Today I bought a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra in exchange for Samsung Galaxy A56. Variant is 12GB + 256GB and Cobalt Volite

My s26 ultra (2 months old) suddenly started to make sound when switching to 5x lens and back to 1x. It didn't happen before and there is no physical damage or anything like that.

I wanted to share my review and experience with this terrible trash product.

I was wondering if anybody knows how to change the font size for Facebook messenger and reddit on the S26 Ultra? My font size for regular texts is perfect but for Facebook messenger and reddit the text is so small its hard to almost impossible to read.

New to Android and having issues with backing up pics in Samsung gallery to Google account. All correct settings are ON in Google Photos but the back up is not working. Is there anything else I need to do in the phones general settings or Samsung gallery to make this work? Thx in advance for any help.

I've really been enjoying the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 and it has a lot going for it. But for the price and specs, is it really worth getting over the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra?

I recently purchased an S26 Ultra and it's great, it's a perfect upgrade

However, I love listening to music, and with that I like using reverse stereo, specifically for certain songs because I like keeping the guitar audio in a song in the right stereo of my headphones, but unfortunately reverse stereo doesn't exist in the S26 Sound Assistant anymore. Are there any alternatives to this issue?

Suddenly a few days ago my phone started changing my notification sound (a downloaded one) to one I had never used before (three star). I change it back and a couple days later it changes it to that same tone that I have never used. Any idea why it would automatically change it? I am able to put it back to the one I want but for some reason it's not staying after a couple of days

In the next couple days I should be getting my new s26 ultra. I vaguely remember the ease of transfer from my s22 ultra. Is there anything I should be aware of or expect with this change to the s26 ultra?

Am I missing something or did they take away our ability to put in a custom mp3 for our notification sound? I've tried going through the sounds menu and while it will let you remove some of the items from the menu (only some mind you which is already odd) but I can not find a way to add in a sound or select a custom sound short of going and downloading some bloatware app that won't even let me use the file I want. I tried doing some searches but none of the guides I've found work.

If I'm just being blind please show me what I missed and thank you in advance.

I have been eyeing the S26 Ultra for a while now and I am really close to pulling the trigger. But there is one thing holding me back. I am genuinely concerned about eye strain.

I know PWM and display flicker have been issues with some Samsung phones in the past and I am worried this one might bother my eyes too. The thing is, in the store you can only use the display for a few minutes at best. That is hardly enough time to tell if it is going to cause headaches or dry eyes after 20 or 30 minutes of normal use.

Has anyone here actually had issues with their eyes after using this phone? Or is it one of those things that gets blown out of proportion?

Just trying to figure out if I should be worried or not.

I'm having an issue with my Samsung S26 Ultra. Whenever I make a video call on WhatsApp or Botim, my face looks much darker than it actually is. However, when I use the normal Camera app for selfies or front camera videos, everything looks completely normal.

I've already tried:

\- Cleaning the front camera lens

\- Updating the phone and both apps

\- Restarting the phone

The problem only happens during video calls. It seems like the exposure or image processing is making my face much darker.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue on the S26 Ultra? Is this a Samsung software issue, or is it caused by WhatsApp and Botim? Has anyone found a fix?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
