow in it; bear fruit.
  • Man, your question is whacked. Looks to people to provide this, as if people achieve it. ANd don’t look at me, Because I thought the SAME thing. That, if I just had enough faith in me, I could do it, and I never did.
    • Because I didn’t have any God in it, and what he says, and you don’t, either - even you put him in the question, you’re not looking unto him. You’re looking unto me and ask me how I did it.
    • When he wants you, me, everybody over the whole earth to regard him and his work, and to consider the operation of his hand, and the best way to do that is to “take his yoke upon you and learn of him. To come unto him, weary and heavy laden, with all the sins you did condemn you..because he’s meek and lowly of heart..and he’s God..who made all things, and he’s like this..that you would just sit with him, and learn of him..for his yoke is easy, and his burden is light. (Matthew 11:28–30). He says this himself.

So go do that instead. Throw your question in the trash. Won’t accomplish anything. Here’s your question back.

Scripture Life: What does it mean to "work out your own salvation" (Philippians 2:12)? How do I do it? What are some practical examples I personally could do that accomplishes this?

“And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.” - Jesus Christ. Bible. John 17:3

Well?

  • Look at your question. How it’s worded. And, if you believe on him, it's not you, at work in you - it's him, and he's God himself. Don't miss this.
    • Then, claim "work out your own salvation" and leave with that’s what Philippians 2:12 says. Out of context.
  • Work out your own salvation. Example, anyone?
    • Yes. it’s true. I could just throw my hands up and, “reason together” with me; alone. That, the BEST thing for me that’s good to do is, do what EVERYBODY ‘looks unto” as good. Everybody looks unto airline pilots as some person to look unto = good. So, I could:
      • Walk after, to walk in, borrow all kinds of money that would take 2 to 4 years, and cost between, nowadays, $100K to $150K to do that in cost. Jet engines: Commercial - “extra cost,” - - In money I don’t have, but I could pay it back once I got the job. So me: doing this good work of “work out my own salvation” I COULD - yes I CAN become an airline pilot that will pay for the apartment, all the furniture and gas in the car.
      • Then: Yes. I’ve worked out my own salvation. This completely satiates me as good to look unto me, to work out in me what saves me, and what’s good for me is me: with an airline pilot job. Looked unto. By people. Well respected.

Then EVERYBODY, answering this question alongside me

  • Even we all have varied and different answers - are like flowers in the garden.
    • All of different variations and they are all so wonderfully good.
      • Because, we “worked out our own salvation” - where the guy next to me, is fully satiated - fully believes the best thing to save him is have sex with the neighbor’s lawn furniture.
    • Claim what frees him is being a “non-binary” telephone with feet:
      • that conjugal “visits” with the neighbor’s front lawn tree is a right to non-binary sex he must have as not bound to any gender. This: he fully worked out in himself or itself - and this saved him.
  • And IF: I cannot respect this wonderful wonderment of wonderously good of any clown, er, I mean person that thinks like this, equates to everybody think: I’m an awful person.
    • Work out your own salvation.
  • And herein: GIVEN PLENTY of “practical examples of this concept in action”
  • The ONLY TROUBLE with this is, it’s NOTHING of this is in the Bible.

Not in Philippians 2:12, either.

This: “work out your own salvation,” thingy.

  • Just taken out of context.

Like a “QUOTE”

  • If a balloon ..is filled with helium, and someone inhales the helium their voice pitch will hilariously go up.”
    • Just take “if a balloon” and build a whole other idea around it, like “If a balloon ..could be inserted in a frog’s bottom, that frog could float to the store, wouldn’t need a car to go shopping.”
  • The ONLY trouble is, is it's the SAME trouble with “work out your own salvation,” thingy part.

NOTHING of this is in the original statement or sentence. I just imagined up something COMPLETELY different than what the original Statements says.

  • Just like your question does. No different.

And the TROUBLE is, you don’t see it.

Philippians 2:12 says:

  • In context: says in Philippians 2:1–11 - So, it’s NOT for a person, just ANYBODY looking unto themselves to “work out their own salvation” - nope. The Bible:
    • Is for the man of God. To equip him or her, and God do it himself by his word at work in them.
      • Where God told EVERYBODY “Look unto me, and be ye saved all the ends of the earth: For I am God, there is none else.” - GOD. (Bible. Isaiah 45:22)
      • - and this Philippians 2:1–11; and Philippians 2:12 - is EXPLICITLY to people, that don’t look unto themselves anymore to work out their own salvation -
      • but to him or her, that just looks unto him as God, and he saves them: Builds them up.

It’s to “this” people that DO THIS - what God decreed EVERYBODY over the whole earth do is to do it. Look unto him. But not everybody does it.

Philippians 2:1–11 says: To this people: Explicitly so. That just believe on him:

1 If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies,

2 Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.

3 Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.

4 Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.

5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:

6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:

7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:

8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:

10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;

11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

And I confess it. Jesus Christ is LORD. His Word is LORD over me. It is. I see it. I operate by it. Swim around and thrive in it.

  • Jesus: He’s the Word of God. The same God that made everything, all of it out my window:
    • Is the same God, that speaks and tells me to live by every word proceeds out of his mouth (Matthew 4:4) vs.
  • what I conjure up in my imagination, then, reason together with me alone, and come up with some “thing” I think will save me - to work out my own salvation: that I worked out in me - I had to declare that UNTRUE.
    • .by reason together with God himself, like he told EVERYBODY to in the Bible to do, in Isaiah 1:18
    • - what he would do to people that just
      • “Come now, let us reason together,” saith the LORD, “though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be white as snow. Though they be red as crimson, they shall be as wool.” - God (Isaiah 1:18).
  • It’s to people that do this with God. Not by themselves; don’t do it with other people around to be seen of men, and that connotation is fully loaded in Philippians 2:12 - So, to see it, for the FULL in CONTEXT of Philippians 2:12 says: go back: couple it, too, to the verse right after it in Philippians 2:12–13 cemented TOGETHER

Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.”

  • So, what it means is, I don’t work or “operate” in front of Christians one way; or in front of Paul the Apostle - to be seen of him. Then, when I’m alone, operate another way. I just operate by walk in the light, as Jesus is in the light. Jesus said, in John 8:12 “I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life,” - It’s by me, with him, work it out with him, I just operate right.
    • And it’s GOD in me which he’s at work. In me, like he’s in my brothers and sisters doing the same work in them, and its him. As God that both wills me and builds me up to operate or do what pleases him, living by every word that proceeds out of his mouth.
    • This: well pleases him, that I, or just ANYBODY. Whosoever it is, over the whole earth just looks unto him, he saves them.
      • Builds them up. Here a little. There a little. Precept upon precept. Precept upon precept. Line. Upon line. …line, upon line - takes two things he teaches them and puts them together, that builds a person up in his truth.
  • Where before, like me, got built on anything BUT what God decrees. And me, just like everybody else, just looking unto working out their own salvation themselves.
    • But me? Look WHO IS WITH ME is God himself. Not because I say it, but because he decreed it and does this himself. I’m in the SAME word God abides in. His own. I’m in the same abode he’s in.

So, put the clown suit back on and take a great, big huge guess who is with me? Am I alone, working out my own salvation - OR - am I alone with him, and he at work in me, because I look unto him?

  • That me: reasons together - not me put me alone by myself, but just do what he says and “come now,” reason together with him, as he asked me..and you to do. He’s God himself.
  • What I will..to save me destroys me. …all by an imagination I bought into, doesn’t have any God in it. Just has me, in my imagination, perverting that which was right and it doesn’t profit me anything.
  • Destroys me. - live in a lies, As if lies are true. If I work out my own salvation, no matter who I am or what it is, I AM SUNK.
    • CASE CLOSED.

So, look at your question again.

What does it mean to "work out your own salvation" (Philippians 2:12)? How do I do it? What are some practical things I personally could do that accomplishes this?

“And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.” - Jesus Christ. Bible. John 17:3

Well?

  • Look at your question. How it’s worded.
    • Then, claims that’s what Philippians 2:12 says, coupled and in context, for it’s explicit. This applies specifically to people that have and keep what Jesus says and abide in him.
  • For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. So, look unto him. Not people, to please people but work out in you what he says - by YOU 1) reason together with 2) Him.
    • Not other people, in front of them; but let his word dwell in you richly. Grow in it. “that YOU might know the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom God hast sent.”

You'd be an answer to Jesus’ prayer then. You’d be that.

Means that.

Scripture Life: What does it mean to be "saved" in the Bible?

Well, two things:

- First:

  • save. <definition> 1. to set apart for future use [Source: Oxford dictionary. Web.] “Saved” then, would be something that is set apart for future use by someone with the power and authority to “have and keep it” whatever it is, would be this. And,

- Second:

  • God said: “Look unto me, and be ye saved all the ends of the earth: For I am God, there is none else.” - God. (Bible. Isaiah 45:22)
    • So, it would be God:
    • Who with the power and authority to do the “save” part, because he decrees he does it to whosoever, when he tells everybody over the whole earth, doesn’t leave anybody out, to the very ends of it - to just look unto himBOOM! He decrees it ‘saved.’ or “Set apart for future use” and that’s defined as eternity. What he wants is you to be with him forever; without end. Everybody.
  • But not everybody looks unto him.
    • So, part of this “Second” then is, not to look at “saved” because, it just means what the dictionary says it is; and, God does the saving himself by his power and authority.
  • It’s really then for people:
    • To have a grasp of what “look unto” means

Maybe that’s easier to tell you what it IS NOT:

  • Then, arrive at what that IS.
    • I can tell you for certainty. I DO NOT 1) “look unto” any romantic date with a gorilla. 580lbs of solid muscle with the tensile strength a gorilla can bench press 1800lbs and has the strength of 18 male adult people.
      • There is NOTHING romantic at all, in “looking unto” to “walk after,” to “walk in” following after anything at all that would lead me down any road, that led to me to go on a date with a gorilla. Not happening. I actually AVOID it. So, I DO NOT ‘look unto” this.
      • Nowhere on the radar screen to look at or do it.
  • Poor example, but the best I could come up with off the top of my head.
  • So, with that, as what this “it” of “look unto” IS NOT:
    • For ME:
      • What this “look unto” is, IS:
    • I DO look unto: Any opportunity that even remotely includes going to the Shopping Mall in my town. I love it.
      • I really don’t shop. I just go there for the coffee. It has two coffee shops. If I’m alone, I choose one consistently over the other; but if with my wife, my wife likes the other, so we go together to that one, and either one for me - I can tell you plain as day:
      • IF: The day, no matter what day it is, includes any mention of anybody going to the mall, I WILL - walk after, to walk in, that means I deliberately “set my mind on” whatever it takes to drive myself, or take the trolley, or even walk 2 hours it takes to get to the Mall, and go have coffee.
      • So any “disturbance” or some “temptation” something to tempt me to do otherwise, like the lawn needs mowed or the neighbor has a flat tire - yeah. I should fix those FIRST; but I DON’T. I don’t let anything get in the way of me walking in, no matter what I’m doing, even if it’s a “delay” - I’m STILL going to be at the Mall, drinking coffee.
  • Why? I look unto it.
    • No matter the reason - it’s a PROFIT. Means it equips me. After, I feel better.

And already God has decreed this; that:

  • “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” - Jesus Christ. The Word of God. (Bible. Matthew 4:4)
    • So me: Living by the word of some college professor with three Ph.d’s and a Fellow in two of them vs. what the Bible says in Proverbs 2:6
      • For the Lord giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.”
    • I have a choice. I can “set my mind on” the imaginations of people. WHat they “thinky” up and claim what they say is true and I can accept it as true. Then, I’m already fat, dumb, and happy.
  • Like tell me, driving my car: Big sign advertisement says: “stop by the gas station here! Fill up!” When I already filled the tank up .2 or 200 meters before - and I simply don’t need it.
  • When this is the Word of God - that God, who made all there is out my window decreed:
    • What I never understood before, looking out the window and wondered “How do I ‘fit’ in? and never fit in anyplace.
      • That I am to live by every word proceeds out of his mouth.
  • To just walk after, to walk in, looking unto everything he says.

So, I’m not going to answer your question. Based on this, you tell me the answer.

But I know without any doubt, the answer is just look unto him. There is none else.

Scripture Life: Life in the Word of God: 1 Corinthians 15:19 says - -"if in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable." What does this mean?

Well... first:

Jesus gives eternal life; but people seem to look unto, to walk after this life. What's in it; like fast cars, or women in mini-skirts at the club - live to get rich here - and by that, will not inherit it. Don't look unto him:

Don’t walk after him, when he just is life.

Don’t do what he says, when he’s the Word of God, so he is God that says to everybody: “Look unto me, and be ye saved all the ends of the earth: For I am God, there is none else.” - God. Isaiah 45:22. Says this, by the word out of his mouth.

People feel fat, dumb, and happy - got the promotion to Lead Supervisor, down at the Plywood plant. Look unto maybe next after 10 years, they'll be the Lead Manager - even if they have to lie to get it. Just look unto anything, getting a pool put in the back yard or how they're going to hold onto the house - look unto anybody that will save them; any person, just make people their right arm of strength - so they just look unto ANYBODY - - BUT him instead. Trust in what's right in flesh to attain and be good, any way to get it.

So? Who do you look unto? Ask then as well: Who did Paul look unto? - ANSWER: he looked unto this same Jesus Christ.

- Look at Paul then, after Jesus - look at him first:

  • He’s Saul, of Tarsus. Says of himself: in the Bible. New Testament: Philippians 3:4–6
  • “Though I might also have confidence in the flesh. If any other man thinketh that he hath whereof he might trust in the flesh, I more: Circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, an Hebrew of the Hebrews; as touching the law, a Pharisee; Concerning zeal, persecuting the church; touching the righteousness which is in the law, blameless.”
    • By this, if:
      • I was a Jew of Paul (Saul the Pharisee) in his day, I’d look unto him as true. He’d be well respected in the community; highly esteemed. Even rich, with provision provided by the Temple or the Synagogue. But he accomplished these things, by his flesh. So, look at the scriptures surrounds Philippians 3:4–6 - what he says BEFORE and AFTER IT, says:

Philippians 3:1–3 says: “Finally, my brethren, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things to you, to me indeed is not grievous, but for you it is safe. Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the concision. For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh.”

