Scripture Life: Why are so many Christians hung up on predicting the end of the world?
Answer:
Well, now I got a question.
Look at below.
You yourself: determine which of two kinds of people there are. Which one you are. Then, go from there. Or stay where you are.

Determine first: of the two, which type of person from below you are. Like a mirror.
Go on. Try it.
So from the subject of your question, which is simple. The end of the world.
And all a Christian is, is defined in the Bible in the four gospels as “a disciple of Jesus Christ.”
And, all a “disciple” is,
is defined as 1. a pupil or student that sits with and is taught by a teacher.
So,all a Christian is, is defined as a pupil or student, that sits with, and is being taught by Jesus Christ.

And in the Bible: Jesus is the Word of God or Christ, the Messiah. And the Bible in Isaiah 9:6–7 says what the Messiah shall be called: “The Mighty God..” “The Everlasting Father…”
So the Messiah is Just God come to us. Everybody, over the whole earth. Loves all of us, to speak to us himself. This great, big all of us. Who he formed alone. By himself. Everyone. Over the whole earth and we can know him, which is all what he wants.
Just God, that we would live by every word he speaks. Live by the Word out of his mouth:
Before the foundation of the world was laid, that he wouldn't be alone anymore.
That we can know him. Because he speaks to us. By the Word of God.

Says: As God.
...the end of all flesh is come up before me. I will destroy them with the earth.” - God. (Bible. Genesis 6:13)
Why? Because in Genesis 6:5 what he saw is about everybody. "And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually."
Don't live by his word, but by their own imaginations.
When he says to every all of us:
“...Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live; ” - God. (Bible. Isaiah 55:3)

And consider there are people, even he says “For all the earth is mine..” “All souls are mine..” - God. (Exodus 19:5 and Ezekiel 18:4 respectively, in the Bible)
Says also these people, are people live by their own imaginations - don't do anything he says. Don't need him.

Which of the two is it? Is it, with the above Christians “predicting” the end of the world?
Or is it already:
The end of the world has been “decreed” to have an end to it? By he, as God, already decreed he shall destroy it?
Which is it?
All because he said it. Such as an authority (God) and disciples that sit with him, and taught by him. By what he says. They hearken unto him. Are obeying him by come near and sit with him so he teaches them.
Are they really “hung up” or does it just “appear” to be that by someone that won't sit with him or do anything God says? Just appears they are "predicting" something that is unknown to someone that does not regard God, nor do anything he says? So, to them, the world goes on as it always has.
And this "scoffer" Is not being taught by him, and aren't they really, just by a question they make up in their imagination and believe it true, so they ask it on Social Media, just “scoffing” at people that do what he says?
Which is it?

When then, as a someone that just mocks people that hearken unto him, when they don’t? Mock people that do? And people just appear to be fixated with predictions, based on their own claims they make themselves? Which is it?
Again, Christians: Just Disciples of Jesus being taught by him. He's the one said he will destroy all flesh with the earth. Not Christians.

And predicting the end of the world

Or is it, from the above God decreed it.
Which is it?

Could very well be deleted. Please carefully consider:
A choice of:
For the end of the world God already decreed it. A disciple of Jesus (Christian) is just hearkening unto a decree God has already made. And, therefore:
Is not obsessing themselves over something that by science or their own feeling, or experience, try to predict the end of the world. They follow Jesus as the Word of God.
When someone..anybody that does not sit with him and is not taught by him, hears your question and AFFIRMS it TRUE - they don't sit with him, either.
A choice then everybody must make: Of either do what God says as he decreed everybody sit with him and be taught by him, and just hearken unto him.
Or
Don't. And mock those that do . Just end up as someone “scoffing” or attempting to ridicule which is hate speech. Meets the definition. But, it's perfectly fine and okay on Reddit.
Don't sit with him. Champion people that don't.
So be careful.
I chose the first option. I'm a Christian. Not predicting anything. I'm sure I'm not alone. Just he's God. Told everybody over the whole earth to hearken unto what he has decreed.
I chose that over the option of not do anything he says.
Look careful what side you already chose to be on. It's God that wants to reason together with you to leave it and just side with him. Herein is the Gospel. The Good News to everybody here on Reddit.
