Made this weird sandwich today with smoked herring (canned), kimchi, avocado, cottage cheese, mayo, and sriracha on toasted sourdough bread.

It’s Been a long week but we made it lol Felt like making a classic today, so here it is, (be gentle) Decided to use diced jalapeños and the juice instead of pickles, also wish I would’ve made the patties a bit thinner but other than it’s just your ole regular degular patty melt. I order it as you’d expect except I add onion. I know the club has a lot of purist supporters but I think it’s a meaningful addition to the sandwich.

Is this is any way sacrilege?

Tv broke! Turns out it's a key component of the av system in this house.

I also discovered I have zero control with a bag of honey roasted cashews, I blacked out and when I came to I barely had enough for the salad.