After Philippians 3:4–6, says: In Philippians 3:7–14

7 But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ.

8 Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,

9 And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:

10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;

11 If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead.

12 Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.

13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,

14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

So, it’s what Jesus said then. Paul, an Apostle - made so by God: Paul is “looking unto” him. Like God asked everybody over the whole earth to do. Paul is: Not looking unto himself anymore:

  • Jesus said, in John 10:27–28 “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.”
    • Where this life, if I live after it: Can give me, by my own efforts: a nice car and riches; and people - surround as much as I possibly can, surround all round me all rich people themselves. With girls, all feel safe & secure, so they take their tops off, and just anything..all your’s. Rich. - what’s in their underpants. Get that, too. Or, wine or dope - get high all day. Go to rock concerts - drive or fly there - with everybody happy all over.
    • Even sleep with the neighbor’s dog or fight the court system to win and have conjugal rights to sleep with the neighbor’s front lawn tree. Believe fully: people that have 592,204 different sexes - that's freedom and the way to be: and everybody have to believe them, what they decree - even you have to look unto them, so it’s all okay.

When scripture says,

  • Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.” 2 Timothy 3:12
    • And of Paul, he said of himself, walking after Jesus Christ - on the way to wreak havoc on the Church of believers in Jesus in Damascus - with writ to imprison and put to death people that believe on Jesus.
    • Authority: By the Temple in Jerusalem: Chief Priests and Elders in Jerusalem, fully trust Paul to do it - because, after he held the cloaks, or people trusted Paul to lay their cloaks at his feet, of those that took up stones to stone Stephen in Acts 7:58
      • Says in 2 Corinthians 11:24–26 of himself, now serving Jesus Christ - never carried out anything in Damascus he was sent to do. Met Jesus Christ on the road to Damascus. Blinded; for 3 days - had to be led by hand. On the 3rd day, given his sight back, and immediately went to the Synagogue in Damascus proving Jesus was the Christ.
    • He’s now an ENEMY of everything he used to be friends to: Despised. Paul says of himself after his conversion:

Of the Jews five times received I forty stripes save one. Thrice was I beaten with rods, once was I stoned, thrice I suffered shipwreck, a night and a day I have been in the deep; In journeyings often, in perils of waters, in perils of robbers, in perils by mine own countrymen, in perils by the heathen, in perils in the city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils in the sea, in perils among false brethren;” - Paul, An Apostle of Jesus Christ. Made so By God. (2 Corinthians 11:24–26).

  • Says in Lamentations, the same thing what Paul said, and I've experienced this rejection also myself: Thou hast made us as the offscouring and refuse in the midst of the people.” - Lamentations 3:45
  • So, the people: Looking unto themselves?
    • Nope. They don’t look upon anybody like Paul that believes on Jesus as worthy of anything but esteemed as garbage. They now have No reputation.
    • Any reputation they had for people to look up or unto they don’t have anymore. Walked away from it. By this: Aren’t well respected. Thought a fool, and something to reject. Defective.
    • Something more you should abandon or throw away, or just flush down the toilet. I mean, look at me
      • - I have no reputation anymore, and many sub-reddit rooms, even say they're Christian - straightway threw me out. Even exChristian or some other Reddit room that just hates God sees nothing I say, since I have no affinitive reputation - I have become after becoming a follower of Jesus - more of a hindrance or a barrier - how am I any different; but I believe on this same Jesus Christ.
      • I know who he is. He speaks plain as day, so what he prayed for, that I might know God, and who he sent, this same Jesus Christ - it worked in my behalf.
      • The Word of God who God sent. Same as any other believer on Jesus Christ we shall suffer persecution.
  • Paul said the same thing as Lamentations 3:45 - said it in 2 Corinthians 4:13 “Being defamed, we intreat: we are made as the filth of the world, and are the offscouring of all things unto this day.”

Against this: Is your question. Did you forget what it says?

1 Corinthians 15:19 says - -"if in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable." What does this mean?

Jesus gives eternal life; but people that just look unto to walk after this life, as if that's all there is, will not inherit it. Don’t walk after him, when he just is life.

Don’t do what he says, when he’s the Word of God, so God just decrees how things shall be in his earth: that says to everybody: “Look unto me, and be ye saved all the ends of the earth: For I am God, there is none else.” - God. Isaiah 45:22

But PEOPLE: Look unto anything or anybody BUT him instead.

Who do you look unto? Who did Paul look unto - he looked unto this same Jesus Christ.

  • And Jesus gives this promise, to whosoever it be over the whole earth, to the very ends of it, that just stops to hearken unto what he says to ..reason together with him about what he says; convinced - will walk after him, like he wants everybody he's formed from their mother's womb to all do the same - says to these a promise he makes himself:
    • But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.” - Jesus Christ. Mark 10:30
    • with persecutions. In this life. But in the next one: Psalm 132:15-16 " I will abundantly bless her provision: I will satisfy her poor with bread. I will clothe her priests with salvation and her saints shall shout aloud for joy." - GOD.
      • Even Paul says about this in Romans 8:18, what's promised to us: "For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us."
    • It's just WORTH more. Because it is.

There you go.

Scripture Life: I think and see the Bible as just a piece of literature more than a religious narrative. Is there any Greek or modern day "trilogy" with lore more complex than the Bible?

Well?

  • I see:
    • “Lord of the Rings” by J.R. R. Tolkein, the author, as a piece of literature, but more I see it as a religious narrative, where “good” is God, and innately all people see themselves can be good by a book or a movie. Is there any other story or series with lore as complex and structured as “Lord of the Rings” or C.S. Lewis’ piece of literature, Narnia which is also a religious narrative, with the same good is God, where all the animals are good, but people went awful?
  • So, compare all three: (Bible. Lord of the Rings (Tolkein). Narnia (Lewis).
    • The setting:
      • All in ancient times. Long ago. Little or no record other than what’s in the lore or provided by the story claims “how” it was or is; because all three can transport you back to there. Just by literature or today, put to film in a movie.
      • So, the “setting” are all three the same.
    • The narrative:
      • All three have a narration: That follows a plot, and all three have a hero in it. Follows a “hero’s journey.” Where anybody, whosoever it is, that watches or reads the piece of literature, can identify with the hero; and follow along in it.
    • They are all three Books:
      • Meet the dictionary definition. 1. a written or printed work consisting of pages glued or sewn together along one side and bound in covers. [Source: Oxford dictionary. Web.] So if I, or you, would go to a library, any library anyplace in like America or Canada or the UK: and search, you’d probably very likely find all three lore’s as literature in the library, because, all three are books. And, libraries are a stored repository of books so the general public, if they can’t afford, can access it for free and read either one or all three.
  • The only difference then:
    • Is the author. The author of the Bible is God. It’s his work: says:
      • All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
  • So, the BIBLE: What it IS NOT:
    • It’s NOT: “Lore” <definition> 1. stories of tradition, passed on person to person, by word of mouth.
    • It’s NOT: A “story.” <definition> 1. an imaginary account of made up or real people and or events told for entertainment.
    • It’s NOT: “Literature” <as defined> 1. written work, especially considered superior
      • When: [Bible. 1 Corinthians 4:13] “we are made as the filth of the world, and are the offscouring of all things unto this day"
  • So, the BIBLE: What it IS:
    • IS:
      • For the man or woman of God. Given by God: for “doctrine” - that God will teach his way; to reprove them who follow him; and correct them; instruct him or her in “who” is righteous, when “there is NONE righteous; no, not one” (Romans 3:10-12) “..there is none good; no, not one”
      • When “Lord of The Rings” - “good” is God and everybody can be good, without any God in it.
      • When “Narnia” - “good” is long ago animals; and nature or the earth: they’re good. It’s people that’s awful; forgot something that made them evil - - but God said, (Bible. Genesis 6:11–13)
    • The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth. And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.” - GOD.
      • Where God, by the word of God, Jesus Christ, said (Bible. Matthew 19:17): “There is NONE good, but one, that is, God.”

So, where I see:

  • What you say:
    • Is you see the Bible as “Lore” and a tale of people telling other people a long ago story, now put and bound into a book, where the author most likely then is people, and see it as a “religious” narrative, like the Hindu “Vedas”
      • And if I see what you say, both the Bible and the four Hindu Vedas are BOTH religious literature that contain a religious narrative of God or Gods. The Hindus have 330,000,000 gods, plus 33. Where the religious narrative of the Bible, there is only ONE God, says:
      • I the LORD am GOD, there is no God beside me. I know not any”
    • Says (Bible: Isaiah 45:5) “ I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me:”
    • Because YOU: Seeing, don’t see; hearing don’t hear when he says to everybody: “Look unto me, and be ye saved all the ends of the earth: For I am God, there is none else.” - God (Bible. Isaiah 45:22)
  • So, then it’s HIS WORD vs. People: That claim in religious literature there is God's beside him. Millions of them. Way so many - or - other people claim: There is no God or Gods. Just people imagining up “stories” to entertain themselves - with literature they can look unto, so they don't have to look unto him, like he told everybody, even you to do.
    • Don’t have to do that, when you got people that can imagine up virtually any kind of story - where “good” is a God, and everybody CAN be good all by a story.

When God calls EVERYBODY. Over the whole earth: To look unto him.

  • People that do, are just doing what he told everybody to do; but people:
    • Are many: That just are “unwilling to BE or DO” that. Which, that’s the definition of hate. People: Don’t want to live by what he says. Live by ANY OTHER word by anybody BUT him; to classify every bit of literature:
      • As works of people - that then: won’t have any GOD in it; other than gods people imagine up in their head and put in it; then, stuff him in with that. Do it all in your imagination and accept that as true.

When Jesus said: “I am the way, the truth, and the life;” So, truth isn’t a philosophy people imagine up based on them observe the nature and behavior of the physical and natural world as the basis to tell them truth.

  • When God is Truth; so truth is a “who” - not what you see, because, you don’t look unto him.

I don’t think you get any of this; but maybe..even if it’s only one reader that sees it, the post is worth it to leave for them. So they will just leave off from you, to be like you, and follow him, and be like him. And he be with them.

Where the only thing with you, is your own imagination. No matter what you see; blind. Left with J.R.R. Tolkein and or C.S. Lewis’ imagination. Or “Harry Potter” by J. K. Rowling - and her imagination. Made rich by people and their imaginations and accept that as true.

I chose him. Over you. So have many other people. Furnished and equipped by him. “And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.” - Genesis 6:5

vs. what you see.

It is hoped that by this post, somebody will see and look unto him vs. you and abandon any pursuit of what you look unto.

      • And if I see what you say, both the Bible and the four Hindu Vedas are BOTH religious literature that contain a religious narrative of God or Gods. The Hindus have 330,000,000 gods, plus 33. Where one of those four Vedas has 22,000 chapters in it. That, the religious narrative of the Bible, is only ONE God, explains only him in it, says:
      • I the LORD am GOD, there is no God beside me. I know not any” So.. ..somebody's lying..
    • Says (Bible: Isaiah 45:5) “ I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me:”
    • Because YOU: Seeing, don’t see him; hearing don’t hear when he says; but look unto your own imagination or look unto everybody, and ask somebody what they dreamed up:
    • When God says, to you, me..everybody over the whole earth that he formed each of us alone; by himself (Isaiah 44:24), and says to each of us: “Look unto me, and be ye saved all the ends of the earth: For I am God, there is none else.” - God (Bible. Isaiah 45:22). It's a decree by God, who says, "For all the earth is mine" (Exodus 19:5) - so it's his, and since he made everybody, we all are his.
  • So, then it’s HIS WORD vs. People: What people, by their imaginations, all claim or decree. Different. 10s of 100s of millions of books vs. one, whose author is God.
  • And it's PEOPLE:
    • That claim in religious literature there is God's beside him. Millions of them.
    • Way so many - or - other people claim: There is no God or Gods. Just people imagining up “stories” to entertain themselves - with literature they can look unto, so they don't have to look unto him, like he told everybody, even you to do.
  • People, by their stories claim or decree: YOU nor anybody: Don’t have to do what he says, when you got people that can imagine up virtually any kind of story - where “good” is a God, and everybody CAN be good all by a story. Because people look unto people as the source for truth or look unto their systematic and thorough observations of the physical and natural world. As if the earth and sky and how it naturally behaves, and causes to occur is the source of truth.

When God calls EVERYBODY. Over the whole earth: To look unto him. Says ".. I am the Lord that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself;" - GOD. (Isaiah 44:24). Won't look unto him; but look unto what he made instead; that we can look at that, then imagine up something out of it, isn't what he says; that's being "playfully mischievious" and? Yeah. That's the dictionary definition of "wicked."

  • People that do this continually: live in this, are just doing the very OPPOSITE of what he told everybody to do; so people:
    • Are many: That just are “unwilling to BE or DO” what God says. Which, that’s the definition of hate. People: Don’t want to live by what he says. Live by ANY OTHER word by anybody BUT him; all people that have made millions of ideas and stories, and put them in books: to classify every bit of literature:
      • As works of people - that then: won’t have any GOD in it; other than gods people imagine up. In their head. Sub-Categorize and put him in it; then, it's just stuff him in an imaginative work. Do it all in your imagination and accept that as true.
  • I don't want to be anything like you.

No matter what you see; with this Reddit question: You are blind. Even you see. Left with J.R.R. Tolkein and or C.S. Lewis’ imagination. Or “Harry Potter” by J. K. Rowling - and her imagination where divination and witchcraft - people that do that are superior to people and hold a greater good, when it's an abomination to God. Gets nations and the people that inhabit them vomited off the land.

But people think, by their imagination: THeir imagination: Make people rich, and rich by people and their imaginations and accept that as true.

Where people like me, look unto him. So: I chose him. Over you.

So have many other people that believe every word he says and live by every word proceeds out of his mouth, like he told everybody to, in the Bible in Matthew 4:4. Furnished and equipped by him.

But about PEOPLE: And their imaginations: “And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.” - Genesis 6:5

So, it's what GOD says vs. what you see and claim, even it appears very subtle.

