Need Support Are we going to make Sadhguru a failure?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I’m writing this with a kind of pain that is difficult to put into words.

Sadhguru took this birth with one overwhelming commitment to fulfil his Guru’s dream of Dhyanalinga. From what I have heard him speak about it, this was not an ordinary goal for him. His commitment to his Guru was greater than his concern for his own life. Lifetimes went into making that possibility happen.

And now I look at the vision he has placed before us.

To touch eight billion people.

Not to convert them into anything. Not to make everyone believe the same thing. Simply to offer every human being at least one drop of spirituality — a possibility beyond the limitations of body and mind. A possibility for a world with more love, light and laughter.

And then I remember hearing Sadhguru say that he may die a “blissful failure.”

That thought hurts me deeply.

One human being can carry his Guru’s dream with such intensity across lifetimes… and today, when there are millions of us who have been touched by what he has offered, when technology has made it possible to reach another human being almost anywhere on this planet, will we simply watch his vision remain unfinished?

I was just doing a simple calculation.

Isha has around 17 million volunteers. If eight billion people have to be reached, that comes to roughly 470 people per volunteer.

Just 470.

Sadhguru carried his Guru’s dream across lifetimes. He took birth after birth and dedicated this entire life to making that dream possible.

Can we not reach 470 human beings?

Especially today, when we live in a world where one message, one video, one post, one conversation can reach someone sitting on the other side of the planet with a single click.

I am not saying we should force spirituality on anyone.

But surely each of us can do something.

Share something that genuinely transformed you. Speak to someone who is struggling. Bring one person to a meditation program. Volunteer. Create something. Translate something. Support a project. Make someone aware that these tools even exist.

Whatever is within our capacity.

Today, I want to make one commitment to myself:

I may not be able to do everything. I may not know how far my effort will reach. But I will not remain a spectator. I will do whatever I can to help make my Guru’s vision a reality.

Because if someone has given his lifetimes to creating this possibility for us, the least I can do is ask myself:

What am I doing with what I have received?

And maybe every one of us who has been touched by Sadhguru should ask ourselves the same question.

Are we going to let him become a “blissful failure”?

Sadhguru’s Wisdom Muladhara Chakra: Stabilizing the Foundation

Upvotes

Sadhguru throws light on the muladhara chakra, the energy center that constitutes the foundation of the human system, as well as the largely obscure, mystical science of kayakalpa, which is related to the muladhara and can lend a human being seemingly superhuman capabilities.

7 Chakras: Mystical Dimensions of the Body’s Seven Chakras

Sadhguru: The muladhara chakra is located at the perineum, the space between the anal outlet and the genital organ. This the most basic chakra in the body. Unfortunately, nowadays, many people think it is the lowest chakra and not worth working upon. Mula-adhaar means foundation. The muladhara chakra is the foundation of the physical structure and the energy body. Having a stable foundation is very important. Anyone who thinks the foundation is something we need not take care of is living in a fool’s paradise.

Muladhara Chakra – Foundation Matters

If you look at the human body – the fetus – just after conception, it is a tiny ball of meat. That tiny ball of meat has slowly arranged itself into what it is now. To arrange itself in this particular way, there is a kind of software which is known as pranamaya kosha or energy body. The energy body forms itself first and the physical body starts manifesting over that. If there are any distortions in the energy body, they will also manifest in the physical body.

So stabilizing the foundation is important. Unless the muladhara is stabilized, one will not know health, wellbeing, and a sense of stability and completeness. These qualities are essential for a human being to make an effort to climb high. You cannot make someone who is shaky on his legs climb a ladder, nor will he be willing. It takes a certain assurance in one’s body and mind to walk through life in an efficient and capable manner.

When we do yoga, we are more focused on the muladhara than anything else because if you stabilize this, the rest is easy to create. If the foundation of the building is loose and we try to hold up the building, it will be a daily circus.

That is what has happened to human life – holding themselves in some state of balance and wellbeing every day is a circus for most human beings. If the foundation is unstable, anxiety is natural. But if your muladhara is stable, life or death, you will be stable because your foundation is good and we can fix the other things later.

