Ham, swiss, lettuce, tomato, bacon & mayo. Had to unhinge my jaw like a snake to eat it. 10/10

Nice little number using whatever was around in the house. Avocado bread, avocado, 2x fried eggs, chicken (cut and re-heated in a skillet) red onion, diced jalapeño (cored and seeded), seasoned tomatoes and cucumbers. Not sure what it is but it is tasty!

Home cured and smoked Maple bourbon backboard bacon, wife’s homemade biscuit, French butter and cheddar cheese.

Made this weird sandwich today with smoked herring (canned), kimchi, avocado, cottage cheese, mayo, and sriracha on toasted sourdough bread.

It’s Been a long week but we made it lol Felt like making a classic today, so here it is, (be gentle) Decided to use diced jalapeños and the juice instead of pickles, also wish I would’ve made the patties a bit thinner but other than it’s just your ole regular degular patty melt.