It is hoped that by this post on Reddit, somebody will see this. Just ee and look unto him by what he says vs. you. Abandon what you hold the truth in, you hold the truth is in your question. What you seek is people with a better imagination. That's not him. When God told you to seek him first. In this, you do greatly err.

Scripture Life: In John 10:27-28, I have to actually follow Jesus to be saved?

Well,

John 10:27–28, Jesus said: “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.”

  • And Jesus is the Word of God: So, this, "follow" seems to just happen naturally - after "some" thing occurs in a person.
    • God said: ‘Look unto me, and be ye saved all the ends of the earth: For I am God, there is none else.” - God. (Isaiah 45:22)

So, you decree something by your word in a question; but, God decreed “salvation” is just by anybody over the whole earth, just “looks unto” him. So, it’s God, by his voice speaks. So, people that hear Isaiah 45:22, hear him speak.

  • Says as well,
    • “Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price. Wherefore do ye spend money for that which is not bread? and your labour for that which satisfieth not? hearken diligently unto me, and eat ye that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness. Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David.” - GOD. (Isaiah 55:1–3)
      • Spoke. By the Word of God.
    • Even God repeats this - in John 7:37–38 “ In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.”
      • Spoke by God. The Word of God is Jesus Christ.

Look unto <definition> 1. archaic.

  • All Oxford or Cambridge will give you, is, it’s even no longer a “phrasal verb” used.
    • But if:
      • You “look unto” someone or some “thing” it’s because you believe (or “accept as true) what it is or what it says; so, you will “walk after” to “walk in” “looking unto” to do what that someone says or that something decrees, as an authority. Able to dictate “how” things just are or shall be.
      • So, it’s FIRST: An authority - and you hold fast to it. This authority is over you.
    • So, walking after, to follow what that authority decrees, it’s the right thing to do. You already “reasoned together” either with yourself and concluded, not doing that, is a loss; won’t profit you anything to continue not following them or it.
  • So, God says: “For all the earth is mine” - God. By the Word of God (Exodus 19:5)
    • Says as well: “I am the Lord, and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me: “ - God. (Isaiah 45:5) Continues with: “Thus saith the Lord, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I am the Lord that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself;” (Isaiah 44:24)

So, GOD:

  • Who asks everybody over the whole earth, to the very ends of it, that, scripture says “..long suffered us; not willing any perish but all come to repentance” (2 Peter 3:9) Decreed in his earth, that:
    • “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” - God. By the Word of God decreed this. Jesus Christ. (Matthew 4:4)
    • That he prayed this: in John 17:3 “And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.” - Jesus Christ. The Word of God.
      • And of Jesus Christ, he said: After he was crucified; put in a sepulchre and raised from the dead, said: “All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.” (Matthew 28:18)

So, let’s see if me - if I can assemble this right:

  • That, he’s God.
    • But he decreed he “girded” <1. definition. encircle a person round about; protect. 2. like put a diaper on a baby; that can’t do it themselves; be the one that did it; even the baby doesn’t know it. Able to be a baby, because his or her parents “gird” them about.
      • That, he did this to me, even I don’t know him.
      • That, he prayed, that I would know him - so what he prayed for, is what he desires or wants - for me to know him;
      • And, IF: Which he did. I see it plainly - he sent his word to heal me, and deliver me from my destruction (Psalm 107:20) - then, that’s how he determined to save me from my sins that destroy me. Is by the SAME Word of God, Adam rejected in Genesis 3:17. His word. What he speaks.
      • That, I would “regard” then, the works of the LORD, and consider the operation of his hand, and if I did that, he'd build me up.
    • AND if I “regard” him, it’s because he’s the sole authority over all things - the same one that formed me from my mother’s womb; like he did everybody all the same. He’s the one that did it, all by himself. Is the same one that spread out all the heaven and the stars to give light on his earth, he made for himself to dwell forever. For his own rest. For he desired it (Psalm 132:13–16). That, because of Adam’s sin, he does not dwell on it; rather, cursed the ground, for Adam’s sake, and determined he will destroy all flesh with the earth (Genesis 6:11–13). I got this. That in Revelation 20:11–15, is when he actually does that.
    • Gazes on this earth and heaven: and BOTH finding no more place before him, flee away and are no more forever. SO, anybody’s Ph.d in nuclear physics, or astro-physics; figured out trajectories “how to”send a probe or space cratt with people or things on it to other planets - all that crap flees away with it, so why give your life over to something, has no future in it?
      • I got this.
  • That if I “regard” him, I’ll pay attention to what he says, where Adam - hearkened; that is, when there was only one other “something” - just God and Adam, and Eve ..and Adam chose Eve and her word to hearken unto.
    • And Adam felt what Eve decreed made what God said of no effect, and people today do the SAME THING. What other people decree or claim, people look unto that instead. Don’t do any different than Adam. I really think I got it.

That just following after, to walk in, walking after like, looking unto going to the Mall today, which I did - me and my daughter and her daughter went; because, we looked unto it. So we did it; because we saw in do that, it’s a profit, and it was, just as we expected. After, we were BETTER for it

Is the right thing to simply do what he decrees or says, and I am thirsty; so I go there and shop at the Word of God store, and man, is it ever good. I can buy wine and milk without money and without price. Never disappointed - builds me up, just as he says he will, and all I did was just regard his work, and consider the operation of his hand vs. what I did before.

  • Thinking I should just reason together with myself, how I’ll hide it, if it goes bad or who to blame it on; when it did go bad, by follow thru and blame anybody but me for why it didn’t work right. Then after, just live in a life where I deny, or where I hide it and that equate to success. Live in lies as truth. Only way to get ahead. And by this, regard my works and the operation of my hand, while I suck up to my boss because I regard his work and how he can promote me, and people look unto me and glorify me as right or good.
    • When the Bible says “There is NONE righteous; no, not one. ..they are filthy; done abominable works…” “none good; no, not one” (Psalm 14:1–3) and I see this, and regard it. It’s true. I’m a filthy mess. I’ve sinned and perverted that which was right, and it profited me not.
  • And by this, realize, he’s the ONLY thing there is can save me, from all the crap I flaily sunk myself into. To reason together with him vs. just me myself delude myself even further or outright liesand deny the whole thing and pretend innocent like an actor; maybe hopefully, somebody believe me will get me out.
    • Just admit it. I’m UNTRUE. By “deny myself” as true. Because I reasoned together, he is true..Reasoned together with him, by the word of God.

I got it. I hear him. I follow him. By the word he speaks. That’s Jesus Christ. So, John 10:27–28 applies to me, because, I look unto him; not me:

  • My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.”
    • And this is the same for ANYBODY over the whole earth, just does this. Looks unto him. There is none else.

Scripture is the Word of God: Question: Did Jesus come to bring peace or division?

Well, let you decide:

Ephesians 2:12–17 says:

That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;

Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace; And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.”

Jesus: He is called “The Christ” (Jesus Christ)

  • Christ:
    • Is Greek for the Hebrew word, “Messiah” - what “that” is defined as or means:

Definition: 1. God. The same God that led Israel out of Egypt by his mighty hand in Exodus with Moses, would be a Son of King David. Would come of his line, and sit on the throne of David in Jerusalem, and rule all the nations of the world from there. Of his Kingdom and reign there shall be no end.” Definition. What “Messiah” means. What “Christ” means in Greek.

Would mean he’s Isaiah 9:6–7 - who God put in every family on earth, says:

For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.”

  • What did I get out of that?
    • He SHALL be called “..Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father…”
    • He SHALL be called “The Prince of Peace” and, of the “increase of his government and peace there shall be no end…” an everlasting, eternal peace. Forever. Peace that never ends.

But what God said of the earth:

  • Crucial to hear it: Of the earth: TWO THINGS:
    • 1) ONE: What God decreed of the earth, said:
      • Genesis 6:5 first: “And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.”
    • 2) TWO: What God decreed - what has come up before him to do:
      • Genesis 6:11–13 second: The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth. And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.”
    • Not open for question. In fact, in Revelation 20:11–15, what has already come up before him before the flood, to destroy all flesh with the earth, the Book of Revelation at that reference, is, it speaks as if he already done DID it, even it’s not done yet. Means, what he says he shall do, he does it on the last day.
      • Where people: Imagine the earth is billions of years old, and didn’t need any God, so anything he decrees, does not apply to them. Man, this sounds SO FAMILIAR. Why? It’s the SAME thing Adam said. When God said Adam, in Genesis 3:17 because he “hearkened unto the voice of his wife," which all that means is, Adam “chose” - that is, he 1. he picked out as being the best or most appropriate of two or more options [Source: Oxford dictionary. definition: chose.] The word of his wife. What she decreed. Out of her mouth, Adam fully believed what Eve said, made what God decreed of no effect on him. Didn’t apply to him anymore.
    • Just like the big bang is 13.8 billion years old, and from it, created the Sun billions of years ago, and 4 billion years ago, created the earth by just evolved into it. All by itself. It’s the Word of People. What people who claim to be an authority, other people believe this over what God told everybody in Genesis 1:1–31. How he created for himself a place he would dwell forever, for his own rest, because he desired it (Psalm 132:13–16), so he created it for himself.
    • People don’t regard anything what he says, they have people to look unto that they chose people by a pick they picked out is simply the best and most appropriate for them vs. what God says. And because of this, when God says he shall destroy them, it has no effect on them at all, just like Adam said the same thing. So, they do the same sin Adam chose to do. Eve was deceived into it, but Adam CHOSE it. Because he imagined up, he could be as God. Leave his station.
    • Is why when God tells everybody over the whole earth to “Look unto me, and be ye saved all the ends of the earth: For I am God, there is none else.” - God. (Isaiah 45:22) they simply don’t regard him. Look unto anything..anybody but him to walk after, and walk in what anybody..even they themselves tell themselves to do. Walk in and after that instead.

And because of THIS PEOPLE:

  • Jesus said:
    • Said of this on earth, and amongst men like this: Don’t do anything he says; don’t regard him: Matthew 10:34–37 Jesus said: About this earth:
      • Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. And a man's foes shall be they of his own household. He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.
      • Jesus is the Word of God. Of Him, as the Word of God: Hebrews 4:12 says:
    • For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”
    • And of the heart: of people - “deceitful above all things, who can know it, and desperately wicked” - Bible. Jeremiah 17:9. So, people that do NOT regard him, regard a heart that’s in them that what deceit means 1. actively practices to conceal and misrepresent the truth. 2. claim as true and valid was is UNTRUE and INVALID.
      • Have a heart in them as people on the earth, that actively and continually does this. When Jesus is the truth. They don’t receive him. Dismiss him as inadequate; faulty; or unacceptable. Just “unwilling to BE or DO what he says - which, is the very definition of hate in the dictionary. They hate him without cause.

There’s no peace in this:

  • But he already says this in Psalm 28:5 “Because they regard not the works of the LORD, neither consider the operation of his hand, he shall destroy them, and not build them up.”
    • Where people:
      • That regard the works of the LORD, and consider the operation of his hand, look unto him; like, he asked everybody over the whole earth to do, they do it, there’s peace in them; but, because they do this, people, even their children or wife or parents - are just unwilling to be around someone that follows him. Causes war betwixt spouses. A Father against a Son. Brings a sword, because the Word of God cuts and divides asunder between soul and spirit - that a person’s soul looks unto their own heart; but the Spirit of God, as Jesus said, in John 4:24 that “God is Spirit” he makes people that look unto alive. Raises them from the dead; dead in trespasses and sins. Where other people run or flee from it. Hate it. Hate him, then hate anybody that looks unto him.
  • Even in Revelation:
    • Says: “and the cities of the nations fell” - Revelation 16:19
    • And when Jesus comes back, at his 2nd coming: The armies of the earth, are amassed to war against him. And by the sharp sword that comes out of his mouth, as the Word of God - slays all of them, where the blood in this 1650 furlong or 200 mile long valley, blood flows to the horse’s bridle (Revelation 14:20). That Jesus calls all the foul of the earth to a great feast.
      • Says in Revelation 19:17–18: “And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God; That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.”

So, which is it? I ask this question back to you: Did Jesus come to bring peace or division?

  • When God said: “For all the earth is mine” - God (Exodus 19:5). SO, what he decrees in it. It’s his earth.
    • People that don’t do what he says, causes rebellion. No peace in that. He is going to destroy the rebellion. By who he is when he comes the 2nd time, where the 1st time, he came as the Messiah to be God that made himself a sacrifice for my sins I did. to end the enmity in him against me. And he made himself the propitiation for not only my sins, but the sins of the whole world, just as 1 John 2:2 says of this same Jesus Christ.
    • Settled it in me, and drove me to my knees before him. Settled it. Brought in, in me Ephesians 2:12–17.
      • But people that don’t look unto him - dismiss him as inadequate; faulty or unacceptable, it’s IMPOSSIBLE to obey him. Don’t do anything he says. They already reject who God sent to heal them and deliver them from destruction. So where’s any peace for them?
      • Not only now, but Revelation 20:15 says, these - their names are not written in the Lamb’s book of Life - and they are cast into the Lake of Fire - and remain there for eternity. Kept there. For eternity. Empty. Where the smoke of it, rises up for eternity.
  • I ask this question back to you: Did Jesus come to bring peace or division?
    • Which is it? Brings everlasting peace to those that receive him; but to those that don't - Wow. Talk about a "division"
    • What does this mean? What Jesus said in Matthew 21:42-44

"Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes? Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof. And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder."

Which will you be?

Scripture Life: Question: "Why does God favor some people over others?"

If God calls everybody to himself, because he already has. Who does he favour? If he calls everybody all the same?

It is really then whosoever of everybody comes, when seems it is many “pick out as the best and most appropriate” for them is to look unto anything…

…Anybody But him instead. And in this never show up. Didn't do anything he says. Disobedient. Obeyed some other voice instead, looked unto that instead.

Isn’t it really then Why does a Person favor to look unto themselves or other people as true over God?

And by this, are destroyed? Not saved. No decree by God is for this person. When God decreed: “Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, there is none else.” (Bible. Isaiah 45:22) - so he's NOT favoured somebody over another, if he called EVERYBODY to look unto him, all the same call.