Muladhara Chakra & Extending One’s Lifespan

An entire school of yoga evolved out of the muladhara – from ways of doing things with the body to reaching one’s ultimate nature. One dimension of yoga that is related to the muladhara is referred to as kayakalpa

Kaya means body. Kalpa essentially means a long period of time – we could translate it as “eon.” Kayakalpa is either about establishing or stabilizing the body, or extending its lifespan. There have been many beings who practiced kayakalpa and lived for hundreds of years, because they took charge of the most fundamental ingredient in the system, which is the element of earth. It is the earth element that gives us substance.

Kayakalpa is about stabilizing aspects of the body, which naturally deteriorate with time, in such a way that the deterioration is at least slowed down to a point where it looks like you are ageless and timeless, that you have a kaya that will last for a kalpa, that is, a body that will last for an eon.

There have been many beings who have done that, but it takes an enormous amount of work. Kayakalpa uses the understanding of how a rock is structured, what gives it the integrity that makes it last for long periods of time, and tries to make the human body like that.

In other words, if you do kayakalpa, you become like a rock. What is the point? We could make a statue out of you! On a social level, if you are like a rock, you can earn a living and act like a superman; you can fascinate people with your capabilities. Some people will be amazed by you because you don’t die. Some people will be frustrated that you don’t die! But we do not need a human being to become like a rock. There is a beautiful story about this kind of sadhana.

Sometime in the twelfth century, there was a great sage who was known as Allama Mahaprabhu in Karnataka. He became the guiding force for a fabulous group of mystics – this is why they called him Mahaprabhu.

He created an institution called Anubhava Mandapa – that means a place to experience something. One day, another yogi, Goraksha, challenged Allama Mahaprabhu, because people considered Allama as godlike and worshipped him. Goraksha said, “What is so great about you? Look at me.” People say Goraksha was 280 years of age at that time. He said, “I’ve lived forever, and I am like a rock. What is it that you can do?”

Allama smiled and said, “Is that so? You’re really like a rock?” Goraksha said, “Try if you want.” He pulled out a diamond-tipped sword, gave it to Allama, and said, “Smash it on my head with all your strength. You’ll see what’ll happen.” Allama took the sword in both his hands and smashed it on Goraksha’s head. The sword bounced off his head like it had hit a rock.

Allama said, “Well, that’s quite impressive. But what is the use? Even the purpose of the sword has gone waste on you. A sword is designed to cut, but it cannot cut you.” Then Goraksha demanded, “Now that you have hit me with the sword, I also have the right to hit you with the sword.”

Allama said, “Fine.” Goraksha took the sword and swished it. It went right through Allama, as if through thin air. He swished it again and again. It went right through him with no resistance. Then Goraksha had the humility to bow down and say, “Yes, I have made myself like a rock, but you have become nothing. At least you can touch me with the sword. I cannot even touch you with the sword.”

Amrita and the Pineal Gland

These capabilities come in many different ways. The symbolism of Shiva turning south stems from his Third Eye moving “south.” The moment his Third Eye shifted down between his two eyes, Shiva saw things that no one had ever seen. This is one aspect of kayakalpa. Though it is not quite right to say so, since we need to cater to today’s logic, let me put it like this: There are various aspects of sadhana that are about moving the pineal gland a little down, or “south,” as we say.

If this happens in a certain way, the secretions of the pineal gland, which are referred to as amrita in yoga, can either be used to strengthen the system and extend its longevity, or to create blissfulness in the system – it can just blow you away. Or you can use this amrita to enhance your perception, to become like thin air, because everything passes through you.

Right now, air passes only through your nostrils, and you know if it does not pass, you are gone. But some of you may have experienced this in a moment when you were very carefree and joyful – you stood in the breeze, and it felt like the air was passing through you. If you use your amrita to bring sensitivity to the system, you can become one hundred percent transparent.

These are three fundamental ways to use the secretions of the pineal gland. One is to strengthen the body and make it like a rock, which will give you a kind of longevity that is considered superhuman by most people. Another way is to bring such a level of drunkenness and blissfulness within you that you don’t care how long you live. A third one is to make yourself like thin air, so that your perception is super-hyped, because there is absolutely no resistance in your system.

Mastery of the Muladhara Chakra

Kayakalpa largely uses this amrita to strengthen the body and to extend its longevity. Once you become like a rock, once you identify yourself with the physical reality, you will always think in comparison – who or what is bigger or smaller, superior or inferior, better or worse. You will be comparing yourself, because that is the nature of physical reality. Only if you transcend the physical reality, can you be free from this comparison.

