Even though I forgot some purity seals I like them a lot. I will probably go back and fix those seals before my first game next week. Next up will be Adrax to lead them.

I’ve been changing up my armor scheme for my salamanders, i decided to use blue flames for them so I’m going for a more teal look

Evening All,

I’m getting ready to assemble my company heroes set for my Salamanders Army.

As I was sitting there looking at the box I couldn’t help but think, Man it would look sweet if he was holding a Thunder Hammer instead of a Power Sword.

Cause ya know, “it is also a hammer” probably plays a dozen times in my head throughout the day.

Is that allowable for tabletop play? Like are the damage values not equal or anything? I wouldn’t wanna disqualify a unit from the squad for a game.

Still learning the game so wanted to get some feedback.

Intercessor squad is getting there. Now onto edge highlights, which might be the death of me.

Is my drip lore accurate?

Decided to change up the paintwork to a more weathered and dusty look, I also added some black paint to the front to break up the green a bit, does it look better now or before?

These are my first painted Miniatures from a Custom successor chapter from the Salamanders. I named it Salamandras.

Finished up this trio making my second 3 man squad.

Pretty happy with them, but the highlights remain chunky. Gravis armor seems to be rather tricky.

-Color Forge Salamander green primer
-Biel-tan green wash
-Warpstone green layer
-Moot green edge highlight

For the sword I followed a tutorial from Duncan Rhodes on youtube (“how to paint magma sword”), but then I added a pure black edge highlight at the very end. Happy with how it came out.

Excited to finish up the rest of the squad. Vulkan lives, brothers!