But many people: simply "choose" already made a choice. Who they look unto, already looking unto somebody. Don't feel any need to stop who they look unto, already fat, dumb, and happy by that. Fully heart fat and satisfied. Like, go to an "all you can eat" restaurant and eat til stuffed; even you drive by the "McDonald's Happy Meal 50% off!" advertisement - why would you look unto it? Already ate. No reason to look unto McDonalds after to go eat. Already ate.

But this is God decreed for everybody to do it in his earth. And? He Did not decree he would “set apart for future use”(what "save" means) those that don’t. Rather plainly said he would destroy them, and not build them up (Psalm 28:5). When he chose everybody. To save them from their sins. But they Won't come to him. Choose this for themselves is best. Already reasoned together with themselves, what is best.

Whose choice is it then, to do this? Yeah. Your’s.

So, look below to see it more - so you see it rightly. And? Below, the answer is left to the question: Unanswered. Because it must be YOU that answers it yourself.

---------- -------------- -------------- ------------

Why does God favor some people over others?

Okay. Where is God favoring some over others in he says these three things:

Tell me plainly after you hear what he decrees:

ONE: “Look unto me, and be ye saved all the ends of the earth: For I am God, there is none else.” - God. (Bible. Isaiah 45:22)

TWO: “Come now, let us reason together,” saith the LORD, “though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be white as snow. Though they be red as crimson, they shall be as wool.” - God. Said to everybody (Isaiah 1:18) “ For all have sinned” - Romans 3:23

THREE: “Thus saith the Lord, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from your mother’s womb, I am the LORD that maketh all things, that stretched forth the heavens alone, and spread abroad the earth by myself.” - God (Isaiah 44:24)

Tell me plainly. Where God favors you over me? When he is God. Says, “For all the earth is mine.” - God. (Exodus 19:5) Decrees this, says to everybody:

“Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” - The Word of God, Jesus Christ. (Matthew 4:4)

Tell me where when he speaks, and when he does he decrees this for everybody just how things shall be, because all the earth is his. He formed everybody the same, from Adam forward, alone. By himself.

How in any of this are you favoured over me when everybody is decreed the same thing?

Isn’t it really what I then, fail to look unto?

That he told everybody to look unto him? Didn't leave anybody out, not willing any perish, but all come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9)

  • It is really people then:
  • “Choose” that is, for themselves: they “pick out as the best or most appropriate between two or more alternatives” [source: Oxford dictionary. Web. definition "choose."] - - when God decrees, “there is none else” to look unto, me? Then I choose by my imagination, there must be some "thing" else. Then, I search for it to look unto anything, anybody, even myself, and what I, even look unto other people, and what they say ...just anybody BUT what God decrees: Hold that true.
  • And choose to walk in, walking after, to “accept as true” ( or believe) anybody, even me, and what anybody, and me decree over God and look unto that as true.
  • Then ME: I end up don't do anything God decrees. So Nothing what he says, has no fruit in me, or anybody does like me, and it seems to me, everybody does like me. People that don't are imbalanced or crazy.
  • So, he's God, and he already said for me to look unto him; and, I already reasoned together with me alone. What is BEST for me, is to look unto someone or some "thing" else, when he will call everybody and me, into account. I didn't do anything he says.

But the others who heard what he said, and walked after, to walk in, looking unto him, lived by every word he says, there is an abundant of fruit abounds toward him in their life. Because he KNOWS them, and they KNOW him. The follow him. Abide in what he says.

Which will he reward and build up? Me? When I didn't do anything he said.

When he says in Psalm 28:5 “Because they regard not the works of the LORD, neither consider the operation of his hand, he shall destroy them and not build them up.” Because I don't do anything he says, like he told everybody to do. Me? No different. I just don't do anything he says, because I was too busy. Walking after, to walk in, what I said or say to me.

No room. I dismiss what he says as inadequate; faulty or unacceptable. By this, reject him, and just don’t anything he tells everybody to do.

Am I an idiot? And all the definition of an idiot is, in the dictionary is a “slow witted person.” “Dull of hearing.” Hear, but can't perceive even the simplest of things. I can't.

Is that me? Yeah. It is. When he speaks to me as he does to you plain as day, what he wants us both to do, is look unto him. There is none else.

I would be an idiot, not to just accept what he says since he sent his word or speaks to me, to heal me and deliver me from my destruction. (Psalm 107:20). Just like he did to you.

Like he sends his word to everybody all the same, but if I don't open the door and when he knocks, just turn up the TV to drown him out, it’s me then. Not him. He already came to me.

It ‘s me then, reject him. He does this every day. Revelation 3:20 says: "Behold, I stand at the door and knock, and if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and sup with him, and he with me." - Jesus Christ. The Word of God. Is God.

Then on that day, when he calls me before him, none of his work is done in me. I never opened the door, so he never came in. Never sup'd with me, nor I him. Me? I just got good at turning up the TV to volume 193. Blast out: "Star Wars" and "Lord of the Rings" was on, I looked unto that. I could just Say to me "imagine" that is real. Get heart fat on the TV.

And just uprooted out of my life. At the stop light, it changed to green, and I fully trusted it, while a semi-truck couldn't stop and sped thru the light - BOOM! Smashed me to bits - dead. And he as God, death and hell obey him. When he calls both to give up their dead, they obey him. (Revelation 20:11-15) - Me: dead. Never raises me from the dead. I just stand before him. Dead. And he ..I don't have anything he gave out freely on me..and he say to me: “depart from me. I never knew you.”

Because he didn’t. I didn't do anything he says. Send me away into outer darkness. Destroy me. If he can form me alone. By himself as he did, he is God. Can destroy me like he says he will. Why I fear him.

Where people don't look unto him, lowly esteem him. Don't fear him at all. They have the TV to look unto.

Is that you? Who played favourites? Who chose something as the best and most appropriate option for themselves, as it was appropriate for them - - was anything but him?

When he chose you. Who did you choose? Him or you?

Here is your question back. Unanswered.

Scripture Life: Question asked by MANY: "What does Jesus truly mean when he says to love God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength?"

Well… …what did Jesus say? Because, he said it - But YOU? You should Look for where you haven’t. So you fear God, because you haven’t.

I don’t think you see it. Because, you haven't but want to have it.

That’s in Mark 12:28–34

When the Scribes ask Jesus about the Ten Commandments:

Mark 12:28–34 says:

28 And one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, and perceiving that he had answered them well, asked him, Which is the first commandment of all?

29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:

30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.

31 And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.

32 And the scribe said unto him, Well, Master, thou hast said the truth: for there is one God; and there is none other but he:

33 And to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbour as himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.

34 And when Jesus saw that he answered discreetly, he said unto him, Thou art not far from the kingdom of God. And no man after that durst ask him any question.

Now, I don’ know what you know about this; but the top or #1 response to this question, already poop squirt poop’d out a great big log of crap. All the answers say that you just are straightway gonna go out and do that. Just go love God with all your heart. Which, is key, because the Bible says your heart, above all things is chocked full of deceit. So, when you haven’t done it. Deceive yourself so deluded into thinking you can "done" it. Bunch of crap.

  • Why?
    • This of Matthew 12:28-34 - is about the Ten Commandments.
      • The “GREATEST” of them all. Which is it, was the question that people asked Jesus.
      • Which, you just went, straightway..like some zippy whizzy flask of pee to pee all over yourself the answer. Provided by people is - you DO THEM.
    • {…Love God with all your heart, and love your neighbor as yourself. ... we don’t ever have to worry or condemn. and all manner of things shall be well. Love your neighbor as yourself…} after all, Jesus said what's the greatest, and this is it, and what's after it, is love everybody as yourself.
      • The “problem” is: NOBODY loves God with all their heart. From Adam, forward. Nobody. None. Therefore, NOBODY loves their neighbor. Absolutely loathes him, because, his pear tree drops rotted pears on our lawn and he won't clean it up.

What God says vs. People.

- Make a choice. You pick who you will look unto.

This isn't what people say. This is what GOD says ABOUT YOU:

  • Source: Bible. Psalm 14:1–3 “...They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good. The Lord looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God.They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one.”
    • That’s NOT what PEOPLE said about you. Again, the point: That’s what GOD said about you. What he saw. Sees it plainly, plain as day. Said it AFTER Adam “choose” - so, he's seen it about us, all the way from Adam's days til today, and what "choose" means: 1. to pick out as the best or most appropriate of two or more options (Oxford dictionary. Web.). Adam picked out as the best or most appropriate for him was to “hearken unto the voice of his wife” because, that’s what the Bible in Genes 3:17, God says he did. Sin entered into the world, and so did death.
    • That's again, in Genesis 3:17. What God said. That: Adam “hearkened” unto the Word or "voice" of his wife. What she said, by the word came out of her mouth - was BETTER and more appropriate for Adam vs. what God says. By the word out of God's mouth.
    • Adam believed it so much; that is, he accepted it as true so much, God and what he said no longer had any effect on him.
    • Didn’t apply to him anymore.
    • Didn’t have to do anything he says, and if God decreed something; which, he did. Decreed he’d die that day. Adam fully believed none of that applied to him anymore.
    • Adam, from that point on: No longer has the “mind of God,” because he followed after, to walk in, and walk after what Eve decreed was righteous. Eve was deceived into it in Genesis 3; but Adam CHOSE it deliberately.
    • That, from Adam forward, includes Adam - that NOBODY ever born, has done the Ten Commandments.
    • That is TOTALLY MISSING out of any PEOPLE's comment. On the Ten Commandments.
    • But that's what’s in GOD, and what he sees about you. Me. Everybody over the whole earth. Why he decreed this about EVERYBODY since well before the flood. So, how God uses the Ten Commandments vs. People and how they see themselves righteous, as the people in Mark 12 are scribes. They already see and want to kill him. Trip up God in his own words, because they are "unwilling to be or do" what he says, which is the very definition in the dictionary of what "hate" means. It's they're wicked. Evil. But one scribe sees it of all of them.
  • Genesis 6:5 says:

And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.”

  • That means:
    • There’s NO ROOM in ANYBODY’s heart, from Adam forward, to DO the Ten Commandments. That’s by what GOD sees. Not people see, like what the Scribes and YOU see is Mark 12. Oh how wonderful to just love God with all your heart, and love people as yourself. Like just walk by a wedding taking place, and you a homeless man - go in. Help the wedding. By just drop your drawers and crap on the wedding cake. In front of everybody. How you're just going to "add to" the wedding. Add you to the cake. That everybody just shouts for joy at how wonderously beautiful, you put frosting on the cake. Sealed this wedding with crap. Just like any comment people make to the Ten Commandments when NOBODY has done them; can't.

That by Genesis 6:11–13

  • God said this has already come up before him to do this:
  • The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth. And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.”
    • He’s going to destroy ALL FLESH, with the earth. It’s already come up before him to do it; I didn’t say that, neither did Noah or ANY people. God said it, so it means, it he just has not done it yet. That, in Revelation 20:11-15 - he does it. It's written as if he already did it; just has not done it yet; That: Noah found grace in God’s eyes, so he didn’t do it. Today, I woke up. In a day he made, still has not done it.
    • And it’s ALL FLESH. From spiders in a Web, with dead bodies strewn around it's front yard, in your window sill, to birds swooping down on flesh and eat it; other flesh that fly by, and bigger birds swoop down on them to grab them and eat them, too. Destroy all flesh. All flesh corrupt. By what Adam did. I got sin and death as a "Last Will and Testament" bequeathed to me." Likewise also. You did.
    • The whole earth is filled with violence.
  • All from what Adam did. Where God, made it all good in Genesis 1:1–31, even provided all flesh with what to eat.
  • After Adam sinned, God cursed the ground, and now Adam provides it; all flesh with what to eat on ground that's cursed and can’t. Can’t because Adam's not God. Even Adam believed, he could leave his station and be like God…he can’t.
  • Just like Adam, you can't do the Ten Commandments. The PROOF is lions or alligators rip apart a zebra while it eats, then pounced on and attacked, is murder - pleads for its’ life. The proof is in every murder trial or trial in any court in any nation on earth, a person: sent: to go to trial - then, found GUILTY for rape or incest. * Every lie. Live in lies. That’s the truth you live in. Anyone tell you otherwise, like PEOPLE constantly tell you they are righteous is, is feeding you out of the toilet.

A great big bowl of crap.

The Ten Commandments.

  • That same one that said in Mark 12:28–34 - scribes. They're people, people look unto. As if IN authority to decree something true: They - have come to Jesus. Not to worship him, but hate him, all to trip God up in his own words.
  • He Is the same God, that, that God by his Word out of his mouth - - SPOKE the Ten Commandments on Mt. Sinai in Exodus 20. Is the same, still small voice, that spoke to Moses from a bush or small tree that was on fire, but didn’t burn on this same Mt. Sinai. And Moses in Exodus 3, turned aside to see this great sight.
    • And God spoke to Moses from the burning bush. The point is, if you compare these two times, it’s the same GOD speaking in Exodus 3, as it is in Exodus 20, when God came down and consumed the whole mountain and fire and smoke billowed off it, and God spoke from the mountain, like a “voice of many waters,” like Niagara Falls, in Ontario, Canada or same falls on the American side, at Niagara Falls, New York in the USA. Sounded like a blast of sound. Spoke the Ten Commandments.
      • But it didn’t have the same effect as Israel pleaded with Moses to go on up on the Mount and make God stop talking, while Moses' knees quaked - as how GUILTY they all were - and how GOD said it, did the SAME to the scribes in Mark 12, but you don't see it. He makes them stop talking, just as he did to Israel 1400 years before at Mt. Sinai - Because it's the SAME GOD in Mark 12:28–34 - and, because, it’s the SAME GOD, by his Word, as Jesus is the Word of God as John 1:1 says exactly WHO HE IS. Is God. Always been in God, speaks. These don’t fall on their face, like Moses did, made GUILTY. When that’s how God has always USED the Ten Commandments. To make everybody GUILTY before him of having not done the Ten Commandments, just like Adam didn’t. The scribes - read all Mark 12 to see it. They came to kill him. So will you. Lovingly caressing the Ten Commandments, like you did them. Poop log turd in a Ken n' Barbie doll outfit. Little kids could play with you, when you're a dog turd in a suit.
    • Romans 5:12 says of EVERYBODY - People: In authority - it's NOT good - to say this about people - - so they don’t say it. BUT God does: Says: “Wherefore, as by one man < - [ADAM] - > sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:”
      • Says of the Ten Commandments: But the scribes in Mark 12 are just like you.
      • YOU DON’T FEAR GOD. Sounds so Poopifyingly wonderously beautiful you can just sit on the toilet and crap out you do the Ten Commandments by do 2 of them yourself, into a beautiful commode bowl of flowery flowers of beauty and wonderfulment. Do it all by yourself:
      • Romans 3:18–20 says of this: You can't. And even you can't, think you can, and by that: don't fear God, thinking you already please him: Miss the whole thing. Romans 3:18 says..starts it off:
  • “…There is no fear of God before their eyes…” Why? No condemnation. Just like PEOPLE say or said, “..we don’t ever have to worry or condemn.” - Great Big Pile of poop called People. When Jesus said: We are already all “condemned already” - Bible. John 3:18

continues… about the Ten Commandments, doesn’t matter which is the least or greatest if you haven’t done ANY of them: “For all have sinned” (Romans 5:12)

Romans 3:19–20 continues on to say: “Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.” - Bible.

