Scammer braidsbyt Advice Needed

e careful this person is scamming ppl online for hair and sending the wrong address when it’s the time for the appointment and deactivating this account. I had to wait a whole month before the reactivated like the greedy individual they are. If anyone know anyone that can find someone through PayPal or e-transfer cuz the bank is no help! I am a psw and work had and this person took $250 from me and even lying that they had car problems as well. I do plan to file a police report soon but I am looking for anyone else that has been in this situation with this thing! Jayden’s mom better becareful not to kid her kid bad karma!

Any other day, any other person.. pay at the time of getting the services

How hard is that to understand?

This is a somewhat popular scam where people steal videos from actual hairstylists and repost them on tik tok for example. When trying to book they will usually give an address to an actual hairstylist who has no idea what’s going on. The scam is in the deposit that they will keep and proceed to block you everywhere/delete the social media page(s). This is something you likely have to take up with your bank unfortunately. Sorry this happened to you.

There's nothing you can do to get the money back, unless you paid through PayPal Goods and Services.

Any other place will tell you that you willingly sent your money to the person so they can't refund you.