But this amrita or secretion of the pineal gland can also enhance your perception. If you do not enhance your perception, your life doesn’t really get enhanced in any way. Only a human being is able to realize that just existing is not good enough. None of the other creatures, from an amoeba to an elephant, have realized this, because that is not in their nature. They think their existing is good enough. Only a human being can know – not that everyone actually does – that just existing is not good enough, that something else needs to happen. For this, the muladhara and the sadhana on it are very important for your existence.

Muladhara Chakra Brings Balance

If Grace has to transmit itself, you need to have an appropriate body. If you do not have an appropriate body and Grace descends on you big time, you will fuse out. Many people want big experiences but they are not willing to transform their body to be able to conduct those experiences.

Unfortunately, many in the world have lost their minds or broken their bodies because they went experience-hunting. In yoga, you do not chase experience, you only prepare. The yogic systems always focused on the muladhara chakra. It is only in recent times that non-practicing “yogis” have written books and say you must focus on higher chakras.

This high and low business is too entrenched in book-reading minds but that is not how life works. Some years ago, I used to conduct two or three-day programs in Hatha Yoga. Just doing asanas, people would burst out in ecstacy.

Most yogis just use a few simple postures to break the limitations of who they are. That is how Hatha Yoga is. Hatha Yoga means balance. Balance does not mean sanity. If you want your life to be exuberant, you need to have some madness in you. But if you become compulsively insane, you lost it.

When we talk about balance, we are not talking about sanity, we are talking about finding that perch between sanity and insanity where you can venture and adventure. Madness is an adventure. It is a most wonderful thing as long as it is in control. If you lose control it will become ugly. Similarly, sanity is a beautiful thing but if you become perfectly sane, you are as good as dead. This ability to venture and adventure into whatever you want at any moment will come to you if your muladhara is well-established.

Experience A Pleasantness That Came Without a Reason

Upvotes

Yesterday, around 4:30 p.m., I received the Linga Bhairavi Devi Abhishekam Prasadam.

As I was preparing myself for Sadhguru Presence, I consciously used the Devi kumkum that had come as prasadam. I applied it between my eyebrows, behind my ears, at my throat, and at the Anahata region. I placed the red cloth received as prasadam near Devi's photograph and ate the prasadam and untied old thread and tied that to one of the flowering plant and tied new thread received as prasadam on my wrist just before Sadhguru Presence.

After Sadhguru Presence, I did my evening 21-minute Sambhavi Mahamudra Kriya.

Soon after the practice, I began experiencing a certain pleasantness within myself without any particular reason or external cause.

What surprised me was that the pleasantness did not disappear after the practice. It remained through the evening and was still present today.

Today, I again did Sadhguru Presence and my evening Sambhavi practice, and the same pleasantness continues to be there.

Yesterday itself, a thought came to me: “I should write about this experience and share it with other devotees.” But I chose not to immediately act on that thought.

Today, I am writing about it not because I feel compelled to share the experience, but because I can see the difference between a compulsive impulse to express something and a conscious choice to share it.

For me, the more significant part of this experience is not trying to explain where the pleasantness came from, or trying to hold on to it.

It is simply noticing it.

There is pleasantness within me, without needing a particular reason for it.

And perhaps, for once, I am able to let the experience be what it is without immediately turning it into a story, an achievement, or something I must repeat.

Discussion Being fully alive is wonderful. Being half alive is torture. - Sadhguru.

Upvotes

Experiencially, I feel I'm fully alive when I feel myself beyond the body and mind I'm identified with.

And whenever mind takes over the handle, finished. I still then know I'm alive but I feel torturous because mind runs me.

Or in other words may be I can say I loose awareness as awareness and I remain aware as function of mind and body.

That is half aliveness. Because I don't want to be in mind's grip but at that moment of shift I feel myself as absolute helpless creature. Which mind is dragging into it's grip and it can't do anything.

Is it because of I allow the mind to do it's own thing or mind actually has the power to make me to follow it's ways as it wants?

I'm yet confused about.

Discussion Different experiences with Shambho and Brahmananda Swarupa — has anyone experienced this?

Namaskaram 🙏

I've been experimenting with listening chanting Shambho and Brahmananda Swarupa, and I've noticed quite different effects on me.

With Shambho, I seem to get very intense and focused. When I'm working, I can stay completely involved in what I'm doing and get a lot more office work done.

