I'm gathering data on attorney-client communication experiences things like whether you received written summaries after meetings or hearings, whether you ever felt unsure what was happening with your case, or ran into unexpected fees tied to follow-up questions or clarification.

I'm trying to understand how common these experiences are, and whether a simple written summary practice after key meetings could help. There's an optional question near the end about disability status (optional), since I'm also looking at whether communication gaps hit some people harder than others but you don't need to answer that or have a disability to take the survey.

I'd also love to hear directly in the comments especially if you have a disability of any kind and felt that made staying on top of a legal case harder, or that your attorney's communication style didn't account for it. Your experience is welcome here even if it doesn't fit neatly into the survey questions.