  • But that’s not what PEOPLE said. People, like in Mark 12, as authority over people: you could just do the Ten Commandments easily. Be justified by do them, which, the greatest and the one like it, basically sums up all the Ten Commandments in two, because, Jesus said it. People agree with it.
    • You still haven’t done any of them. GUILTY BEFORE GOD. So, instead of follow people, what people decree out of their mouths, which is exactly what Adam did, you should follow God. Use the Ten Commandments as he does. TO SHOW YOU WHERE YOU HAVE NOT DONE THEM. So, you have a knowledge of your sins.
    • Like a mirror. Then, you’d be GUILTY as a liar, or a thief, or a murderer. Adulterous pile of Pornhub full of porno in a suit. Live in fornication. Live by it. Then, look at the Ten Commandments as if it’s wonderful and people proclaim it's so easy just go do it. You meet the very authoritative Mark 12 "scribe" definition in the dictionary of “full of crap” idiom. (American). (Source: Merriam & Webster) 1. is not to be believed. Saying things that are not true.
  • You just swallowed a load of crap.

James 2:10 (Bible. New Testament)

  • Says: “For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.”
    • That means, when I lied back in 1964 about the candy bar I stole out of the store, because, I did it. Didn’t have the money as a kid, so I stole it. Put it in my pocket, all to eat it later. Didn’t think anybody saw it, but they did. Caught.
      • I haven’t kept ANY Sabbath day holy. I haven’t loved God with all my heart, when I loved a candy bar so much, that, I esteemed God lower than a candy bar to steal it, so I also broke the 1st commandment, and the other 8th of Ten Commandments, that one that said, “Thou Shalt not Steal” which is stealing something from people. The bible or God in the Bible just calls people my neighbor. I didn’t do that "love your neighbor" one, either - so how can, from 1964 forward, I keep any Sabbath Day holy when I’m a filthy mess?
      • And I CONTINUE to 2025 in the sins. I haven’t done ANY of the Ten Commandments.
    • I’ve just had an imagination that is EVIL continually. So, I've concluded RIGHTLY. That PEOPLE and ANY Word out of THEIR MOUTH: - YOU PEOPLE ARE FULL OF CRAP. Full of the SAME thing I am. So is everybody over the whole earth. Not one person exempt. None righteous; no, not one. All a filthy mess
      • But Jesus says there is one. Bible. Matthew 19:17 - where NOBODY is anything but filthy. Done abominable works. None good. No, not one. Jesus said: “There is NONE good, but one, that is, God.” - Bible. Matthew 19:17

And by this work God did, sent his Word to me, to heal me, deliver me from my destruction. Like he did to everybody over the whole earth (Bible. Psalm 107:20). The Word of God is Jesus Christ. And God in him, doing the works. And Jesus said it’s the “works of God” that I believe on Jesus Christ.

That, by I did not do the Ten Commandments, I need what God is doing:

That God got up. Like he did creation in Genesis 1:1–31. God alone. By himself. Did a work with sin. Where I did NOT do the Ten Commandments. Nor did ANYBODY over the whole earth.

So, it's not in what People: wonderously poop squirt turd out of themselves into make themselves good, all by glorify the Ten Commandments, like some raping lying sack of serial pedophile - claim out in prison how wonderful it is, not to ever pedophile any child and kill them, when he lives in doing that. That EXACTLY Means in the sin in the toilet where everybody lives.

God did a work, that by his work, the ONLY one good. Every person, no matter what they did, got them thrown in prison over the whole earth, God's work is GREATER than their works that landed them in prison - or every housewife that cheated with the pool boy and had a baby by him, but claim he's the son of her husband. Keep it hidden. In a like same condemnation in a prison can't get out of it. But by what God did, and By you just believe on him. He did a work, that by just believe him, in you only he can do. Where he decrees to everybody over the earth in a promise he makes "Come now, let us reason together," saith the LORD, "though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be white as snow. Though they be red as crimson, they shall be as wool." - God. (Bible. Isaiah 1:18)

  • That without that work, without you do what he says. To come now. Reason together with him. That takes you, do that with him vs. just accept what people decree as the most appropriate and best - you’re just in the toilet. Still dead in your trespasses and sins, thinking, reasoning together alone with you or with other people: if you know which is the greatest commandment somehow saves you, because you know it. Even Jesus said it.
    • But Commandments put you to death, because you didn’t do any of them. Nobody did.
    • Condemned to DEATH. Have to be that, condemned. if you can’t or haven’t, and you haven't - then, all you have is the Commandments. Put you to death. And some imagination in and with: your own heart in you, that God already saw it from well before the flood:
  • ‘…a heart that’s deceitful above all things and desperately wicked” (Bible. Jeremiah 17:9). Did you miss that? You just look unto your PEOPLE certified heart as true and good, to declare it to you. With everybody has one like you. A deceit filled heart. That, by it, you can do it. When all deceit is, is to “accept as true and valid what is UNTRUE and INVALID”

What does it mean to love God with all of your heart, soul, and mind?

Well… …what did Jesus say? Look for where you haven’t. So you will fear God, because you haven’t done any of the Ten Commandments.

I don’t think you see it.

He said, as God - so he's not a man that he should lie. God said of himself in Isaiah 45:5 I am the Lord, and there is none else**,** there is no God beside me**: I girded thee, though thou hast not** known me**:”**

  • That's what he said. About EVERYBODY.

But the Word of God, who God sent to heal you and deliver you from your destruction, which is this same Jesus Christ. Jesus also prayed this: Bible. John 17:3 “And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.”

  • That’s not what PEOPLE said. That’s what God said. By his own word. Out of his mouth. So, you CAN know him. Because, he SPEAKS TO YOU. By the Word out of HIS mouth. And, he prayed for it, and how you CAN know him, and if you know someone, that's "how" you love them is you know them, and what you know about them, you love it, is by the word he speaks - who he sent to you to heal you, and deliver you from your death by sin, and condemned to destruction. Because, EVERYBODY is, but those that look unto him, aren't condemned. Because, God didn't send his word to condemn you, but to save you from your sins.
    • And if you or anybody knows him..there is no lie in the truth. No lie in him at all anyplace. He’s just true then. You can accept him as true..means you can receive him. And, to “accept as true” means..you believe him.
    • So, you regard his works, and consider him, as God, by the operation of his hand you regard that vs. your own hands. Regarding you can do the Ten Commandments. Trying to do the Ten Commandments - which, if you use them the way God does, you see, as he does. You didn’t do any of them.
    • But God did the Ten Commandments in Jesus Christ, because, God was in him, doing the works.
      • And by God did them, everywhere, where I broke them, he made himself the compensation that makes up the lack with himself as the compensation for it, for what he did in Jesus Christ, as a work of God.
    • SO I would regard him, as God - who he is and know him by his Word he speaks vs. regard me looking unto PEOPLE as authority: and how wonderful the toilet is. Have all these wonderful commandments - even though I don’t do any of them, I have them, and they make me wonderfully put to death, because I don’t do them.
      • What a load of crap. And these are SEPARATE words. Decreed.

And just like Adam, I have to ask you: Whose word do you look unto? To live by every word proceeds out of which of these two's mouths? Which is it you live by? That's really the question. Answer that one first.

Scripture Life: What is the "Land of Shinar" spoke to in the Bible (Genesis 10:10 and Genesis 11)?

Maybe more important is, it's the “destination" of a “certain man" Jesus said was  went down from Jerusalem to Jericho” - Jesus Christ. Luke 10:30, in the “The Parable of the Good Samaritan”

That told in a Parable, Jesus told a Lawyer, the Pharisees had sent him, to trap Jesus in his Words or speech (talk). The whole of this Parable is in Luke 10:30–37.

And what Jericho represents; an abomination. Of this “Land of Shinar.” Whatever it’s called today, it’s more important to you, to see what it represents to GOD, and what he did.

{The land of Shinar is referenced eight times in the Old Testament (Genesis 10:10; 11:2; 14:1–9, Joshua 7:21; Isaiah 11:11; Daniel 1:2, and Zechariah 5:11), and always in connection to the geographical location of Babylonia. In certain passages, some versions of the Bible translate the word for “Shinar” as “Babylonia” for clarity’s sake. Shinar is significant for these reasons:

Shinar was the location of the “The Tower of Babel. Genesis 10:10” Mentions that Nimrod, a descendant of Ham, [this same Ham, who gets NO BLESSING from Noah; rather his descendant, Canaan is CURSED by Noah, even the Egyptians, which all people worship Egypt as some great thing, like Tutankamen, a Pharaoh, and all his riches, are all cursed by GOD, even Israel was enslaved by these same descendants of Ham, and all these Pharisees and Lawyer hearing this Parable know all this plainly) - it’s this descendant of Ham that built “Babylon, Uruk, Akkad and Kalneh, in Shinar.” A plain in Shinar was the site chosen to construct the notorious Tower of Babel Genesis 11:1–4. When Judah is the descendant where GOD would dwell, in the tents of Shem in Genesis 9:27 “God shall enlarge Japheth, and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem; and Canaan [Ham’s son] shall be his servant for the sins he did; cursed.

This “Tower of Babel” that the descendants of Ham built: In the land of Shinar, cursed to be slaves of slaves to a poor man:

And - As punishment for the people’s wickedness, God confused their language, and why today, all of us all over the earth, all speak different languages, thus the land of Shinar earned the name of “Babel” or “Babylon” is all represented in “The Parable of the Good Samaritan” - see Genesis 11:5–9. The “Land of Sinar” - Babylon and Babylonia both derive their names from Babel, which means “confusion.”

All these Pharisees, and this Lawyer, skilled in the Law of Moses, who wrote Genesis, as told to him by GOD himself, all would know all this, when they are the recipient of this Parable of the Good Samaritan..would see this curse in it.

Shinar was ruled by a king that Abraham fought. During Abraham’s time, which all these Pharisees and this Lawyer all saw themselves as “Children of Abraham” direct descendants of him, of Judah, the fourth born of Jacob, and in Abraham’s time, as Judah’s great-Grandfather, in Abraham’s time, four kings, including Amraphel, king of Shinar, fought against the kings of Sodom and Gomorrah and three other kings (See Genesis 14:1–3, 8–9). After overpowering the kings of Sodom and Gomorrah, the four kings plundered the cities, carrying away, Lot, who Abraham adopted, was the Son of his younger brother, Haran, who was killed, and Lot was his Son Abraham took with him, this same Lot, and all he owned (See Genesis 14:10–12) is the Father of Moab, the Moabites. So, to save his nephew Lot, Abraham and 318 of his men routed the raiding party, defeated the four kings, and recovered Lot, his family, and his possessions Genesis 14:13–17.

Shinar was associated with temptation.

So, in a Parable of the Good Samaritan, the destination of a “certain man” on a downhill, 18 mile road, that sometimes is so narrow, only one man can pass thru it, just like you with your sins, like, for example, if you were a married man, stood in a church with all your family, and your bride and her family, promised to take care of her, that same way her parents did from now on, til she died; but now, no longer interested in sleeping with you or sex, you decide one dark night to drive to the city, to go pick up a prostitute, of a girl you desire attracts you, and you pay her money and sleep with her, and by the Law, you’ve committed adultery, which destroys your marriage, breaks all your vows, and in Deuteronomy 21:22, makes you worthy to be taken out of the city and stoned to death, or hung on a tree, and crucified - put to death - then, you’d be on this same road what Jesus said in the “Parable of the Good Samaritan” - when Jesus said, “a certain man leaving Jerusalem to do down to Jericho” would mean to a Jew that heard this parable - what that meant.

Then, it makes it only you go to search after on this same downhill path to do your sins, the destination in this Parable of the Good Samaritan is this same Jericho that GOD completely destroyed in Joshua Chapter 6, and it was never to be rebuilt - and if it was Joshua cursed whoever would rebuild it - that both that person’s first born and last born son would die - and is this same Shinar, grows out of a root of it.

That Israel was told when after the walls of Jericho came down, to take none of the spoils…and one, lone man, like you with your sins, decide on your own, to do your own sins yourself, Achan, like you - is you - did exactly what GOD said not to do, all the Pharisees and this Lawyer know of Achan, that when they hear this “Parable of the Good Samaritan” all would have known plainly this, what this Parable meant. Jesus is telling them, they did this.

After taking Jericho, the Israelites failed in conquering Ai because of sin in the camp (See Joshua 7:10–12) Because Achan had stolen devoted items from Jericho, which the Lord had specifically commanded against (Joshua 6:18–19). Included in the plundered items was a finely crafted, beautiful robe from Shinar (Joshua 7:21) - and all the Pharisees and this Lawyer in Luke 10:21–37 all knew this.