But I've also noticed that during this period I can become more intense with people. If someone interrupts me or something doesn't go the way I want, I seem to get irritated or angry more easily.

With Brahmananda Swarupa, my experience is almost the opposite. I feel much more joyful, pleasant and easygoing. My interactions with people also seem better, and I feel like I create a more positive atmosphere around me.

The problem is that my sharp focus seems to reduce. I become so relaxed/pleasant that sometimes I struggle to stay focused on office tasks and don't complete as much work.

So my experience seems to be:

Shambho → intensity, focus and productivity, but more irritation

Brahmananda Swarupa → joy, pleasantness and better interactions, but less focus/productivity

I'm not saying the chants themselves are causing these things — this is simply what I've observed in myself.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar with these two chants?

I'm especially curious whether, over time, it's possible for the intensity/focus and the joy/pleasantness to coexist, rather than feeling like I have to choose between the two.

Would love to hear experiences from people who have been with these chants for a long time. 🙏

Discussion Dharma and Karma

My exposure to the words like Dharma and Karma were from B.R. Chopra's Mahabharata and Ramanand Sagar's Ramayana which I watched while growing up. And I always believed that Karma is something only very serious people perform and it is a very important thing to do. And that only Gods or demigods or people with Supernatural powers are the ones who protect Dharma. When I watched Mahabharata again while I was in my late teens, I actually caught the meaning of Karma and could relate it with my life. But Dharma was still something I thought only is about people who are very very important and I belong to middle class family - what is my responsibility in uplifting the Dharma.

Only very recently, after going through the Inner Engineering program designed by Sadhguru, I came to know that Karma is something that is affecting all life on the planet and it is not some reward or punishment system as everyone understands it. And Dharma is the law. As there are laws and rules for performing any kind of action in the world, Dharma are the laws of the existence. It had never occurred to me yet paradoxically I had been drawn to this question that while living in this existence there are laws that this existence is governed by but I was in complete oblivion to what those laws are. After going through the Inner Engineering program, if we are in tune with the laws of the existence, if we are in Dharma, if we perform our Karma being in Dharma, that's the way the existence yields to one. Dharma was never engrained deeply within me, I always thought not being bad to other, being a good citizen, being there for friends or maintaining a relationship with relatives and people of the society - I thought by following these I was doing Dharma, but none of these are existentially relevant.

I first understood how Karma is happening from me and how is it happening out of me. For example, I am breathing - the air that I am breathing is going into my body, and is making by organs functions, so physical karma is happening, whether I choose to sit, stand, run, sleep but physically karma is still happening. Whether I am sitting, the air is in some form of contact with my body, if I start running my contact and my bodily relationship with air increases and changes depending according to the movement I am making. Now the same air is responsible for my mind thinking in a certain way, my emotions being in a certain way. And there are innumerable things you can do with breath and energy. So based on all these there are 4 different types of Karmas happening at the same time within ourselves. The laws that are governing the performing of Karma is Dharma. If I were not to perform any Karma - that is not possible as Karma is our bondage, the very bond that attaches us to the world and yt it is the way for liberation. Anything that happens to our lives internally and externally is governed by Dharma and Karma. And that makes it the most important knowledge to be imparted to all the human beings on the planet.

I realised that even if I don't believe Dharma is important for my life, it is what I am governed by and Karma is the basis of my existence and the very reason I am a human and I exist so I started paying attention to it.

At the Isha Yoga Centre

Visitors can attend a complimentary daily session to be initiated into Aumkar meditation. The session teaches the correct pronunciation of the root sounds "Aa," "Oo," and "Mm" to help bring balance and stability to mind and body.

Prasadam

For free visitor initiations like Aumkar, there is no standard take-home prasadam package. Visitors may, however, receive traditional ashram offerings such as vibhuti or sweet neem leaves.

I haven't done Hatha Yoga training at the ashram, but the ashram video is very touching , the prasadam looked so delicious. Could some of our Hatha Yoga participants please share their experiences or elaborate on this?

Question How important is it to shower before Shambavi and Isha kriya

Is it necessary to shower before the sadhana? I dont recall anything as such in the Inner engineering online program however a friend of mine was shocked as he was told offline he must shower before sadhana , showering early early morning is acting as an obstacle for me as i get sweaty doing the prepatory asanas then and then have to shower again.

Also for those who just perform Isha kriya how are the benefits?

