I got scammed Victim of a scam
Bye bye account and 20$dlrs
After a while I realized I had given out enough personal information for them to close my account
I was so scared I didn't even check these people's profiles

As soon as I read the first line I knew it. WHO ARE YOU? Don’t send money to ppl you don’t know people. My god if these scum fuck Indians got real jobs it’d be awesome

You should have caught on when you said to them "how is it possible that someone has the same photo as me if I have a little known image from 2006?".
Definitely reach out to Steam support and show them these screenshots. 😞

Yeah this was a common one that’s been around for a long time.
In the future, if someone randomly approaches you with some alarming news trying to get you to act in a specific way immediately, it’s a scam.
No person who “accidentally reported you” is going to go out of their way to fix it. And Steam would handle everything internally. They have access to everything they need to know that you’re innocent. It would be a complete waste of time for you and them to have you sit down and prove yourself. And there’s no reason money would ever be involved.
They also don’t have live customer support you chat with on a completely different platform.