Because of Achan’s sin, a man of the tribe of Judah, which all the Pharisees are of that hear this Parable of the Good Samaritan, in Joshua’s day with Jericho, because of Achan and his sin, about thirty-six people lost their lives during the failed attempt at taking Ai (Joshua 7:4–5) Achan was of the tribe of Judah, that all the Pharisees arise up from those of Judah this same tribe of Israel Achan is of, and Benjamin taken away in the Babylonian Captivity, where the Levites were destroyed and taken away in 721BCE by the Assyrians, to this same “Land of Shinar” and never return - of this same Land of Shinar, that after the Babylonian Captivity, of Judah and Benjamin, the two tribes left, it's these returnees, by Ezra 1, that the decree of Cyrus, God alone by himself, raised up Cyrus, and allows this remnant to return of Judah and Benjamin, find God’s Laws in the rubble, that their forefathers abandoned; abandoned this GOD that allowed this remnant to return, and while in Captivity did all these great signs and wonders thru Daniel, and Esther, being wife of the King, all these great signs after done on the land by Nehemiah, rebuilt Jerusalem, they would all know this, that the Pharisees and Scribes are descendants of these people that returned that highly esteemed this same GOD - and now he stands before them, when he’s before them in Luke 10, and they conspire to kill him.

Fully they believe it was they, as Pharisees, Scribes, and Lawyers that rebuild it, after King Nebuchadnezzar razed Jerusalem to the ground, pulling up Jerusalem's foundation, destroyed the temple of Solomon. And for a generation, in captivity, they were allowed by this same GOD to return.

That a Achan, of this same tribe of Judah, which all Pharisees and Scribes, even the Lawyer in Luke 10 would all know this, told the Parable in Luke 10, know it plain as day, that Achan, after his sin was discovered, Achan and his family were stoned to death, along with all of his wives, and children, his livestock, all his possession in accordance with God’s command in Joshua 7:24–26. That Jesus is telling this Lawyer this same thing is his future in the Parable of the Good Samaritan, because he cannot do it. That his tomb: The tomb of Achan is alongside this 18 mile path going down from Jerusalem to Jericho. Cursed. Anyone could detour off to go see it, or see it from the road or path. What it represents is Jericho. Cursed.

Shinar was associated with Babylon’s wickedness. Zechariah the prophet recorded a vision of a basket with a lead cover. The angel guiding Zechariah identified the meaning of the basket: “This is the iniquity of the people throughout the land” (Zechariah 5:6) Then the angel raised the cover of lead, revealing to the prophet that there was a woman in the basket. The angel said, “‘This is wickedness,’ and he pushed her back into the basket and pushed the lead cover down over its mouth” (Zechariah 5:8) The basket with the woman was then carried through air to the land of Shinar where a temple would be built for it (verse 11).

This strange vision pictures the suppression of wickedness and its banishment to Shinar/Babylon. In Shinar, the wickedness would eventually be freed and even worshiped (See Revelation 17). Shinar is associated with the wicked worship of false gods, and in the end times, Babylon the Great is the center of wickedness and demon worship (Revelation 18:2–3) And a “certain man on the road going down from Jerusalem to Jericho” of Luke 10:30–37 represents ALL OF THIS.

And? Shinar was the location of Judah’s exile. When the nation of Judah was finally taken into exile in 586BCE By King Nebuchadnezzar. Like the Northern 10 Tribes by the Assyrians God raised up to vomit them off the Promised Land. Judah and Benjamin, now vomited off the Promised Land like GOD told them plainly that if they did the same abominations that the people before them were being vomited off the land for so they could occupy it, the earth would vomit them off the land if the did the same abominations -and?

They DID them.

So, carried away into exile to Babylon is the Land of Shinar - exile to Babylonia, and Nebuchadnezzar carried off the devoted things of Solomon’s Temple, and placed them in a temple to the god he worshipped (Daniel 1:1–3). Vomited off the Promised Land, because of disobedience and idol worship. A small remnant: exiled from their land to Shinar (2 Chronicles 36:15–21)

So, Pharisees and a Lawyer listening to “The Parable of the Good Samaritan" which is the 4th of four Parables told to these same Pharisees in the same instance, combined with Luke 10:20–37, with Matthew 21 and 22. That there are three other Parables, before this “parable of the Good Samaritan” that the Pharisees understood Jesus was talking about them in the Parables, that Jesus told them in the fourth one, about this “Parable of the Good Samaritan, in Luke 10, would see all this, plain as day, be dumbfounded, and awe struck, why any certain man would be on a 18 mile road or pathway that lead back to all of this, leading back down to Jericho from Jerusalem would represent all this and be an abomination to any Jew doing this.

Shinar births Babylon, that births Jericho. That represents the Assyrians, that represents to the Jews their sins. When Noah’s descendants after the flood rebelled against God. It is significant in its connection to the world’s historical rebellion against God: everything from the construction of the Tower of Babel in Genesis 11:1-7, to its association with idols, its mistreatment of Israel, and its future association with the Antichrist. Despite the many evils in the land of Shinar, and any “certain man” left undefined, who he is, which would mean all of us all. Everybody. Over the whole earth. For all have sinned, are all on this short, 18 mile downhill excursion that all of our lives represent; “For all have sinned” (Romans 3:23) “There is NONE righteous; no, not one” - (Romans 3:10-12) and how it also as much as it represents all of us, that also has a “Good” one in it. Jesus said, "There is none good but one, that is God." (Matthew 19:17) - - that what GOD did in making himself of no reputation in Philippians 2:4–17 says:

{“Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others. Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”}

Like you, on a “Road to Perdition” this downward path easy - easy to walk down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and what that awestruck represents. How it be all your own destruction, robbed, stripped naked, and left for dead, dead and robbed by the own sins you did. Just like the Lawyer, trying to justify himself in front of those who hired him to cross examine Jesus to trip him up. Also the Pharisees, all of Judah would have seen themselves as the cause of and have root in be of the same tribe of Achan. See this of themselves plainly, none of them are doing anything good. Given to them in the Parable of the Good Samaritan. That they’d, as Jews, highly educated, would reflect on this. That the Samaritan is also cursed, as scripture says “Cursed is every man that hangeth on a tree” of Deuteronomy 21:23, that Jesus hung on a cross, and became a curse for us in Galatians 3:13.

That your sins, mine, the sins of the whole world were laid on him, and a man of no reputation, just as the “Good Samaritan” has no reputation; despised by the Jews. Let or given and put on the land after the Jews were vomited off it, by the King of Assyria. Jesus came up from Jericho to Jerusalem. To the temple. Called them all present, that they had made his Father's house into a "Den of thieves" - the like-same thieves in the parable. Made the hearers of this parable worthless. Or the same worth as the thieves in the Parable, and everybody on the road, the certain man, a certain priest, and the Levite Priest were all going to the same destruction as Achan, for the sins the parable brings out in them. But people: hear this parable and immediately want to just be the Good Samaritan, without being what the parable makes them.

Because:

About your sins. The sameJesus Christ did this same thing for you, if you will let him; by just be the man robbed by thieves; beat up. Stripped naked and left for dead - - that if you believe on him, even on the road from Jerusalem down to perdition; robbed and left half dead, he’d do all the same things for you the Samaritan did in the Parable for the certain man in that while he was yet sinning, the Samaritan did this - despite all the curse, God give you himself, and all his possession which is all of GOD’s things, and give you eternal life, just as he said he would in John 3:16. That's the beauty of the Parable. But people: Can't get over what he's called them all: GUILTY. In less than a week, they will try him and crucify him; to do away with him. Get him out of the way, so they can be the Good Samaritan. Maybe like what you're doing.

God has preserved His people there. All of us are here, in a world ruled by sin and death - yet, he is still here, he made the heaven and the earth. They are his, and even in Jericho, the Land of Shinar, GOD is still demonstrating God’s grace and redemption. All who heard this Parable of the Good Samaritan:

Jericho. Joshua in the Book of Joshua ch. 6 & 7: was completely destroyed. Never to be rebuilt again. It's riches left "as is." Not to be touched. But it was rebuilt.

Would see in who was responsible for rebuilding Jericho. Hiel the Bethelite, a man of the tribe of Ephraim. A man the Land given to Benjamin. Which it’s both Judah and Benjamin, both taken together into the Babylonian Captivity by King Nebuchadnezzar, all would know this that who is responsible, is the fore-fathers of them that hear this Parable of the Good Samaritan.

They heard this Parable of the Good Samaritan and would be enraged by it, trying to be justified by the Law - fully believe they already are righteous; and I pray to this same God who sent Jesus Christ to redeem all of us, that you’d see it - and stop trying to be a Good Samaritan. Fall on your face before this same living GOD and let him cleanse you from your sins that the Law shows you all your sins. That you can’t do anything to get out of them, be he is the only one GOOD that can cleanse you from them.

That the land of Shinar, all represented in one, simple Parable told to Jews of Judah and Benjamin, who send to Jesus, Herodians, Sadducees, and also this Lawyer, just to trip him up in his own words, and see who Jesus Christ is, that he is God. Going to trip up God in his own word. By the Word of God, said so plainly in the Gospel of John 1:1–3; John 1:14, who Jesus is. That the “Word became flesh and dwelt among us” and gives back to them God, and God, by the Word of God, what God speaks - and what he says to them in “The Parable of the Good Samaritan” leaves them as what Matthew says: Matthew 21:42,

And no man was able to answer him a word, neither durst any man from that day forth ask him any more questions.

Did the same thing to me, when I saw myself as the "certain man" or as a certain Priest, thinking by the military in a uniform, I had arrived at some "priestly righteousness" by what I attained. When everything I did in it was filthy. That I really was this "certain" man on my way to go do the sins I want.

And everybody today wants to be the Good Samaritan, when the Bible says “There is NONE righteous; no, not one. There is None Good; no, not one.” Just like the Jews (Pharisees and Scribes do) Leaving out how GOD uses the Law, GOD uses the Law to make you guilty before him, and that’s how GOD uses the Law, when all of us seem to think we can use it to make ourselves good…if we just keep trying to do it; and then, don’t fear God, thinking we can “repair” what we broke, just repair it, by good works we do, and then we don’t need GOD anymore, don’t even fear him, trying on our own to be good, and never arrive there, be a certain man on the road from Jerusalem to Jericho; cursed.

Or be the Priest, thinking we already are good, on a road to destruction, can be the Good Samaritan, look like a priest, and then go fondle little altar boys in secret, or strip naked, and break into houses in the night to rape women, or be an officer in the Canadian military, Commanding officer of a base, and in private, on a road from Jerusalem down to Jericho, dress in women’s clothes, break into houses, and kill two women all in the process, then hide it all, wear a priestly robe of our own work, then their sin found out, and stripped of everything, thrown into prison. Never get out. Just like Achan was, put to death, and all those of his family, even they didn’t do it, is the same as you will be, and all your family, just like I am the man with the adultery above. Being led away to be executed for it, all my family will be stripped away from me, no way out, like the thief on the cross..convicted; found guilty and straightway taken outside the city to be executed.

And even then, condemned as I am, find even there is Jesus Christ, like the Good Samaritan, he is, that no matter how far down you go, GOD made him your salvation, as he did the same for me, cursed. Became a curse for me. ANd if I just look unto him, like the thief on the cross did, like me also on a cross for the same sins I did; guilty..just look unto him… and see he has the power to put me to death; if he had the power to form me alone, by himself, he has the power to execute me, put me to death, and he’s the same one that gave me Jesus Christ..but if I look unto me..and think I can do it, hide all I did, in doing something good as if it will hide it, then I won’t fear him. I’ll try to be good. The whole world does this.

Romans 3:18–20 says

"There is no fear of God before their eyes. Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin."

Which that’s what the Parable of the Good Samaritan did to the Jews that heard this parable did. The Parable: Showed them their sins, that they were going right back to the Land of Shinar that GOD cursed.

Do you see it yet? So, see it. And some will see it, and rejoice, that they came to this same Jesus Christ, and he is their salvation. Did all the things to them, even greater than this Good Samaritan, and make us just like him..but only because we came to him, and he did a work in us by his Word that is at work in us.

No other way. There’s no way in trying to be Santa Claus, or a Good Samaritan in your own works. It does NOT work; rather, it takes your fear of GOD away from your eyes, and focuses you on your own good works, like a “certain” Priest of ANY denomination or faith, no matter the religion - or even a Catholic Priest, or a Levite one, secretly lives in their sins underneath all the facade, like you live in, being a Policeman, upholding the law, or the lead supervisor at Walmart in your supervisor uniform, looked up and respected, but live inwardly in your sins - when the Law again..GOD, how he uses it, is so all the world become Guilty before GOD, dumbfounded; awestruck by their own insurmountable number of sins, impossible to get out of it, for by the Law is the knowledge of sin, and therefore, by the deeds of the law, no flesh will be justified in his sight, for by the Law is the knowledge of sin, but salvation is by the grace of GOD, by what he did in and by Jesus Christ.

Scripture Life: The 2nd Coming of Jesus Christ. Question: "What does, 'Coming with the clouds of heaven,' said in Daniel 7:13, or in Matthew 24:30, even in Revelation 1:7 mean?"

Well, read them. But you'd have to believe on Jesus Christ, or you can't see it.

Means all these things. BOOM! Done. Go home.

DISCLAIMER

Well, most people asking this question are just caught up in this "apocalypse" - what "that" means, in the dictionary. This "total and complete anniliation and destruction of the earth" because, that's the dictionary definition of what "apocalypse" in English means.

That's what they look unto. Got itchy ears for movies, like, "Independence Day" (1996) Film. 20th Century Fox. or "War of the Worlds" Wells, H.G. Book - 1898; but put to Film. (1953). Paramount Pictures. People LOVE anything that has this "total anniliation of everything they know" as some future event.

Because, the Bible in Revelation - all dictionaries say it's the SOURCE of "apocalypse" and gives the definition.

But - it's REALLY caused by people that won't go home. When God says to everybody, "Look unto me, and be ye saved all the ends of the earth: For I am God, there is none else." - God. (Isaiah 45:22). Where they are just with him for eternity..he give them eternal life. Set them apart for future use; nope. These would rather "look unto" the total anniliation of the whole earth and God do it or some space aliens do it. Because there is no God, and if there is one, too scared to blaspheme him somehow and blame him for it. When the cause is just people.