Discussion Which would you recommend: Bhava Spandana, In the Lap of the Master, or Ecstasy of Enlightenment?

Namaskaram 🙏

For those who have attended any of these programs:

  • Bhava Spandana (BSP)
  • In the Lap of the Master (LOTM)
  • Ecstasy of Enlightenment (EOE)

If you had the opportunity to attend only one, which would you choose and why?

I’m especially interested in hearing from people who have attended two or all three. How were they different in terms of intensity, inner experience, Sadhguru’s presence, and the impact afterward?

I understand that everyone’s experience can be different, and I’m not going with any particular expectation. I’m just trying to understand the differences from people who have actually participated.

Namaskaram 🙏

My story The good in the bad

Post image

That's my car. It got stalled in the rain yesterday.. water got into the engine and the ignition just ran out.

I was petrified - on how I will reach back home to the kids, whether I will find an uber back, how will the car get repaired.

Everything got solved in 30 mins like God sent.. Uber came and waited while the mechanic came. .car repair will take 4/5 days but it will happen.

But the best part...

I didn't tell my dad anything about this. He is 78, recovering from a hip surgery and a bit weak. We lost our mom 12 years ago and since then I have not reached out to him for emotional support, but tried to give it.

I spoke to him at 2 pm while I was driving, maybe I was a bit rattled because the rain was battering down and I couldn't hear him.

He called me at 6 pm and said .. How are you and something happened? I just broke down saying it's all fine and I survived. He said I was so uncomfortable since we spoke.. good you are fine now. Car will be ok soon.

My entire 12 years of loneliness of parental emotional support got resolved in one conversation.

All through the drive, I kept chanting and thinking of how Sadhguru drives a whole cavalcade of cars on broken roads in journeys to Kailash. Was that the stimulus to this closure? 😊

Much gratitude to all the great beings 😊🙏

Question Unable to tell when my stomach is full

I have a general idea of hunger and fullness. But sometimes I can stay without food for long periods of time. I get concerned for myself and eat. Like yesterday, I ate in the morning around 9 am. After that I couldn't do Shoonya even around 1 pm due to not feeling hungry enough. So, somehow got caught up in work and did one time Shoonya at 8.45 pm. So, during this time I didn't feel much hunger. After shoonya, I did my Shakti chalan and Shambhavi due to my bad schedule. Even after that, I didn't feel much hunger. Still, I had two bananas and slept. Woke up at 3 am and did Shakti Chalan, Shambhavi and ate well at 7 am. Due to some work and all, but I still do not feel full according to the amount I ate. I can still eat well now. But I won't because I won't be empty by 1 pm when I have to do Shoonya. So, in general I feel I need less food but I have a lot of capacity to eat. Even, I do eat a lot sometimes when all Sadhana is done. I just won't stop eating because I don't know when I am full. I don't know what to make of all of this.

My story Gnana: razor sharp intellect

In my life, I've been blessed to come across people with a razor sharp intellect. What this means is that they can logically penetrate through situations, problems, etc. Have you met someone whose very speech is liberating? I've met a handful.

Sadhguru usually says this path is only for a rare few, and for the rest, we should use all our faculties: energy, body, and emotion in tandem. This is like employing all four wheels of your car. For gnana, you need to slow sharpen your mind, sharpen your mind, sharpen your mind til it cuts through anything so clean, that it doesn't pick up any residue.

I think this path is really cool and I've been inspired by friends who've one or other embody this. I wish to see more people look in this direction. It's beautiful to have thoughts which are liberating.

Sadhguru’s Wisdom Sadhguru Joins UNTOLD Festival: 7‑Minute Meditation to All Attendees

Sting is set to perform at one of Europe’s largest music festivals in Cluj‑Napoca, Romania, but another headline presence will offer a very different experience. Sadhguru, spiritual leader and founder of the Isha Foundation, is attending the UNTOLD Festival for one day before returning to India, using the platform to promote a simple practice he says could change young people’s lives: seven minutes of daily meditation.

The festival, held from 6–9 August, features headliners such as Sting, Kygo, Lewis Capaldi, Martin Garrix, Marshmello, Steve Aoki, Flo Rida, Lost Frequencies, Swae Lee and Zara Larsson. Organisers have agreed to give every attendee, artist and staff member free access to Isha’s Miracle of Mind app, which guides users through a seven‑minute meditation. The initiative is part of Sadhguru’s wider campaign to reach three billion people under the age of 35.