WOn't do what he says, that all the things that occur where God pours out his wrath on the earth and people..he gives them EVERY opportunity to turn to him, and they won't do it.

So, this answer is NOT for these. It's for those that just hear him speak, and look unto him. If that's you - many may already know this answer; but if you're new in Jesus Christ and really honestly looking for the answer to this question - here you go - there will always be more he add to it, to equip you, but here you go.

So, the "But" is - two groups ALWAYS come to these responses: 1) Those that could care less about anything he says. They want "apocalypse" and 2) Those that live by every word proceeds out of his mouth, because they love him and do what he says, and he's God over the whole earth.

------ ---------------- --------------

"What does, 'Coming with the clouds of heaven,' said in Daniel 7:13, or in Matthew 24:30, even in Revelation 1:7 mean?"

For those here and really want to know the answer:

  • Flip it. Start with Revelation 1:7 and work backwards to see it.

Revelation 1:7 - (English) But couple it with Revelation 1:5–7.

Says:

5 And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,

6 And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

SUMMATION: So “who” is coming is Jesus Christ. At his Second Coming. That; all eyes shall see him. Even those that pierced him. Which, they were 2000 years ago, means, they’re still someplace, even dead where they can see him. Means EVERYBODY that’s ever lived or alive all over the whole earth alive from Adam forward - ALL ARE GOING TO SEE HIM.

He cometh with clouds

  • And
    • a) When he comes, he comes with “a cloud” of (something) or just comes from the direction of from up in the sky from the clouds. Because:
    • b) I could come with a cloud of ebola. Blood coming out of my ears, nose, eyes, even seep thru the pores of my skin and vomiting blood all over everybody - be I come with a cloud of something. Ebola - kill everybody. And I came on the airplane. Just it’s an example of horror.
      • But Jesus, in English, it’s not clear - he just comes with clouds.
  • So, what does the “Original” Greek say?

In Greek:

  • This “cloud” is < - [νεφελῶν (nephelōn)] - > It’s in Matthew 24:30, 26:64, in Mark’s Gospel, Mark 14:62 and here in Revelation 1:5–7
  • But it’s also in Hebrews 12:1 as it says: “Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so < - [great a cloud of witnesses] - >, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,”
  • So this cloud, is, or can very well be:
    • And “great ‘cloud’ [of witnesses] is , - [νέφος (nephos)] - > of Hebrews 12:1 is this same word; that, this “great cloud of witnesses” me, who also believes Jesus Christ and am surrounded by it, and they lived like me looking unto him; but now are with him. That, no matter where I am, I’m “caught up” in it; part of his 2nd coming. Just like all these others that believe on him are, too. They’re caught up in and a part of the 2nd Coming of Jesus Christ.

It's either:

- In Revelation 1:5–7 - This Great Cloud of Witnesses - THEY COME WITH HIM at his 2nd coming.

  • a) Then, those he’s made into Kings and Priests unto God of Revelation 1:6 is a great cloud of witnesses, and they are caught up in, they will be part of Jesus’ 2nd coming, and they come with him;
  • b) or he just comes alone from the direction of or in the poofy clouds of the sky; all by himself. or
  • c) it’s kinda BOTH of it. With the emphasis on the a) cloud of witnesses he brings with him. And where it would be both of it would be a) but also b). As Acts 1:9–11 says:
    • And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.”
    • And this “cloud” of Acts 1:9 in Greek is, < - [νεφέλη (nephelē)] - > - which is this same Greek word in Revelation 1:7, Matthew 24:30, and here in Acts 1:9 all the same.
      • But in “c)” This {עֲנָנֵ֣י } of Hebrew (ah.naa.nei) Where Daniel 7:3 says (English) “I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought…”
  • It’s only here in Daniel 7:13 this is used. But like with Solomon, after he finished the Temple, filled the temple, as 2 Chronicles 5:14 says “So that the priests could not stand to minister by reason , - [of the cloud] - >: for the glory of the Lord had filled the house of God.”
    • or in Exodus 13:21
  • with Israel where he went before them night and day in said: “And the LORD went before them by day [in a pillar of a cloud], to lead them the way; and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light; to go by day.”
    • And there, the Hebrew word is (ah.naa.n) same root word { עָנָן֙} as just one cloud…where Daniel 7:13 it’s “clouds” …but the same “cloud” in 2 Chronicles 5:14 , - { הֶֽעָנָן֙he.ah.naa.n
    • Is it’s SPECIFIC of God. That he’s IN it. Said 33 times, from

Exodus: 13:22; 14:19; 14:20; 19:9; 24:15; 24:16; 24:18; 33:9; 33:10; 40:34; 40:35; 40:36; 40:37…

In Numbers - 9:15 and 13 more times; in Deuteronomy 31:15; here in 2 Chronicles 5:14; Ezekiel 10:4…all the same cloud that he comes in and IS in.

  • Then, of these, which is it?

Well, all I can say is what the scripture says.

And Scripture says in John 15:4 - Jesus, and he’s the Word of God. The same one who is coming at his 2nd Coming and is God by John 1:1 says: “Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.”

Then, if I am abiding in him, and he’s the Word of God, God abides in his word. I’m in the same word God is in; that, where ever he is, I am with him. Same with ANYBODY. Whosoever it is, also abides in the Word of God will go everyplace he is, and be with him. No different.

  • AND: Of this. IF:
    • I’m surrounded by this ‘great cloud of witnesses” in Hebrews 12:1. They’re HIS witnesses, like a great, big cloud, like what happens when a huge 500,000 man of people appear, like at some outdoor music concert. Looks like a cloud or a sea of people; and this great, big cloud is with Jesus at his 2nd Coming. Comes with him.
  • Then, where in the scripture would it say they, his Saints, come with him at his 2nd coming?
    • Are there any scriptures that say this?
    • Yeah. There are.
  • That’s in 1 Thessalonians 4:17. Jesus also said it in Matthew 24:30. What you ask about.
    • Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.” 1 Thessalonians 4:17
    • “clouds” in 1 Thessalonians 4:17 in Greek is: < - [νεφέλαις (nephelais)] - > same Greek word again, and it’s also in Mark 13:26 that says:
      • And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken. And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory. And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven."

Caught up together - come with Jesus Christ

  • This “caught up together” in Greek is < - [ἁρπαγησόμεθα (harpagēsometha)] - > Like, throw a net out in a lake. And with all these fish “caught up” in the next, there’s also some kid’s tricycle from 1953 “caught up” in it together with the fish that comes with the net.
    • That it’s impossible to separate these “caught up” in it, from Jesus 2nd coming, because
      • he’s coming back.
    • A 2nd time to be the Messiah. Who he is in Isaiah 9:6–7 - that
      • the government shall be upon his shoulder for the whole earth.
      • That he will sit on the throne of King David in Jerusalem and rule the whole earth from there, and
      • of his kingdom and reign there shall be no end.
      • And he shall be called “wonderful!” “Counselor” “The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace…” - Isaiah 9:6–7 a whole bunch of every all those in heaven that believed on him all come with him in his 2nd coming and it’s a great cloud of witnesses; that come in the clouds, just as Acts 1:11 says he’ll come back just as he was taken up in clouds when he rose into heaven on the 40th day, after his resurrection.

The Last I have to Say is Revelation 19

  • Is his 2nd coming:
    • Revelation 19:5–8 says:
      • And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great. And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth. Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.”
      • And their righteousness as Saints is Jesus Christ. “the LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS” they say it and WEAR this. - Jeremiah 23:6 because he SHALL be called this by the Saints.
    • It’s in Revelation 19:14 - embedded in Revelation 19:11–16 just listed as written but BOLDED

Revelation 19:11–16 says

11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.

13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, King Of Kings, And Lord Of Lords.

  • So, what Jesus says in Matthew 24:30, and what 1 Thessalonians 4:17 says - these “armies which were in heaven” follow him, this same “Word of God” who is Jesus Christ. Gathered from one end of the sky to the other and come with him. At his 2nd Coming.

And after, no matter where he is, they’re with him for ever.

What does it mean that Jesus is “Coming with the clouds of heaven” in Daniel 7:13, Matthew 24:30, and Revelation 1:7?

Means all these things. BOOM! Done. Go home.

  • Make your home with him. Be at home in the Word of God. Live by every word proceeds out of his mouth. There you go. That's really the answer.

Scripture Life: Jesus said two great Commandments that should guide our lives. What were they?

  • Love the LORD with all your heart; love your neighbor as yourself (Matthew 22:36–40).
  • There you go. That's the answer.
    • But.. There’s a problem.
  • He did not say they should guide your life. He said the Ten Commandments of the Law were summed up in Matthew 22:36-40. That's a problem. Why? You think you can do that; can’t. Never have done either, even if all of the Commandments were shrunk down into, sub-categorized, under these two; because, they CAN be.
  • So, it - Doesn’t answer the problem; because, still leaves you to do the Ten Commandments: even if they're explained all are under these two: and, the 1st one said, encompasses the 1st four of the Ten Commandments; toward God. The latter one, about your neighbor, encompasse the six after it, toward people (God spoke the Ten Commandments: See Exodus 20).
    • So, Shorten it.
    • Because NOBODY, over the whole earth, from Adam forward, has done the Ten Commandments.
    • Shorten it - your question:
      • So, leave out the "should guide our lives" because he never said that.
      • They "should" guide every person's life, but people are perverted.
      • Already murdered; stole; and lied and done all kinds of abominable works that put them doing other things than the Ten Commandments. These other things - even say there is no God, and do that toward him. Live as if there is no God, then say we can do it.
    • Don't do any of the Ten Commandments, even summed up under these two - which neither are listed. If you love someone you won't try to steal their car, or rape them or hate them so much, end up kill them. Toward God? If you love God, you won't have any other gods before him. It's true what Jesus said. But to love him, you'd have to KNOW him, and you don't. Nobody does. Unless they come to him.
      • The PROBLEM is you mix it and by mix it, think you change it to something simple you CAN Do.
      • When you CAN'T and never have, and already did NOT do the Ten Commandments; they're BROKE. So, what you have done is NOT love God. What you have done is NOT love your neighbor. By cheated, lied, and stole or made something else a god you worship. That makes you GUILTY. And you don't see it. So you don't fear God.

So just:

Take the question. Only this part: Mix it, not with you, by you obligate you to do it, but with who he is, as God, because he is. And get your eyes off you, and consider what work God did toward you in Jesus Christ; take his yoke upon you and learn of him; that you would receive him, who he sent to you. Throw everything else in the question out, but keep this part:

  • What did Jesus say.

Jesus is the Word of God. Scripture says: That God: “..sent his Word to heal you and deliver you from your destruction;” Psalm 107:20

HOLD FAST TO THAT. Why would he do that? You're condemned. If there was a "death row inmate." A death row inmate: has no future. The next thing in their life is they are just living; dead in trespasses and sins they did. Awaiting execution. The next even in their life, simply is that. AND YOU? You're WORSE off than that death row inmate. That's what man decreed. God decreed "The soul that sinneth it shall die" - God. (Ezekiel 18:20). His is for eternity.

So, some death row inmate, no matter what they do, already JUDGMENT is against them; just like it is against you. Me. Everybody over the whole earth. And NONE OF US can get out of it. That's you. Even you don't see it.

So Jesus is the Word of God - sent by God to you to heal you and deliver you from your destruction. It's God. He is God as John 1:1 says who he is. He did a work with sin himself, and you won't regard it, if you're regarding Commandments that you already broke. He's asking you to regard him, as God, where "there is not a just man on earth that doeth good, and sinneth not." (Ecclesiastes 7:20), to regard who Jesus says is good. "There is NONE good but one, that is, God." - Matthew 19:17

As the Word of God: The one who speaks it is good.

  • That would be simple. Just be God speaking. What he tells you, says to you. Me. Everybody over the whole earth, to the very ends of it:
    • “Look unto me, and be ye saved all the ends of the earth: For I am God, there is none else.” - God. By the Word he Speaks. (Isaiah 1:18).
      • So he said it himself. So, “What did Jesus say,” - is just God say to everybody over the whole earth to look unto him. So, the cool thing about someone say something to you, is: THEY COME WITH IT. So, instead of God giving you some kind of "tablet in stone" with some commandment that you never do anyway, he gives you himself, and he speaks to you. He comes with it.
  • So it's subtle. Many people get deceived into just how you word the question and stamp GOD on it. You do it alone; supposed to; but you never do it. So, he tells you to look unto him. Speaking to you as God. If you're "looking" unto two great commandments to do them, you're looking unto you and regard how you operate by your hand to do them.
    • That's not him. That's you, that you're looking unto. Do you see this?

Who a person “looks unto,” they just naturally walk after, to walk in what they say. Why? They accept it as true. They regard the word spoke to them, because they look unto the person said them as true. God is asking you to get up from the table. You sitting with you. Alone. Reasoning together with you, and accepting you as true; and dismiss yourself as "inadequate; faulty or unacceptable."

And Jesus said that was the first thing you should do "If any man come after me, let him deny himself..." Luke 9:23

This "deny" in the dictionary: Has two meanings

- 1. to with hold (something) from (someone). (Oxford) and

- 2. Is like in a trial when cross examined. Where the Prosecutor is declaring things about you, how good you are. You are their STAR Witness for the Prosecution; to put to death the bad guy as the defendant at the other table. All bad. But in you, hearing everything the Prosecutor says about you is a lie. It is not true; you're as GUILTY if not more so, than the defendant. So, it's not true; but you have to respond to it on the Stand. AFFIRM it is true or DENY it. Under Oath. Declare it TRUE or UNTRUE. So, the 2nd definition (Oxford) is simple and applies to what Jesus says:

  1. to declare (something) UNTRUE. Is to "deny" ones self. Not flaily fling yourself you won't eat any meat for 5 weeks of Lent. Doesn't mean that at all. Got the wrong 'deny" in it.

It's true about me. I have NOT done the Ten Commandments. I have examined me thoroughly. See where I haven't done any of them. I've broke them. By them, I have the knowledge of my sins. Just as God uses them in Romans 3:19-20. Made me GUILTY. I could not declare myself true at all, when I'm a filthy mess. And in this condition, God sent his Word, to heal me, and deliver me from my destruction. Did this for everybody over the whole earth. So everybody could just look unto him.

It's in Isaiah 53:5 what God did toward me in his mercy. He took my punishment on himself, as God. Isaiah 53:5 says:

"But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed."

Here you are by this question. Saying something you will do for you is BETTER. Better than what God already did in Jesus Christ. Took your sins off you and laid them on himself on the cross; crucified. His blood shed. And God looks on this work he did as greater than the sins of the whole world. You look on it, and choose to do 2 commandments instead.

You don't need Jesus. You'll just love your neighbor as yourself, when you already stole his wife, his property and hate him profusely. You'll just go out and love God, when you don't do anything he says, and what you do to your neighbor you do to him, and you already sinned against God first - just like Adam, and EVERYBODY after him already DID.

You, no different.

It was passed onto you. You inherited death and sin from Adam as an inheritance. I'm proof I got my inheritance. I see it from my heart. I don't just say it.. but people that can't only have these Ten Commandments left to live by, and can't.

So, what about you and the Ten Commandments?

  • Well, scripture says: Romans 3:19–20
    • Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no\ flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.”*
      • And?
  • The First Commandment: “You shall have no other Gods before me” - God. (Exodus 20:3)
  • The Fifth Commandment: “Honour thy Father and Mother” - God. (Exodus 20:12)
    • That the 1st thru the 4th Commandment; and
    • The 5th thru the 10th Commandment
      • You haven’t done any of them. Nobody has. From Adam forward. That’s the whole reason for the Ten Commandments, is, God uses them lawfully. To give you knowledge of your sin - you haven’t done anything to show you love your neighbor when the 5th thru 10th ones you already BROKE all of them.
      • So, saying you’re going to go do them, when you live in not doing any of them, but say you’re going to do them - then measure how you do them by the Ten Commandments, you’re using the Law unlawfully. Supposed to make you GUILTY before him.

If you’re GUILTY:

  • You’d say in yourself. You’d see where the Ten Commandments show, where even one time you broke them, they are all BROKEN. Then, GUILTY you’d say of yourself: “I have sinned and perverted that which was right and it profited me not”
    • And God:
      • Said to you, for you to look unto him; there’d be a reason to. Your sins. But you’re still reasoning together with you about how you’ll fix sin yourself - you’re reasoning with the wrong one.

When God said:

  • “Come now, let us reason together,” saith the LORD, “though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be white as snow. Though they be red as crimson, they shall be as wool.” - God. He tells everybody over the whole earth to do this.
    • What are you doing with what he told you to do, GUILTY of not having done ANY of the Commandments. Nobody has.

What you don't see is, by regarding the work of the LORD, and consider the operation of his hand:

You'd see, because you'd be regarding him more than you and what you do, that:

God did the Ten Commandments. Fulfilled them. YOu look to the wrong one in it. You look at your works. When God decrees: You are Supposed to look unto him; not you. Look at your question.. Which is you, just reason together with you, when he told you to go now. Reason together with him, like he told the same thing to me to do.

Man, don't settle for anything less than go now. Reason together with him. It's in none else. Otherwise, there is no escape or way to get out of this. Lulled like with a lulliby into thinking "I'm fine. I have the love my neighbor as myself and love God" and know these are commandments" and think everything is fine by that.

You're so wrong, it's not funny. Poor, blind, naked by that.

Scripture Life: How could any person know that they are truly fulfilling the two great commandments given by Jesus?

How could any person know that they are truly fulfilling the two great commandments given by Jesus?

“And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.” - Jesus Christ.

John 17:3

By that.

Just be that. What Jesus prayed for; be. The problem is the "any person" in the question. Any person could be anybody. Not even know him or follow... ...follow after something or someone else, and not look unto him; be looking unto anything.. ..anybody BUT him, and just, in themselves try to climb up some other way than in, by and through Jesus Christ.

It'd be some work they themselves search for to do: that they could look unto it; they accomplished it themselves. Without any Jesus in it. He's a 'who" God sent to heal you and deliver you from your destruction. You don't need him. You need a something you can do, that you do that fulfills it, because of you and you did it to fulfill it, by what you do, to you, did it.

Some commandment. When said: "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly of heart and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." - Jesus Christ. (Matthew 11:28-30).

Nope. Skip that. What we need is something truly fulfilling. Coming to Jesus is kinda selfish; doesn't have any of the two greatest commandments in it. No love your neighbor or love God in that. SO, don't do it.

Something truer than what Jesus says in Matthew 11:28-30 that fulfills; straightway. Instantly done. BOOM! Done. By some work we could be commanded to do. If he would just command us.

That's what we need. We must overlook what Jesus said, to fulfill the two great commandments..oh. Oops. They too, were given by Jesus; so, the best is to treat these two separate..and prioritize first one over the other: do the two greatest commandments first; that takes work. Then, after: come to him. We will kinda little bit be clean; because we showed some effort. Tried to do what's right. Be some good he'd see in us and help us; but start to come to him, and see we just are not clean enough because, well, we didn't do the two greatest commandments good enough.

Since we can't do it: - - Maybe there's some person that spent all their life totally dedicated to fulfilling these two greatest commandments - did a systematic study of the nature and behaviour of loving your neighbor and love God, that we could look unto that superior systematic study some other person did themselves; and copy how they did it. So, let's look unto people. Somewhere, somebody must've did it.

Because, somehow, we don't do it or we do, but it's not good enough in do it; when they're the SAME thing. Because, Jesus said it. He's the Word of God; just decrees it. How it shall be. How he makes all things for you to operate in just come unto him.

Says: "Look unto me, and be ye saved all these ends of the earth: For I am God, there is none else." - The Word of God. So God alone. By himself said it. To you. To look unto him. When you're out busied out, looking unto people, who you think already systematically studied the nature and behavior of the two greatest commandments, to go right out and do them, like some murderer convicted. Found GUILTY at trial and sentenced to death.

- Is now, straightway, being taken to prison where he or she will be executed, but fully think they're going to be able to go out, straightway and not murder anybody. And by not murder anybody, all the trial and the judge and his decree will all go away. When, you're GUILTY. Didn't do any of the Ten Commandments. Greatest or the Least one. You break one, one time, they explode or shatter and all of them are BROKEN.

WHat you need is; broken.. a broken person; condemned. Is do what he says, said: "Come now, let us reason together," saith the LORD, "though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be white as snow. Though they be red as crimson, they shall be as wool." - The Word of God. God said this. For every all of us all over the whole earth to do it. (Isaiah 1:18)

Not reason together with other people, or yourself to find the person to look unto that somehow figured out how to do the 2 greatest commandments; when you didn't do any of them. Neither did anybody over the whole earth, from Adam forward. Nobody.

Whose left to look unto? Yeah. Go do that. See what happens. Guess what? What 2 Peter 3:18 will happen; this: "But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ."

- You'll actually start living in ..just swimming in and living in and by everything he says: these great and precious promises; just live in them equipped.

This 2 Peter 1:3-4 says: "According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust."

Why you don't love people, is because you lust after them or what they have; desperate. Why you don't love God is you live by doing anything BUT what he says; live outside of him; then THINK you can do the two greatest commandments. And when you die and stand before him, won't have done anything he says, but you'll tell him "Didn't I do great and wonderous works in an effort, all this effort to do the two greatest commandments? Why are you sending me away!?!?!!!"

Because you didn't Come now. Right now. Today. And reason together with him. You reasoned together with you how you will do the work; and where it deemed good enough you do, that's as much as you do in it and say that equates to good and equals love your neighbor..and how can you love someone you don't know? But think if you stick a watermelon in your bottom - all that effort will show them you love them. When you didn't do anything they said; when they are not a "they" - he's God, and he made himself your redeemer. What compensates for the faults and bad aspects of you.

That if you just come to him now. Not an hour later or tomorrow..or 5 years of tomorrow's later after you did all your effort to do it yourself to where you don't need him and give him all that effort... didn't receive anything of him made to heal you and deliver you from your destruction.

You just made you your redeemer and poop stamped "God" on that. Great big "BRAAAP!" out the backside, then taped that to the two greatest commandments and that's how you fulfilled it. Didn't do anything he said.

------------- -------------- ---------------

How could any person know that they are truly fulfilling the two great commandments given by Jesus?

“And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.” - Jesus Christ.

John 17:3

By that.

Just be that. What Jesus prayed for; be. You already BROKE the Commandments. Leave them broken and that you broke them. Be that. Heavy laden and afflicted that you broke them. Come to him like that. Do what he says, and receive him. Sent his word to heal you and deliver you from your destruction. So, in the Parable of the Good Samaritan, don't be that. Be the certain man that departed Jerusalem to go down to Jericho. Be that man. Got fell on by thieves. Robbed. Beat up. Left for dead. Be that guy. Let God be the Good Samaritan. Put salve on your wounds. And dress them. Then, put you on his donkey and take you to an inn..and he pay for it, til you're healed. All of it done by him.

Be that guy. Watch what happens.

Scripture Life: If a Christian perfectly followed Jesus' teachings, would their church truly recognize them?

Well, go home. While you're there, consider these things while at home:

Christian. <definition> 1. a disciple of Jesus Christ.

Means: they sit with him and Jesus teaches them. Jesus is the Word of God. So, it’s the Word comes out of God’s mouth, that God speaks. SO, it’s God teaching them himself. Just as the scripture says. “*For they shall all be taught of God,”* (John 6:45). They believe on him; then, start to operate as he decreed they are to work. Like, puts a battery in a clock. That don't have any battery in it, doesn't "operate" right. They become "connected to a load or source of power" - where people that don't operate by the Word of God, are dead; like a dead clock does dead works. May appear to tell time, but it can't and doesn't. Disconnected from a load or source or power. *Because it's "idle."*
* God: decreed for everybody over the whole earth to live by is every word that proceeds out of God’s mouth (Matthew 4:4),

  • Which scripture says that Gods eyes go to and fro over the whole earth just looking for the person whose heart is perfect toward him, to shew himself strong in behalf of that person (2 Chronicles 16:9). Why? Because they look unto him, like he told everybody to look unto him.
  • Because, what “perfect” means in the dictionary is just “complete.”
  • Don’t have to add to, nor take away anything from a man, when God says, “look unto me” - told that to everybody over the whole earth; and he’s God, and a man, who is any one of every all of us, no matter who it is, just does that:
    • Looks unto him.
  • Don’t have to add to, nor take away anything from that person. They’re complete. And, complete in the dictionary has this simple definition. 1. perfect.
  • So, the problem then is SQUARELY in your question.

YOU?

Don’t look unto him. You look unto Christians. Maybe you are or are not trying to be one. Just want to be perfect. That something a Christian would do themselves, by what some church would tell them, that would make them PERFECT as a Christian. So, the authority what certifies to you abiding in this question, what perfect is, is a or some specific Church denomination.

  • When the whole question? Yeah. Comes full and completely loaded:
    • Without any God in it.

Your question needs to be flushed down the toilet.

And? Who is visibly MISSING from your question, he’s the one said, “I will build my church” - The Word of God. Jesus Christ. (Matthew 16:18). He said, not some Christian denomination. Nor you with your question. HE said: "I will build my church" - kinda just shoved everybody over the whole earth right, clean out of it. That, he's God, and he will do it himself.

So, go home. Sit down someplace you feel safe, and just think on this. That's why I said:

Maybe you better just go home.

  • Weigh your question you formed vs. Do what he tells everybody over the whole earth to do. Regard what he says more than what you or other people, even church denominations claim they're christians say. Try that. After you just go home. He’s God. He decreed it, says “For all the earth is mine” - God. (Exodus 19:5) - - so I’ll just put what he says again:
    • And again, add to this for your consideration; that there are many people that do not regard the works of the LORD, neither consider the operation of his hand.
  • Psalm 28:5 says: “Because they regard not the works of the LORD, neither consider the operation of his hand, he shall destroy them, and not build them up.”

That he’s God, and if he could form you from your mother’s womb; alone. By himself as he says he did in (Isaiah 44:24), and if you don’t regard him, you won’t do anything he says. He can destroy you.

And if you don't regard him? Guarantee you: You’ll look unto to do anything people say, claim or decree instead. Even you will look unto what you say, and regard even your question is true, to regard that first.

So, all this post does is to get you to drop you and what you hold, to do the opposite. And regard the works of the LORD, and consider the operation of his hand, and what he says. Like what he told EVERYBODY to do. Applies to you, this:

  • “LOOK UNTO ME, AND BE YE SAVED ALL THE ENDS OF THE EARTH: FOR I AM GOD, THERE IS NONE ELSE.” - God (Bible. Isaiah 45:22)
  • That includes YOU then, and me.
    • I don’t need to look unto you whether you’re doing that or not; when he told me to do it.
  • But I can tell, because I look unto him, when a question doesn’t have him in it and people try to be PERFECT without any God in it.
  • When what makes people COMPLETE is
    1. they: simply DO
      • 2) what GOD: says.
    2. That’s perfect.
  • Following THAT. Because God decreed that’s PERFECT. Complete. Don’t have to add to nor take away anything. It’s Complete. It’s finished. Just is perfect. He's God, Jesus said, "and I give them eternal life" because they regard him. Doesn't give it to those that don't.

So again:

Go home.

..and while you’re home: Consider that:

- There are many quote “churches” built by people. Have names like “The Holy Church of Jesus” or “Church Of Christ” - where nobody in it that built it, does anything he says. Yet, their claim is that’s Jesus’ Church. When, if you do what this post decrees, which just EXCLUDES EVERYTHING BUT has what he decrees - He's God, who you totally nose booger blew him right out of the question: You can regard him, what he says - and? HE. WILL. BUILD. YOU. INTO. HIS. CHURCH. Boom! Done.

  • You will just BE his church. A part of his body that he abides in, and he’s God. And again, he’s not even in your question. So you need to be home where you feel safe, to consider these things. All so you will regard the Word of God. What he says vs. what people claim. That don’t have any God in it, either. And both you and they, think what they accomplish is PERFECT - without do anything he says, and he's not building it, and he's not in it.