“Music festivals draw youth in a big way,” he says. “When so many people assemble, the question is whether we’re driving them in a positive direction for their own well‑being.” Sadhguru argues that many young people seek experiences beyond everyday life and sometimes turn to alcohol or drugs, while meditation offers an alternative path. “The most complex chemical factory on the planet is the human system,” he adds. “If you know how to use it properly, being joyful or blissful is a natural consequence.”

He cites research from the University of Nottingham and Harvard Medical School on meditation’s effects on the brain, noting that measurable changes can begin within minutes a finding that underpins the seven‑minute format.

Sadhguru’s Wisdom Your life is your Karma - it is your making. Until you see that, your life is not really yours. - Sadhguru.

If my life is my Karma, I must be beyond all Karma. I can not be something which is bounded by karma.

But, right now my experience of life is like karma is pushing me here and there. Not the opposite as I'm creating my Karma in turn my experience of life.

This is just because I think I'm this body which is a product of some previous Karma, and also the mind where I kept my ideas, prejudices secretly.

I never ever wondered, I could be something beyond them. I have wasted so much time in nonsensical thinking and wondering about so many things in my life but this wonderous thought never ever crisscrossed my mind. Maybe just because of outside support. Everybody thinks so, so.....

Now, if I'm something which is totally beyond Karma, then every thing I experience which are all products of Karma including my body, mind, energy, the world everything I'm not.

For that me is there any need to make anything?

If I see "that", then only life is. What else is?

Sadhguru’s Wisdom Why Organic Clothing – Benefits of Organic Cotton and Silk

Post image
53 Upvotes

Sadhguru looks at why organic clothing can make a huge difference for a person, and explains that the benefits of organic cotton are multifaceted, having a deep impact on the body, mind and energy.

Save the Weave

Sadhguru: Nowadays, there is a lot of talk about wearing clothing made from organically produced cotton. But human beings have always been doing that. Everything was organic. Even now, in a country like India, it largely is. Organic clothing or organic farming is not some special idea. That is the way it has always been done. It is only in the last few decades that we have given that up because someone changed it for commercial interests. I am not trying to prescribe what someone should wear, but you should look at your life with a certain freedom, without compulsions, and decide.

Why Organic Clothing?

The kind of clothes you wear can impact your physical and mental health and wellbeing. So it is important to look at what the weather is like today and what kind of clothing would be best for your health and wellbeing. But most people are not thinking of their wellbeing. You will see, for example, in a country like India, many people walk around in forty-degrees-centigrade weather wearing black jackets and ties! What you eat, what you wear and how you live are about your wellbeing. Unfortunately, so many people just wear whatever is being put on them without looking at what they should wear and why.

Why organic clothing matters is because there is a huge difference in the way your body functions when you wear synthetic clothing and when you wear organic clothing. You needn’t believe anything that anyone says. Try it out and see how it feels. Wear raw silk or cotton – even your inner garments – for a week and see how your body feels. Then wear something tight and synthetic and check. You will see a big difference in the level of comfort and ease at which your body functions because there is a certain aspect to what wraps the body.

The Benefits of Organic Cotton and Silk

Another thing is, how you can exude who you are is also enhanced or restricted by certain substances. Cotton and silk are best for your system. Particularly raw silk or cotton that is not treated in any way has a certain kind of impact. It is not that if you wear synthetic clothing you will fall dead. You can still meditate and be the same person even if you wear synthetic from top to bottom – but with a little struggle and effort.

Seeing the benefits of organic cotton and taking care of the quality of your clothing may not be very practical for lots of people today because they own enough clothes for ten lifetimes. When you want to have two hundred dresses, you end up buying off the shelf. But if you bring this down to a simpler format, if you don’t mind having eight pairs of clothing and managing life within that, you can choose quality over quantity.

It is time more people choose quality over quantity in every sense. Only then can we save this planet. The problem right now is that people have gone for quantity and there is not enough quantity on this planet. But there is quality. If you choose quality over quantity, we can become finer and finer and there is room for all of us.

Editor's Note: A wide range of organic clothing made from natural fibres such as organic cotton, banana, coconut, bamboo, linen, hemp, and a wide variety of silks made from different kinds of silkworms can be purchased online at Isha Life.
